"photo delivery failed" yet photos are received and keep sending

i have the first gen iphone and have a problem since november, sending photos...getting the error message "Photo Delivery Failed" yet photos are received and it keeps sending it 3 - 6 times. the first time it happened it sent up to 40 times to the annoyance of my family....unfortunately i had sent the photo to several family members! i shut off the phone completely. but once i rebooted the next day, it continued resending and giving me the error message, just not so many times now. i am reluctant to send photos to anybody now. but i know it still happens because i send photos from my iphone for work purposes to my work email quite often. (my employer won't allow to install itunes to download them on my work computer...)

Ok, I'm not the only one having this problem! Anyone? I've tried deleting the yahoo account and reinstalling and that hasn't worked.

I received your emai stating that my photos are safe and are present in the folder on your computer that you specified when importing them. If you used Photoshop Album Starter Edition to import your files from the camera without changing the default folder, look in this folder. I have tried looking in the default folder and there is nothing there to help. Some of these photos were scanned in from my Cannon Printer. Surely if Adobe are requesting me to register and telling me they will send me a code no. that is all that needs to be done.

I'm so sorry, but in today's world, the support of low cost products through personal contact has become very uncommon. It simply does not pay to sell a product for $50 or $100 and then pay people to sit in cubicles to talk on the phone that may cost $50 or $100 an hour.

CS5, CS5.5 and CS6 are products from the past that, as far as I know are not being updated or maintained. Adobe has replaced them with the "Creative Cloud" or "CC". So, if you want a current version of "Premier CC", you "rent" it for $20 a month. For $50 a month, you can rent everything Adobe makes for photogrphers, videographers, designers and graphic artists.
If "upgrade" means "get a cheaper price", no.
The easiest way to buy the DVD version of Elements 13 is to order it from a major retailer like B&H Photo or Amazon. I've checked and both have it. The cheapest way to buy it is to wait for holiday season pricing.

Photos are dark and cannot be used in slideshow mode. Also cannot move photos in a sequence. Also photos will not move from grid to add to another collection.

Just to clarify my problem with the "dark photos"....when in slideshow mode, photos are dark and state "no photo selected" I've created multiple slideshows and this was never an issue. Just downloaded updates as well for Lightroom 4 and this didn't seem to help either.

How did you move your iPhoto Library from the old Mac to your new one?
Do the following:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down to open the First Aid window. Be sure to follow the circled recommendation in the screenshot.
2 - run Option #4, Rebuild Database.

Synced Photos are sideways and upside down

16GB Blk 3G here just synced 96photos and when i go into Photos, Photo Library, the photos are upsidedown and some are sideways.

In the fist pane, (Summary), you will see the AppleId (Account Name) that was used to buy the song.
Be sure to login to use this account to register this computer to play the song

Here is the second place that the user name and password must be checked.
I had changed my password in the first spot, but not the second spot. I had been receiving the same error message. This fixed my problem.

Quick answer: Select all the tracks on the album, File > get info, and either give them all a single "album artist", or check the "compilation" flag (as in https://discussions.apple.com/message/17670085).
If these are from multiple-CD sets you may also need to enter the appropriate information in the disc number fields.

When we tried to restore the last back up - the only one was from when she used my itunes 6 months ago which was from her old iphone. So now it has put all her photos from her old phone onto her new iphone and deleted all the new ones. We cannot find her new photos. Please help and there was 100 new pics. That's not quite what it said. Someone should have paid more attention to the great big warning about the possibility of losing data if the phone wasn't backed up.

It restored the backup that was made on your computer 6 months ago, which did not contain those photos. You're wasting your time trying to find them on the phone. They don't exist.
Hopefully, your friend syncs her phone to her own computer on a regular basis. She needs to plug her phone into her computer and restore it from her last backup. That will restore it to the state it was in when the backup was made.
She also needs to get in the habit of extracting the photos on a regular basis, like she would from any other digital camera.

My iPhone 4s takes horrible photos. The images are cloudy and half the time you can't see the objects/people.

Have you checked the camera lens to make sure it is clean and the plastic that covered the lens for shipment is removed? Does this only happen with flash pictures? If it is in a case, remove the iPhone from the case and take a flash picture and see if that makes a difference. The hole for the camera on some of the cases aren't big enough and can cause problems. Also some clear or light colored cases don't have a camera hole that is ringed in black. This can cause fogging.

the drive is the main mac hd of my macmini which is osx formatted and seems to be ok
the database is (or should be) managed - I hooked the "store in aperture library" checkmark
the corruption I mean is that the master files do not show the metadata anymore (unknown camera), some of the images are covered with a gray bar, some show magenta like colours, and worst of all they are in wrong folders or missing anyway. Pictures from 2002 are in the 2010 folder ans similar.
I have a backup in the cloud which is hree weeks old I hope I can find something there
I am now trying to find all pictures on my different harddisks and sort them like I did years ago on my pc in files with year/month/ structure. I will do the same in the future with all my masterfiles and let them back up in the cloud. Do you know a importing tool which gives names in the above mentioned structure to any file imported?

I have an iPhone and I've been sending imessage to other people with iPhone. Some messages are delivered and some are read. What is the difference and why is this happening ?

Depends on the receiver. They can set their read receipt to on and you will get read on your end when they actually open up the message app to read it. If they have read receipts set to off then all you will get is a delivered even if they read it.

. My messages, especially photo or video, tell me that they are not delivered with the red circle and !. So I think family is not receiving and I send again. Same thing. But, they are getting them. Why error message?
