Photo Book purchase question please help!
Ok well I made my photo book but I don't know how much it will cost to buy it. Is it always the same price? Or will it tell you after you're finished making you're photo book. Also when I am finished with my photo book and I hit "Buy Book" will it buy it right away? Or will it say blah blah blah this is how much it will cost ok? Do you agree? Are you sure? Enter information PLEASE HELP
I just received my first IPhoto book. It is fabulous, by the way. When you begin the book, you can choose size and type and get pricing information. If you click on the layout/page view in the thumbnails above the book pages, you can see exactly how may pages you are using as you work. When you are finished, you are given the exact price with shipping information. Put in your credit card info and you're done. In the last week, I completed 6 books, all different sizes. These were the first I'd ever done and while I deleted the start a few times, it was pretty easy once I discovered the layout/page view. Hope this helps

Upgraded MacBook Pro 5,1 to Lion - Address Book/RAM Question - PLEASE HELP!
So, I upgraded to Lion. Flawless.
Except, when I was trying to set up iCloud, I had Address Book open and decided to select the "Look for Duplicates" function to try to clear some of the double entries in my Address Book.
The process took over an hour.
I had Fusion running.
After an hour, I got an error message that said I have run out of disk space. It prompted me to force quit some applications.
I have 4 GB of RAM and 400 GB free on a 750 GB Hard Drive.
What caused this? Is it serious? Any advice?
I am trying to run it again, but it is taking forever.
Please help!I finally solved the problem by myself.
For anyone reading this thread and having similar issues, I quickly describe how I did it:
Basically, I changed totally nothing on either Soft- or Hardware side.
But what I did was disassemble my MBP, remove one of those 2 memory chips, un- and replugged the SSD, turned the system on with just one memory chip, let it run for a while (did some stress tests on the SSD that ususally lead to massive problems) and everything worked smooth.
At first I thought the one memory I removed was bad, but to my surprise the system continued to work stable after I put it in again.
Since 6 days my MBP runs smooth without any troubles like spinning wheels or whatsoever.
I've read many threads from other people having similiar issues with this configuration, coming up with a lot of ideas and workarounds.
Although this seems to be weird, I hope that it helps some of you facing the same weird behaviour. -

When we go to view albums from our iphoto library on apple tv it takes forever to load and then it only plays between 24 and 35 photos then goes back to the start. Then it goes through again and displays 1 more photo each time. Please help!
It's likely that your Library database has been damaged in all the crashing.
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Your advice did not help me. I also installed 10.7.4 combo but the situation is the same.
my internet connection is ok, mail is ok, but app store after 3 resets does not recognize my ID and it says "connection is not possible". Why? Welcome to the Apple community.
If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do. -

If your account is disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your iPhone and iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Storeand then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
For your security questions, if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use -

Go to Settings, Store, Apple ID, Sign out and then sign back in again and have another go.
Also, try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. The screen will go blank and then power ON again in the normal way.] It is app and data safe! -

It can't do that by itself. You had to click through several prompts telling it to restore it from a backup of an old phone for that to happen.
If the phone was not backed up to iCloud before this happened, or to another computer, then the data is gone. There is no way to recover it. -

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
