PHONE WONT TURN ON! TRIED EVERYTHING! HELP!

Okay, so today i was looking up places on google maps when my phone froze. Frustrated i waited until it unfroze.. which eventually it did.. then i turned the sleep on/off button and when i tried to turn it back on it never came back on. When i came home i tried putting it on the charging dock, that didn't work so i plugged the cord into my computer and even held the home button while i put it in the dock. still nothing! its like dead.. it was on full battery before so idk what happened! im dying without this thing! any suggestions on what to do?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try holding down the home button and power for about 15 secs. or plug into itunes and try to restore. last, bring it to apple. did you hack yours?

Ipad Wont Turn On-Tried Everything-Plz HELP

So my new ipad wont turn on anymore. i have only had it for a out a month so i dont understand what could have gone wrong. I tried plugging it into the wall socket and into multiple computer usb ports and nothing happend. I tried reseting by holding the sleep and home button but nothing happend. If anyone else has another solution it would be much appreciated.

Iphone3 wont turn on, tried everything

I was snycing my iphone3 today and updating the software when my computer shutdown randomly. Now my iphone wont turn on. Ive tried holding down the home and power button for 10seconds multiple times, but to no avail. I have plugged the phone into my computer but it wont recognize my phone. Ive tried holding home button down then plugging the USB port in, but that didnt work either. Its fully charged, so thats not the problem.
Please help!! What other ideas do you have? THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Something on your computer was corrupted when it shut down. Your profile doesn't say what kind of computer or OS, but assuming it's Windows (because this problem would be very unusual on a Mac) you need to completely uninstall iTunes, reboot, and install a clean, just downloaded, copy. So you are trying to connect to your wireless network, but don't know the passcode? Is that correct? If so, contact your ISP again, and they should be able to assist you with this.
Or take a look at your router/modem's documentation and see if there is either a default password or for instructions on how to reset it.

My imei number in my iphone 4 circuit board doesnt match my box or sim tray,when i go into itunes,preferences,devices and wave the mouse over the iphone,it doesnt tell me my imei number and my phone wont turn on too check it that way,any ideas?,

Try doing a restore in recovery mode or what is known as DFU.

Once in DFU mode, plug into iTunes and click Restore.
I know you said you tried all reset procedures, but I want to be sure.
Note: This will delete all your data on the Phone, hopefully you have a backup.

Had exact same problem. Rang Apple support and various apple repairers. All of them said in effect, too bad, you'll have to lose everything since your last backup. It's a work phone with very important stuff on it and the latest backup was on a computer that had a virus. Convergence of crap :/
Happened to talk to a friend who said to try replacing the battery. Did that. Problem fixed. All data saved.
To all Apple support people: rather than say 'once it's in recovery mode you lose all data' try saying 'replace your battery and see if that works first'!!!!

- Connect to computer and it it shows in iTune restore via iTunes
- Then try letting the battery fully drain. After charging for an hour try the reset (both buttons) and connecting to computer and restore.

I know it can be both concerning and frustrating if your iPhone will not turn on as expected. I also know your have done some great troubleshooting already. I would suggest reading over the attached article and trying the troubleshooting steps provided to ensure everything has been done.

Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIsand corrosion.
Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 30 minutes, if:
The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.

Have you checked your Control Panel to make sure you don't have the flashlight turned on?
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and make sure the flashlight icon (bottom left-hand corner) is not white. If it is, tap on it to turn it off.
