Phone number not accepted when ordering photo book

Hello
I'm trying to order a photo book but I keep getting an error message saying my phone number is not correct and should be in the following lay-out " 0000 AA".
Others in this community already suggested that I should login to my account and re-enter all information. I did... without any result.
Can anybody help?

    I believe you need to share with Apple IDs, not phone numbers. That being said, you can create a shared site that you can share photos with people using a web browser. It's all explained in this article:

    I had difficulty ordering a photo book. After reading through your support pages I figured out how to do it after trying 8 times - it kept crashing. Today, I look at my credit card statement and i've been charged 8 times even though it only went through the one time and I only have 1 confirmation number. What do I do? Who do I contact?

    Registering an account on BestBuy.com should be a relatively easy process, so it’s regrettable to hear you’re having trouble when attempting to add your phone number to your personal profile. Like our super user, hockeycanuckjc, points out, the only reason I can think of why this may be is because you may be attempting to use an international number. If so, I’d suggest receiving our International Order page found here for more information.

    when a sales order is entered using payment type of credit card and selected credit card number and line details.The approval code did not generate after sales order is booked.

    I am setting up Itunes and the store part of it wants to update my payment method.
    The last bit on it asks for my phone number
    I have tried every format of my number , tried random numbers , tried a mates US number but it just doesn not accept it.
    does anyone know how to get past this?

  • Cs3 serial number not accepted when installing cs6 as upgrade

    I downloaded photoshop cs6 after paying for it as an upgrade from photoshop cs3. During the installation it asked me for the serial number for cs4 or cs5 but not cs3. It would not accept the serial number of my cs3. A look at other forums suggests the only way round this is to hack in as if I was doing an illegal download. When I installed on this computer, the help Desk took over my computer and had a lot of trouble overriding the problem. I now have a new computer and am having the same problem in trasferring cs6 to the new computer. Unfortunately I have deactivated cs6 on this computer and at present cannot use it at all.

  • Warning icon when ordering photo book

    Hi. I've received good advice before from this discussion board, so i'm hoping for some more again Anyway, I assembled a 100-page hard cover photo album and when i choose to buy the book, an warning icon popped up saying that 1 or more of the photos may not print out with good quality because of the style i chose. Now, I do have some very old black and white photos in this book, but i sent away a test book of some of them and they came back great. Since this will be a 140$ book, I want to make sure i'm not stuck with a book filled with low quality shots. What should I do in a case like this?

    Do any of the photos have a yellow caution tag next to them? That's an indication that the resolution of the photos used is lower than Apple's recommended minimum. Are the B/W photos in the Grayscale format or jpg? If they are grayscale you should convert them to JPG, adjust the contrast and brightness as needed and try again. Usually B/W photos in grayscale show as negatives in iPhoto so that may not be the issue here. But check anyway.

    You need to install the version that the serial number is assigned to.  There shouldn't be any reason for the disc to fail, but you can try downloading version 10 and see if that works...

    when we are doing customer down Payment thru F-29, system is not accepting sales order number in sales order feild itself.
    if we enter quation or enqiry number system is accepting and posting, if we put sales order number feild empty also it accpting and posting, if we enter sales order number in sales order feild sytem is not accepting it is giving error message and saying entry xxxx does not exist in VBUK - check your entry

    Sales order does not create FI document, only billing document does.  You can only apply payment to the corresponding FI (transferred from billing) document.

    The iPad is not capable of sending an SMS message so texts, pictures, etc., must go through iMessage.  The destination device must be registered with the Apple servers by turning on iMessage.  Therefore, the user with the iPhone must enable it for iMessage.

  • HT204364 Help on Ordering Photo Book

    I submitted a 62 page photo book for publication and after paying and, thereafter, gathering done, the order seems to get stuck in download at about the 1/2 way mark (according to Apple's completion bar graph; I know not necessarily accurate).  Left it going 2x overnight and still stuck in the morning.  Checked for updates to software.  Turned compueter off and tried again.  My internet speed is good.  I have ordered photo books in past and orders were completed without a problem.  Thoughts?
    By the way, it seems ridiculous that I can't ask Apple these questions for free when I am spending money to purchase products from them (I have three books for holidays lined up).  Is there a way when the problem is a purchase problem and not a computer problem?

    Just got off the phone with apple support.  If the photo book completes the assembly process but fails during the upload process the problem is in their overloaded servers.They just started a free shipping promotion for the holidays which has increased the traffic dramatically. I bought a calendar a week ago and it went right through. I'm going to try again during less peak times.
    Next:
    Here's a fix that worked for some users:
    Make sure this checkbox is checked in the System/Sharing preference pane:
    If it is, uncheck it and then recheck and try ordering again.
    And lastly:
    Quit iPhoto.
    From the Finder menu bar, choose Go > Utilities to access your Utilities folder (or press Shift-Command-U).
    In your Utilities folder, open Keychain Access.
    Find the "NetServices" entry in your Keychain Access window.
    Select the "NetServices" entry and press the delete key.
    Reopen iPhoto and attempt to place your order again.
    You should be prompted to enter your account information if you deleted the Keychain entry successfully.
    After entering your account information, you should be able to complete your order.

    It is using the track number and not the sort order field.  The reason I have multiple cds in one alumn is because they are books on cd.

    Mac OS X does not offer a Clean install option.    If by clean install you mean erasing the system, that is not recommended unless:
    1. You bought a used/refurbished Mac and there is software on it without any accompanying discs, and it is older than July 20, 2011 in model release:

    Or if it is at or newer, then erase it if it has applications installed that would not have been prebundled with it and you have no CDs for those applications.
    You don't want someone else's software keys, or accounts, or to be running unlicensed software.  At and newer Macs offer a built-in internet restore for their software with a command-R boot that lets you erase the system with Disk Utility, and then install from the internet the latest operating system.
    2. You have a hardware issue and want to eliminate possible software issues as the cause when troubleshooting a problem all at once.
    Issues affecting a new install have to be isolated before you attempt it.   Unless you know it is software or hardware, erasing may only mask other problems.
