i ordered a new phone, 5s, a few days ago. the rep i was on the phone with told me it would be shipped overnight. its been 5 days and i have yet to receive an email or anything about my phone. no money has been taken out of my bank account either. why is it taking so long to ship?

Did you accept terms and conditions after the order was placed? Have you received any text messages from our Fraud team to confirm any kind of information? Big Shipping Issues with my order --- why my dock is still not shipped yet

I made an order on 30/07/2010 at "http://store.apple.com/hk-zh/browse/home/shop_iphone/family/iphone?mco=MTAyNTQ zMTI", and my order number is "W27*****". Iphone 6 ordered on 9/15 but not shipped yet

I ordered an iphone 6 16gb silver on 9/15 through a phone order with verizon my ship date has been 10/3 since I ordered. I was fine with waiting for my phone to ship but it is now the ship day and I have not seen any indication of shipment. I tracked my order and nothing has changed since I ordered. I've also called verizon several times and no one ca give me any answer why it hasn't shipped. I was charged for the phone (2 yr upgrade) on the day I ordered, so a little over $200. I am a little frustrated that I already paid for the phone and my ship date is now here and I do not have any additional information. Ihave been fairly patient up until this point but I would really like more of an answer than the Verizon rep checking a status I can check myself without any extra insight. With over 10 calls and countless wasted time in the past three days I am at my breaking point. I'm thinking of calling this a bait and switch situation by Verizon. I want to know what is going on!!!!!!

Is anyones iphone 4 status still "Not shipped yet" for delivery of the 24th

Hi, My order is supposed to deliver on the 24th but still says not yet shipped and most peoples have shipped already. I ordered mine on the 15th at 4:34 PDT. It doesnt even say prepared for shipment. I got the ccs email on the 16th. I never got an email saying that i have to accept terms or anything though.

I ordered mine On the 15th at 11.00 GMT/UK, i got the email this morning(3.45am) that it had been shipped, but im unable to track it via UPS, So i phoned UPS to enquire and they told me they had it on there system but it had not be collected yet and it could be Friday 25th before i get it.
So tell me this, what was the F'ing point of pre-ordering the iphone 4 and getting it a day late, when i could just go to my local o2 shop and get one at 8.02 tomorrow. The o2 shops in the uk are only selling to o2 exsiting customers.

Order is not shipped yet

I had odered for a Nokia N900 after a long wait for this product. i had to pay extra money for fast shippment, which was 1-3 business days as it was mentioned on Nokia website. However it has been 3 days now and there is no tracking # or shipping details sent to me. Neither can i now cancell my order nor i know when is my order going to be shipped. customer service has horrible service, and no proper answer. i am not sure if some one can help me at this point...

I understand you grief. I ordered my N900 last week of november and paid extra too..
The problem is the status says processing. I totally hate the customer service. I left my phone up for more than 2 hours still they say all lines are busy, horrendous service totally disatisfing. What amazes me is that when you connect to inquire about new phones they have people responding right away....!!!
Its unfortunate that Nokia fails to realize the importance of customer service... They are people like us who are willing to pay 3 times more for a phone and still they dont care. I am just wishing someone picks up so that i can atleast cancel the order and get my money back. If they knew that there are long waits for the order why dont they put this message on thier website while ordering....

UPS label printed but has not shipped yet

How long does it take for the product to get to the UPS center and for them to ship it? I got the tracking information at 4p.m. today and this is the information that I get. When I check order status on VZW website, it says that it was shipped on the 11th. I am just trying to see if my phone will arrive friday or later.
"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

Mine says the 11th too on the VZW website. It's a bit misleading but I'm guessing it says the 11th because this was the day my card was charged so the order was probably "released for shipping". Check the UPS site, it should say when the label was printed which for me was today the 12th. Also note that my shipping label says one day shipping.
I'm guessing all our phones are sitting on a palette on a loading dock all lined up nice and pretty - UPS will probably start picking up the two-day shipments tonight for delivery on the 14th - and then pick up the other palletes (with one day shipping) some time tomorrow for delivery on the 14th.
This makes sense to me, give UPS one batch tonight with 2 day shipping so they can process them and get them on planes and trucks.... and then another batch tomorrow with one day shipping so it doesn't clog their mail sorting warehouses...

Upgraded primary line, phone not connected yet, want to use phone on 2nd line instead

I renewed my primary line (new every 2) and received a Convoy today. My husband doesn't want to use this phone and wants to stick with the Boulder which is the current phone on the primary line. How can I activate the new phone for my secondary line (which is on a month to month basis ie no contract basis, but not a prepaid phone)? A Verizon support person told me I could do this if we didn't want to use the Convoy on the primary line. I hope she was right.

She would have been correct. If you dial 1-877-807-4646, punch in your husband's number when it requests it (it may request the account's password/last 4 of SSN as well). There will be an automated system that will ask you to accept the Terms & Conditions for the upgrade that was done on your husband's line. Note: this will extend the contract on your husband's line by 2 yrs which is a result of you getting the new phone at discounted pricing, but it will not effect your line's contract at all. Once you say you agree (by pressing option 1) it will ask if you would like to activate this device on your husband's line now. You're going to choose the option to do it later meaning you will not be activating it on your husband's line. Once it confirms your selection, you will hang up.
Before you activate the phone on your line, make sure your contacts are backed up from your previous phone so you can transfer them to the new one. Backup Assistant, a free app offered by BUA, will be excellent for this purpose. Once everything is backed up, you will first want to turn off your old phone and then dial *228 from the new phone (choose option 1). When it asks for you to input a number, you want to enter yours and then it will ask you to enter the account's password/last 4 of SSN. Afterwards it will activate the new phone on your line. You would just need to re-download BUA and follow the prompts to transfer the contacts. Then you'll be all set!

Pre-order has not shipped

I have pre-ordered an item coming out on Tuesday and it has not shipped yet. It was pre-ordered in March. When I ordered it, I fully expected to have it in my hands on Tuesday, which is no longer the case as it seems. Is this how Best Buy operates? I know that your competitors ship a few days ahead of the release date. I know that some people's bestbuy.com pre-orders have shipped, so why not mine too? Best Buy, you have yet another unhappy customer and I have no intentions of shopping here in the future.

Receiving pre-ordered games on release day is seriously important to many gamers. Best Buy wants to ensure their customers get their hands on the latest games as quickly as possible. That being said, we ship the games as soon as we can to get the games to our customers as close to release date as possible. Is there any way to add AppleCare to an iPhone after the order when the phone has not been shipped yet

Simple question. I purchased an iPhone 5, and added AppleCare to the cart. After processing the order, I found that AppleCare had been dropped from the cart. The phone obviously hasnt shipped yet. I have tried calling, but am unable to reach anyone. Is there anyway to purchase AppleCare after main purchase without going to an apple store. The closest one for me is 2+ hours away.

My iPhone 5 Ordering Situation:
Successfully submitted pre-order at 2:05am CST
Realized I did not add AppleCare+
Tried to add it as a separate product
Unable to add AppleCare+ after submiting pre-order
This Morning:
I just got off the phone with an Apple representative. He assured me that, once my iPhone 5 arrives on September 21, I will be able to: 1) call Apple and have AppleCare+ added to my iPhone 5; 2) go into an Apple Retail Store and have AppleCare+ added to my iPhone 5. He said I would have thirty days from my device's ship date (September 21) to add AppleCare+ to it. He also recommended that, if I wanted to have AppleCare+ added at an Apple Retail Store, I should make an appointment as soon as possible. Because I was still concerned something might go wrong, the Apple representative emailed me a copy of my case number to use as a reference in case I have any issues obtaining AppleCare+ on September 21.
Caveats & More Information:
I ordered through the Apple Store app on my iPhone 4
I live in the United States
My carrier is AT&T
I have a case number and repeated assurances from an Apple representative
While your situation may differ from mine I do hope you're able to add AppleCare+ to your iPhone 5 once it arrives, either by calling 1-800-MY-APPLE or by making an appointment at your nearest Apple Retail Store.

but card was charged full amount and i havent gotten anything else been checking for update all day and got nothing i did order iphone 6 plus at 3:01am and everything went through and i was finsihed at 3:06am

Has your phone shipped yet?

Just a show of hands (or posts you might say).. for people that have a delivery/ship date of october 21st, have your phones been shipped?
I ordered mine on the 8th at around 1 pm over the phone and was also a victim of the fake cancellation email.
I had also placed a new order with a CSR when we could not determine why the cancellation had occured originally.
There are two active orders one being the 21st and one being the 28th but verizon said they will ensure only 1 shipment is placed so i am not worried about that..
my friend who received hers on the 14th had her phone shipped on the 12th.. Now following the same logic the phones due on the 21st (in my area) should have been shipped on today (the 19th) so i was just wondering if any1 knows if their phone is in circulation or if the phone will not actually be shipped until oct 21st

well this doesn't make me feel better lol, seems that every1 who ordered from the 8-11th has already received their iphone or will today.. i still have yet to hear any change in the order status and as i said earlier i ordered mine on the 8th
edit: i spoke to a CSR and they said for any orders that experienced the fake cancellation email, they don't have any tracking information on them so it is a guess when it will ship or arrive

Hi guys, does anybody know how long does i take to import pictures from I phone to I library? I have about 1500 pictures and it takes like ages and not imported yet, is that normal?

I have 1500 pictures on my I phone and I started importing them to I photo, but it takes a lot of time and not completed yet?
Is that normal? I am not plugging the phone all the time, so does it resume automatically when I connect it or should I do something?

Pre-Ordered Samsung Galaxy S3 on June 6th, but it hasn't shipped yet. Anyone else experiencing this?

I pre-ordered my Samsung Galaxy S3 the fist day it was available. I'm seeing a lot of posts of people who already had theirs shipped. Why hasn't mine shipped yet? I pre-ordered the same phone for someone else on my plan on June 22. Do you think they are going to ship both phones together at a later time? Yeah, I ordered on 6/7 at 10 am. No Charge, no confirmation yet. Now I know I shouldn't be ahead of anyone who ordered first day, but as people have been stating, there seems to be a lot of people who ordered well past this and are getting their confirmations. I even saw one who ordered 6/14 on another forum who has their tracking number and all. If anyone at Verizon knows what's going on, could you comment? Just wanna know if there's any rhyme or reason to this or if it's the scorched earth method. *Imagines a giant PURGE ALL button at Verizon HQ*
