Phone not showing in Cisco Emergency Responder

We are running Cisco emergency responder 8.5 and have a Cisco WS-C3750-48PS-S Running c3750-ipbasek9-mz.122-55.SE6.bin. Emergency responder is seeing all but one phone plugged into Fa1/0/10. The phone is also not showing up in un-located phones either. That port is configured the same as all other ports. Does anyone have any idea why a particular phone wouldn't populate ER at all? I'm not sure what else to T-shoot. CDP is enabled globally and on that interface.

I am pending someone else move that phone to a different switch interface so I'll report back when I get some information on that.

Messages typed on phone not showing in online messages?

When I type a text on my phone and go online to review discussion, some of the msgs are not showing up. Also, when I type a text from online there not showing on phone, aren't these suppose to sync?

i am using a macbook and using the address book program with the OS
i ended up buying PhoneView and just getting the missing contacts off the phone then resyncing the phone and replacing all the contacts
they are all in my phone twice under the search for some reason but i am not really caring at this point cause i have them all back where they belong
i could use some help in trying to get rid of the doubles in spotlight

Rokr phone not showing in iTunes, remove and replace card to fix.

My stepson's Rokr phone was showing on the desktop but not in iTunes, we tried diferent accounts on both of our Macs (10.4.5 and latest updates). I had no luck until I "googled" and found a comment about the memory card. It seems they work loose and if you may need to remove it and put it back in place carefully; this fixed the problem for us so I thought I would pass it on as I did not see it as a suggested fix, either here or on the Apple suport pages. It may be a thing to try if you are having this problem with the Rokr or other phones.

Calendar on phone not showing birthdays

HELP.... All by birthdays show up on mobile me and on my computer just not on my phone......

I too cannot see birthdays on the iphone, however they are showing in ical being drawn from my macbook contacts. Because they are selected in sync preferences they appear in mobileme (as a subscribed) calendar. They do not appear in my list of calendars on the iphone.
I have tried the suggestion made by abellan which made no difference, and am confused and would be grateful of any clarification, because I have been recently to the genius bar recently re this and one genius said it could be done but would get another genius to show me how. The second genius said it could not be done?
I have also already submitted feedback to apple on this but for clarification can it be viewed through the phone or is it a "wish list" item?

Basic Cisco Emergency Responder question

I'm fairly familiar with CUCM and prinicples of IP Telephony but I'm very green with CER. I have a CER server at HQ that covers a building with 3 floors and about a dozen zones. All of the route patterns to support this have been setup in CUCM and a contiguous block of DID numbers was set aside a long time ago specifically for CER/E911. Everything works fine with E911 at HQ.
Recently a remote office came into play. The remote office has 3 or 4 users. There's only 1 physical IP Phone (for general use). Everybody there will use IP Communicator. All of the VoIP traffic is passing across a VPN tunnel. PSTN calls from this location use a SIP trunk at HQ. I have a couple of questions. First, is it reasonable to route 911 calls across the VPN tunnel to utilize voice gateway resources at HQ? Second, if we do that can a new zone be integrated into CER for this remote office such that calls originating from the remote office will go out to the PSAP via HQ and the PSAP will show address information for the remote office (assuming that all of the paperwork is done with the provider/PSAP)?

Sending 911 calls from centrelized location should only be considered if the SIP provider support e911 functionality and can route the call to local PSAP center where the phone is located. You would need to define different ERL/ELIN for those sites in CER. If that is not an option your only option would be to deploy local POTS lines for 911 calling.

Even after doing the recovery of my iphone 4, still i am getting a picture with itunes and usb port in phone. showing only the emergency call

I did a recovery of my iphone4. After extracting, recovery and verifying completing, my iphone restarted. But still i can only see the picture with iTunes and USB port in the iphone 4. Only the emergency call is allowed.
After recovery and re-start of my iphone4 the itunes doesn't detect my phone. What should i do now

DFU Mode and restore again, if it doesn't work, well then...I suggest you try using a custom firmware maker (sn0wbreeze), NOT for the jailbreak, just to try and fix your phone.
