Phone resets in middle of a Phone Call

We have an UC560 with 12 SPA525G2 phones and a AP541 forwireless.
From time to time when we are in the middle of a call the phone soft-reset, and then when the phone is rebooting it can't connect to the AP (it just "hangs" in the connecting to AP screen) and to make it work again i have to remove the power cable...
All was configured using CCA, and wifi works correctly for computers (we have 2 vlans, one for voice and one for data).
I've already tryed changing the phones and the problem still ocurrs... i've tryed deleting and recreating the user in which ocurrs often the issue and nothing....

Phone resetting in middle of phone calls

My phone keeps resetting about two minutes into a phone call, the phone go to the apple logo and look like a hard reset. Also sometime the screen shows the battery with a power symbol as if the battery is dead, but when the phone resets the battery is still good. Has anyone had the same problem and how did you fix it. Then did a new phone software load, and put my songs and photos back on, still no sound. Some folks said it was 6.1.4 software problem, hold out for fix, Verizon is sending new phone....dont want to give up the phone i bought for refurb if its just software. Some forums say its defective sound module in Iphone 5, can be replaced with new sound module. how do i know and what should i do?

If no change after restoring the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup, it is not a software or iOS problem or every iPhone running iOS 6.1.4 would have the same problem.
An exchange under warranty will be a new or refurbished iPhone with no way to tell the difference.

If your speaker is broken, then you may need to get a repair done.
Are you unable to hear anything at all, or is it just one speaker in particular?

Phones constantly turn off in the middle of phone calls, texting or web browsing; help!

My daughter and I both have BlackBerry Curves that are approxiamately 2 years old. They are constantly shutting down during phone calls and web browsing even though the battery shows a full charge. When they finally finish rebooting the battery indicators show that they are completely drained and need to be recharged. The screens freeze regularly and the little clock icon keeps spinning whenever we try to do the most basic functions. I can't wait to upgrade to different phone but can't afford to buy four of them at once. What can we do to get by until we upgrade?

Wow Scotty1964. It's certainly strange that both phones are doing the same thing! Do you both share the same chargers? It may be as simple as the charger needing to be replaced if the phone is not getting the best charge to begin with. It's also possible that both devices downloaded something in common to cause the quirky behavior. Did this start after an update was installed on the phone? Or maybe an application was updated or installed? I have the iPhone 4s on Verizon and never had this problem until I recently updated to iOS 7.0.2. I have the same case on it for several months. Yesterday, when I was talking on the phone with someone, it appeared as though I lost the call. But when I looked down at my phone, it was trying to Facetime with someone in my contact list. It happened again today. Different person, but both people have names that start with "A", so they are at the top of my contact list. Very frustrating! IPhone 4 Phone Call Issues

About a week ago I noticed my iphone 4 (updated IOS) was having issues with phone calls. I would make a call to someone and mid-call they could no longer hear me. In other cases, I made a call to someone and they never could hear me at all. Other cases, someone calls me and they cannot hear me. Finally ther are cases where I call someone and mid-call there is a bunch of static and they cannot hear me.
I spoke with Apple and they told me that I needed to restore the phone and install it as a new iPhone. This should deal with the issue. I did such steps and then synced the phone and tried to make a call. The first three calls nobody could hear me. The next call they could hear me for 2 minutes and then static and nothing.
I have had a new SIM card installed and have reset the network as well. In reading the Apple Support Community postings, it looks like the only long term solution is to acquire a new phone. Is there any other solution anyone knows of to help remedy this situation. I have had the iPhone 4 for 2 years without an issue and in the last week, this crops up. It has not been in water, it has a case on it, I am not covering up the mics, the speaker phone is off.
Next to getting a new phone, any ideas?

There is nothing to sort out.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If the issue still occurs, take the device to Apple for evaluation as there is obviously a hardware issue.

I run into situations similar to this about once per day during the work week, as I use my phone is this manner quite often. While not life altering it is quite frustrating. If it helps, I have noticed a general downgrade in overall performance starting two system updates ago (apps opening more slowly, closing unexpectedly more often, etc.). I have an iPhone 3GS with the latest OS update.

I could be corrupted backup.
You can check the notification settings for message.
Settings>Notification Center>Messages>Alert Style
It should be on Banners or Alerts.
Settings>Messages> Turn on Imessage and send as SMS and below that "Blocked" to check if you have any numbers block might be blocking the message.
You can also do a hard reset by holding power and home till it restarts and release after seeing the apple logo.
Still doesn't work? Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings

I cannot receive phone calls or messages when iPhone screen is locked

i have an iPhone 5.
i Am unable to receive phone calls or text messages when my screen is locked. When I unlock the screen the missed call doesn't even appear so I have no idea anyone has called me. Text messages come through at about 12:30am every night.
i Have tried EVERYTHING I could find in forums and Apple trouble shooting. This is my last resort other than sending it to Apple.
iit is as if "do not disturb" is stuck on, but it isn't.
i Have tried:
changing all all do not disturb settings.
checked call forwarding etc.
checked mute
my silent button is not on.
i have reset every setting and then even reset the phone and manually transferred everything back onto it rather than restore It from previous back ups.
oout it in recovery mode.
i Have no success with any.
the weird part is when I first lock the screen and try to call it, it does ring. But if I give it a minute or more it won't ring.
does anyone have any ideas or anything that may help?

I Have also checked blocked numbers and swapped SIM cards from a completely different carrier so it's not the carrier either

Making phone calls on Macbook Pro not working

I have a Macbook Pro 15" late 2013 model which I have updated to Yosemite along with an iPhone 6 running iOS 8.1
I cannot seem to make phone calls off my Macbook Pro, it just says 'call failed' try again. The screen on my iPhone does not change to the calling screen, nothing happens on the iPhone.
However, I can receive incoming calls, both FaceTime audio, FaceTime video and normal cellular calls on the Macbook Pro. I just cannot make cellular calls off my mac.
All my settings are correct, same Wifi, bluetooth all turned on. Same apple ID, cellular setting under FaceTime turn on both mac and iPhone.
Obiviously it is correct because i can answer phone calls on the macbook, but for some odd reason, my macbook doesn't seem to be communicating with the iPhone when i try to make calls off the macbook.
Please help, thanks in advance.

It's possible that it's burned out.

C7280 caller id log prints afer every phone call can't turn it off in setup?

I had to reset my fax options yesterday. Now after every incoming phone call a caller id page prints out. Very annoying and wasting paper and ink. Tried to turn it off in setup but it won't allow me to. Everytime I select last transaction log or caller id report it just prints so I tried selecting help for each. Gives me a message that no help is available for either caller id report and/or last transaction log.
It used to print a page when there were like 30 numbers, now prints everytime I receive an incoming call.

I can't actually find a setting that would control that. The firmware might have a glitch in it that's causing this. A hard reset should clear out the glitch. If it doesn't, a partial reset definitely will. The partial reset will clear all user settings and return the printer to a factory state, so it's up to you if you want to do it. I think it would help though. Let me know what happens.
To do a hard reset:
1. Make sure the printer is on.
2. Pull the power cord from the printer.
3. Pull the power cord from the wall.
4. Wait 30 seconds.
5. Plug the printer in and turn it on.
To do a partial reset:
1. Make sure the printer is on.
2. Pull the power cord from the printer.
3. Pull the power cord from the wall.
4. Wait 30 seconds.
5. Plug the power cord into the wall, but do not plug in the printer.
6. Hold down the 3 and # buttons.
7. While holding the buttons, plug in the printer.
8. When the lights come on, let go of the buttons.

When receiving phone calls, the background apps play through the speaker making it impossible to hear the person on the other line. How do i fix this? This started happening on my iphone 4 and now i have the same problem with my iphone 4s.

I once had a phone call in the middle of a trip. I was listening to my music and phone rang. It was work calling. I answered the phone and the music continued to play. I had to tell the person to hold, then i had to use multitask to find the app and manually turn it off. Once that was done, i retrurned to the phone call to find out that when i receive an email it too plays through the speaker while i am on the phone. Why wouldn't it mute these things while i am making a phone call? Is there a setting for this? It seems to me that this only happened since IOS 5, but i can't be 100%. What i am 100% on is the fact that it happened on my Iphone 4 and is now happening on my Iphone 4s.

If so, when a call is received while listening to music with the iPod, when the call is answered the music should be paused. When ending the call, the music starts playing again from where is was paused.
There is no automatic mute with notifications for received email or messages while on a call and there is no setting for this.

I haven't gotten a new sim card because the problem has been presenting itself in various cards not only mine. So far, all I've done is reset my network settings.
Last night, I turned off the 3G tab and it had all the signal bars. Today, I did the network reset and it's working apparently. But like I said before, previously the bars just disappear and the iphone only has the 3G activated.
