Phone unable to connect to iPhone iTunes Store
I have a solid connection to the internet via 3G and WiFi, but cannot connect to the iTunes store in any manner; if I go to "settings" "store" and try to sign in the "Apple ID Password" entry screen pops up for just a second and disappears, so I can't enter anything. Apps won't update and I can't purchase anything or view my account. All works fine when syncing to my computer. This is very annoying! Has anyone seen this before? Thanks!
First try resetting your phone:
Press the sleep/wake button & home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release(ignore the slide to power off). If no change after doing this, restore your phone from your most recent backup in iTunes. Follow this by syncing your content back to your phone.

I downloaded iOS 8.2 on my iPhone 5s 32 GB and now my phone won't connect to the iTunes store, and my iTunes Match is turned off and won't turn back on... As per the Apple iCloud status page, they are having issues. Do not make changes at your end.

i am unable to connect to the itunes store on my ipone 4. when i click on the app, it opens to the last screen that was accessed in the store, then closes. rebooting the phone did not help. Alxo i recently downloaded items thru itunes on my pc and they are not downloading to my phone. on my phone they show up with the cloud next to it, but when i click on th cloud to download i see the red working circle then the cloud shows up again.

Unable to connect to the itunes store on my laptop after upgrading to ios 7.
I have Windows XP - Service Pack 2 and after upgrading my itunes to ios 7, I am unable to connect to the itunes store. Every time I click on the itunes store I receive a message that says "itunes could not connect to the itunes store. An unknown error has occurred (0x80092013). Make sure your network connection is active and try again." Every other device in my house is hooked up to the internet and I am having no problem browsing the internet on this computer. I tried completely uninstalling all itunes and apple software from my computer and re-installing it and nothing has helped. Any advice?

I have windows 7 and have tried the troubleshooting steps but am still unable to connect to the itunes store yet my PC is connected to the internet, it just keeps looking like its trying to access the store
I have the same problem but the solution Wendyz99 did has not been successful for me. Part of the itunes store loads on the right side where the tabs for Quick Links and Top Charts are but the center section of the page is white. Also if I click on a song that is in the top chart area it will take me to the page but I'm not able to purchase the song or preview the song.
I feel I have tried all the solutions I can find on line and even had conversations with apple tech with no help.
I have down loaded the Autoruns program and in the winstock providers I have Bonjour and Microsoft Windows Live ID Namespace Provider. I have removed Windows Live and this still does not resolve the problem. I am at a complete loss. I am running windows 7, 32bit. Someone please help! -

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

I can no longer connect to the ITunes Store. CAn you help? When I do the diagnostics it says Securie link to itunes store failed.
I think I may be having the same problem. "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again." All tests pass the diagnostics. iPhone restored to factory settings in DFU mode, but when beginning to sync I get this error message. I've been searching online for fixes and tried several suggestions, but nothing worked so far. (disabled antivirus, firewall, ie settings, uninstall/reinstall itunes...) I'm getting very frustrated & hoping someone on here can help.

My internet service is fine and I can access other internet sites with no problems at all. It is extremely frustrating!
I have a MacBook Pro, with Mac OS X Version 10.6.6. If anyone could advise me how to fix this, it would be very much appreciated!Attempt to close out of iTunes or restart the computer... this sometimes can mean Apple is updating the iTunes Store or simply your wifi needs reset. "Error 3000" through "3999"
Alerts with codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the gs.apple.com server on ports 80 or 443. This may be because out-of-date or incorrectly configured security or firewall software is interfering, or due to your Internet proxy settings. If you are using a proxy, try removing the proxy settings, or using a known-good network. If that does not resolve the issue, follow iTunes for Windows: Troubleshooting security software issues.
