Photo Does Not Enlarge when you click thumbnail

I have just installed the update to iWeb, etc. and now have a problem when viewing my web page. I get to the web page and try to click on the picture thumbnail to enlarge it and nothing happens. What gives?

there is an undefined java functions in your http://web.mac.com/stephenflint/iWeb/CruzWedding/Pre-Ceremony_files/Pre-Ceremony .js , fourth line from the bottom, I found:
var options = slideshowWindowOptions(height, width);
slideshowWindowOptions function is not defined anywhere in the js file. Unless someone contradicts me on this, I have to say this is sloppy works!

Why doesn't Skype not close when you click the X b...

I'd like to get some input as to why Skype does not close when you click the red X button on the top right corner but rather only gets minimized. It's frustrating and makes no sense at all. The only way to close Skype is to right click the icon in the tray and choose "Quit Skype."
I'd like to understand why this useless feature exists. It renders the minimize button ( - ) useless, which is only two squares away from the X button.
Please don't proceed to list other programs that do this (i.e. some antivirus software) as that was not what I asked. It's standard for programs to close when the X button is clicked, as will happen momentarily when I click the X button on my Chrome browser window when I'm done typing this quation. Thanks

What he was talking about was setting it to ""run as administrator" in the shortcut/executable as you should know that would run the application in a true administrator mode (like Windows XP) vs. the default crippled administrators group in Windows. I personally have not had to do this since I have not run into the issue but for those that have, people claimed it has helped/resolved the issue. In regards to following UI interaction rules, it does as it actually closes the form. Skype doesn't send an additional closure to the resident system tray icon form because it's a memory resident communication program. Some programs give you that option, others don't. Geforce Experience is one of the latest programs I use, that doesn't. Nobody forces anything on you. If you feel your family is "forcing" something on you, you always have the option of "forcing" something on them or suggesting another method you prefer in order to stay in contact with you. In the end that's a family issue, not a Skype one.
If you want to close Skype down in one click you can do so using the provided shortcuts in the following thread. You can also assign those shortcuts hotkeys or assign them to a key on your keypboard/mouse using additional key mapping software to completely close Skype with the press of a single button.

I am new to web design. I apologize if I do not use the write
terminology. I am designing a website. I want to have a song that
loops continuously throughout the site and does not restart when

You will have to use frames which in itself is a bad idea.
IMO music that
plays automatically is a terrible idea. It is likely to drive
away many
visitors and is unlikely to retain even a single visitor.
Avoid frames. Drop the music. You'll be happy you did.

There are several possible causes for the Black Screen issue
1. Permissions in the Library: Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to check and repair permissions.
2. Minor Database corruption: Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild.
3. A Damaged Photo: Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and right click on it. From the resulting menu select 'Show File (or 'Show Original File' if that's available). (On iPhoto 11 this option is under the File -> Reveal in Finder.) Will the file open in Preview? If not then the file is damaged. Time to restore from your back up.
4. A corrupted iPhoto Cache: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto folder from HD/Users/Your Name/ Library/ Caches...
5. A corrupted preference file: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file from the HD/Users/ Your Name / library / preferences folder. (Remember you'll need to reset your User options afterwards. These include minor settings like the window colour and so on. Note: If you've moved your library you'll need to point iPhoto at it again.)
If none of these help: As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

Try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
When it's rebooted you can force a backup via Settings > iCloud

Here's another thought.
Navigate to HD > Users > Library > Safari: Make a duplicate of History.plist.
To duplicate the file, click once to highlight it. Press the Command + D keys.
Drag the History,plist copy file to the Desktop.
Highlight it. Press the Command + I keys, to get info.
Change Open With to TextEdit.
When you open the file in TextEdit, it will be difficult to read, but you will be able to pick out some sites.

It's a Date bean and it is UIX which generates the java script to pop open the dialog box and the UI. I donot think there will be any public document available on the implementation.

Try uninstalling the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.

The instructions in HT4236 are as follows:
To delete synced photos and videos

No where does it say anything about a "photo pop up option". When you click on your device icon a panel with many tabs appears. One of these tabs is "Photos". You are supposed to click on the "Photos" tab.

Hi, Can anyone tell me if the photos I've imported to my unpublished iWeb site will only enlarge when double clicked when the site is published? Do I need to be associated with a web browser for this to work? It's driving me nuts. Thanks.

Welcome to the discussions. Yes, photos placed on iWeb's Photos template page only enlarge when published and viewed via a web browser. (The Slideshow also will only play in a browser.) Note that photos on other template pages will not enlarge when clicked — unless you've set up a hyperlink to do that.

Decorator not changing when you click on listitem

I'm developing a mobile application for my thesis and I was working with flash builder burrito. I now installed the new SDK and flashbuilder 4.5.
I changed my code a little bit so it would work with the new SDK.
But there's one problem I can't solve.
I have a list with objects in it. When the element is not checked you can see a gray V, when you click on it it should become a green V. So the user can see wich one is checked and wich not. Here for I use a list with an itemrenderer.
The problem is when he loads the page he can set the decorator correctly. But when you click on a listitem he doesn't change the decorator.
I've allready tried to debug , and the debugger is going to the itemrenderer and setting the decorator but de decorator doesn't change in my list.
I made a small example to show:

As you can see I also use setStyle and change the color when you click it. This is because that works. This is only temporary offcourse.
And I think that's a strange thing that setStyle does work but setting the decorator to a new image doesn't.

It will be fixed in the next release of Flex.
