Photo Albums in the Media menu for Numbers is a total mess and not usable.

"Media" photo albums are now unusable in Numbers and Pages. I have 30,000 photos spanning 5 years and Numbers has created an album for every day that I have taken a photo. This is all mixed up with my own albums that I have created. How can I get rid of the "album for every day" that the app has created. Note this is inside Pages and Numbers, not in the Photos App. My Photos App shows the albums correctly.
All apps are the latest and on MacBook Pro.

Why is the dialog box for storing a bookmark so small and not resizeable??

I have about two dozen folders full of bookmarks, and some of them have sub-folders. When I go to bookmark a page, the dialog box is ridiculously small, for n apparent reason. If it started out much larger, or if I could resize it to the full height of my screen, it would be so much easier to use.

I have no clue that you mean by it only shows photos from the camera icon. It has to show the photos in the camera roll of the photos app since those are the only photos that you can import via the USB cable.
There are other ways of transferring photos to a computer, but they involve using third party apps. There are WiFi transfer apps that will do this. DropBox will also let you upload photos to a public folder and then download them to a computer.

You haven't provided any sensible, meaningful and detailed information about your setup.
If you gave some sensible, complete and detailed information, someone may be able to help you, such as your platform (Mac or Win), exact versions of your OS, of Photoshop and of Bridge, machine specs, what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far, etc.

When I delete a photo from a page, it does not stay in the assets panel. My client uses in browser editing daily. Once a week he changes a photo just for a day, then needs the previous photo to replace it. The original photo is not in the asset panel (or folder) for him to choose.

- Can you access the mail account(s) on another device and look for a problem email that may be causing the problem

Correct. You don't use iTunes to get photos off the iPhone.
