Phone wont connect to store...tried EVERYTHING!

ive tried rebooting my phone,  turning restrictions on and off, restarting network, signing out and back into itunes store and turned wifi on and off . still get message cannot connect to itunes.

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

  • PHONE WONT TURN ON! TRIED EVERYTHING! HELP!

    Okay, so today i was looking up places on google maps when my phone froze. Frustrated i waited until it unfroze.. which eventually it did.. then i turned the sleep on/off button and when i tried to turn it back on it never came back on. When i came home i tried putting it on the charging dock, that didn't work so i plugged the cord into my computer and even held the home button while i put it in the dock. still nothing! its like dead.. it was on full battery before so idk what happened! im dying without this thing! any suggestions on what to do?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    try holding down the home button and power for about 15 secs. or plug into itunes and try to restore. last, bring it to apple. did you hack yours?

    I would instead say you have a problem since nearly all IPs work as advertised.  IF you do have a bad phone, take it into an Apple store and get a replacement.  Hope you didn't jailbreak your phone though as Apple probably will tell you, you broke it, you fix it.

    I imagine a ton of people are attempting to activate after the update, and the server is getting overloaded. Simple patience, maybe keep trying, and if possible, try a little later. Think of it as all those people lining up at Apple Stores + about a million more.

    Really strange problem you have there. I have a few questions though.
    Please try again and try to make the phone as a new without restoringen with you iCloud-data or backup-data from iTunes. Maybe it is something wrong with the data (strange).
    Anyway, i think you should call Apple Support or visit an Apple Store, don't forgot to make a Genius Bar reservation.

    I have tried resetting network connections and switching on/off wi-fi, and also reset using home and top button, still nothing.

    Try going to the Wifi settings and clicking the little arrow next to your network, and click "forget this network" then try re-connecting. If that doesn't work, try going to settings-general-reset and clicking reset network settings. Also, make sure you have your network password correct if there is one.

    - Connect to computer and it it shows in iTune restore via iTunes
    - Then try letting the battery fully drain. After charging for an hour try the reset (both buttons) and connecting to computer and restore.

    That's usually a symptom of a phone that was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it.

    They will be gone from the iphone, but you should be syning all contacts to your computer regularly and should be importing all pics to your computer regularly, particularly before any update.
    Have you failed to do this?

    No, it does not.  It transfers purchases from the iDevice to the computer.  The computer must be authorized for the Apple ID that the content was acquired with.
