PhoneGap - Error while building Android App

Question

Hello,
I've trying to do the meridian tutorial and it fails. Everything seems to  be working for me till build and emulate. It loads the phone emulator  but my app dose not appear. In logfile I got the following error :
 DnERROR: Cannot copy phonegap files. Terminating.java.io.FileNotFoundException: com.200th.meridien\src\com\200th\meridien\DefaultActivity.java (Das System kann den angegebenen Pfad nicht finden) ERROR: Clone failed 
Im using Win 7 64x with the android sdk installed on C:\Program Files (x86)\android-sdk

Similar issue here. Running Win 7 64 bit as well. Could be a 64 bit issue. Dw asked me to add the java path to my environment variables several times. It was looking for a 32 bit version of java. My error seems to be related to not finding the correct Java.exe file. Adobe said they don't support this feature...but they advertise it as the #1 feature of this upgrade.
UPDATE:
I tried using the Dw installation of Android SDK on 2 different Windows 7 64 bit machines and got the exact same error. I also tried manually installing and I at least got to the part where it says, "Cloning seed app for Android". I tried the manual install on a Windows XP machine and the build succeeded the first time.
I've also had Dw warn me that my java installation was not where it was expected, which is apparently in the 32 bit Program Files. I do have JDK 7 and JDK 6_27 64 bit installed. I have tried setting different environment variables, but maybe I've missed something. Here is the error log:
