Phone keeps asking to sign in when downloading APS but then goes to id page?
Hello,
when im trying to download anything from my world or off the blackberry site, before i can its asking me for my password etc. But when i have put my email address in and password, a new page comes up with terms and con, I then click I agree and then another page comes up with all my blackberry ~ID info on???? And that's it everytime i want to download something this is all that happens over and over!! im getting nowhere and cant download anything due to this! pleaseeee help!!!!
Try the three button reset. Hold down the Power Button and both volume buttons at the same time for 15 seconds and then wait 1 minute then hold the power button only until the red light flashes then release it and wait for the PB to reboot which will be about 4 minutes.

Remember, any purchased item from the itunes store is forever associated with the Apple ID used to buy it. So when you get prompted for an ID/password and it doesn't accept it, then you are using the wrong ID.
Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores, be sure it's logged into the ID you have set on the iphone (since that one seems to be connecting with the right ID). If you've done this, then you might wait a bit to see if the "cannot connect to .. store" message has to do with internet connections. -
I have an iPhone 6. I am signed in to iTunes with my Apple ID. I am updating apps and the phone keeps asking for my wife's Apple ID.
How can I find which Apple ID was used to purchase each app? I am trying to find the answer but not having any luck. thanks!

Phone keeps asking for password on an Apple ID I never created. On my sons phone, it keeps asking for his password for a supposed Apple ID I NEVER CREATED! I've tried every combination of passwords I can imagine and every route I can think of. It won't let me delete the account until I can sign in with that password. Somehow, the find my iPhone has created a loop that won't let me do anything after loading ios7. It won't even let me delete all contents or settings without the password! When I ask for it to reset my password, no email comes.... I don't know what to do! Please help

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out of the account from your iOS device first, then sign back using your updated details. (Settings > store, scroll down and tap your ID) -

In iTunes you use the Authorize This Computer or De-authorize This Computer option under the Store menu in iTunes' menubar. For Windows use the ALT-S keys to access it.

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us. -

Though it's unlikely to be wrong if things were set up properly in the first place, as a check go to Mail Preferences>Accounts and check that the server setting for IMAP (incoming) is imap.mail.me.com (not just mail.me.com).
Your next step either way would be to go to System Preferences>iCloud and sign out, then sign back in again. (You can ignore warnings about data disappearing - your calendars etc. will disappear when you sign out but reappear when you sign back in). -

It's referring to the MAC password that you have setup.
A software prompts for a password only when there are restrictions set on the user account for unauthorised access to system files and folders. -

Sounds like someone else used the phone. You won't be able to use that phone until and unless the previous owner either gives you the passcode, or removes that device from Find my Phone from their iCloud account.

Yahoo has been doing things to their servers that often muck up the Mail app. Usually it takes 24-48 hours to run its course then it'll work again.
if it doesn't clear up by the end of the weekend, you can remove and readd your account, but chances are it'll just start to work.
