My phone drops call all the time now...
How do I go about getting this phone changed out. I purchased the insurance.

The first thing I'd try is resetting the phone. Press and hold both the home and sleep buttons for 10 seconds or so until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose any data. The iPhone 5 also has a sleep button replacement program. If you have one with the bad button that may also be causing the problem.

What zip in general are you having the most trouble in? How many bars of signal are you typically getting? Hi my iphone 4 keeps dropping calls mid conversation and i keep breaking up making my phone almost useless at work however my 3gs used to work fine any ideas?? (p.s. any help in laymen terms please) thanks

The causes could be Carrier related... They may be doing work on the Cell Towers...
To see if it is Phone related here's a couple of things to try...
First: Goto Settings > General > Reset.. Then Reset Network Settings and Click on Reset Network Settings...
Give it a minute or so to Perform the Reset...
If that doesn't help... Try this...
You will Not Lose Any Data...
Turn the Phone Off... ( if it isn’t already )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear and then Disappear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... (But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
Turn the Phone On...
If none of the above resolve your Issue... then take the Phone to your Local Apple Store and get them to have a look... Be sure to make an appointment first...

Why does my iphone keep dropping calls

Why does my iphone4 keep dropping calls??? It has been doing it for over a week. Does anyone have an answer.... AT&T says they are not having any problems and I have done everything but restore my phone.

Unfortunately, this has plagued the AT&T iPhone since the original model came out. It's most likely a dead zone causing the issue (I have the sameissue from time to time). You can also get a Micro Cell from AT&T, it's basically just an access point that allows you to pick up a cellular signal at home or work (where ever you set it up).
To eliminate any hardware issues, make sure you're on the latest build of the OS (4.3.3 for the AT&T iPhone 4) - I noticed you're still on 4.3.2. If you don't have a case, I suggest the Apple bumper or any case that covers the metal bezel on your phone, that will help as well.
Also, you can "reboot" your phone. To do this, hold down the metal sleep button on the upper-right corner of your phone until the "slide to power off" slider is displayed, then power off the phone. Wait a few minutes and turn it back on.

Ipod touch Apps keep dropping calls

My Ipod touch texting/calling apps keep dropping. I have 3 apps (Talkatone, textme and text free) and all 3 of them keep dropping calls even tho It has a excellent connection to the wifi. It just started doing this a few weeks ago

Does it happen when connected to another network? Since it happens with more than one app that suggests a network problem, likely on your end.

My phone started dropping calls in my house about a month ago. How can I fix this?

My wife's 4 and my daughters 5C did the same. I called customer service and was essentially told "too bad, if it's in your house we can't really help that". My wife was able to call *228 and her phone now gets 3 bars which isn't good, but its better than not being able to use her phone. My daughter and I can't use *228. We have powered off and back on, removed SIM cards, what else can we do to actually get phone service on 2 of 3 phones in our own home? I was not given a ticket number when I called customer service. I was only told the same thing you typed.... "We are unable to guarantee indoor service due to multiple factors that can impact wireless signals with structural interference ranking high on the list; However, other customers are taking advantage of Network Extenders to improve indoor service". I am starting to feel like this is a ploy to get your customers to spend more money. Most reliable network and we have no coverage in a suburban neighborhood??? Hmmmmmm.
As I said in my original post it is not just dropping calls in our home. It is around the corner from our house and in several other areas of the neighborhood, almost clustered to the south end of our neighborhood with the worst being in our home. We have lived here almost a year and had no problems until a few weeks ago. None of our phones have difficulty with calls dropping anywhere else but our neighborhood. It also effects facetime and my wife being able to send picture messages on her iphone 4.
My brother in law has a Samsung Galaxy--on our plan--and came over last night. He said as soon as he gets in our neighborhood his phone varies greatly between 1x and 4G coverage and likes to drop calls.
The only solution proposed by customer service was to shell out $200.00 for a network extender. Again this is not JUST in our home, though it is worst in our home. This is obviously a recent network problem and should not incur a cost on our part to fix it, if we can't make a call until we leave the entire subdivision.
We will be asking people with other carriers to try their phones in our neighborhood. If they have better coverage, our family will be changing carriers. We have been loyal Verizon customers since 1999. Our loyalty ends when we shell out $300 + a month for phones we are unable to even use in our home or our neighborhood. Hoping for a real answer from customer service soon. This generic "we want you to be satisfied and have a great experience" response followed by "Spend more money with us to get coverage that you have had for a year but suddenly don't have" is unacceptable.

My iPhone 6 my Carrier is Verizon my iPhone 6 has been dropping calls I think it’s only when I’m home and also we have a cellphone booster aka Verizon Extender and it does connect to that also but when someone calls me it connects then drops right away and then I try right away to call them back and then the call goes though. I have tried a hard reset on my iPhone 6 I have tried just by turning on and off the airplane mode and I have tried resetting the network settings which I just did. I thought of maybe doing the part when you take your sim card out and put that back in but I have not done that yet! I don't know what to do if this keeps happing it is really annoying!
