Photo Editor & Video Editor

After Symbian Belle Future Pack 2 Update, photo editor & Video Editor is deleted. In Ovi Store I don't found any of the editor. Where I can found original Video Editor & Photo Editor which was in feature pack 1 or Original Symbian Belle ? Please Help , I need both of them

You could try reinstalling the Firmware using Nokia Suite. If that doesn't do the trick then you will have to go to a Nokia Care point to get those applications re-installed.

I realise it's too late now but did you try holding the power button down for eight seconds until three vibrations are felt when your phone crashed? This would have re-booted the phone without losing any of your applications/data and is the equivalent of pulling the battery out. The three fingered suicide is meant to be used to try and switch on an otherwise dead phone and shouldn't be used for any other purpose.

I lost the original nokia photo and video editor, ...

I reseted my phone due to a software issue and that caused all my inbuilt softwares to be removed. I desperately want the photo editor. Is there anyway I can reinstall it??

Reinstall using the Nokia Suite..
..and it will be different from Flashing thats done by Nokia Care Centres ...

Where can I download Photo and Video editor for N8...

i think I lost them either after Belle Refresh or either after the hard reset. I tried reinstalling the software but I still dont have them. Is there any way I could download them?

Restore photo editor and video editor

Can someone really help regain my photo and video editor on my nokia 700 after i have performed factory reset, my nfc tutorial, photo editor as well as video editor have vanished after using the back up.I love using thee apps on my phone, please i really need this help.

have you tried reinstallnig the current firmware thru Nokia Suite on PC? also check that those editors haven't moved into the Gallery section of your device.

Nokia 808 Pure View Video Editor disappeared

I am extremely happy with my 808, it is perfect in every aspect, but I dont understand what happened with Video Editor ? My N8 has it (scissors symbol on menu). In 808 model I can only edit videos through gallery and only cut them - nothing more. I cannot join videos, add sound etc... like I can in video editor on N8. I cannot find any in online shop too. Does anybody knows what is going on ? I just cannot find video editor on menu on 808, but I was reading it has. I made last software update. Nokia is from norwegian market.

It is not available in nokia store. You have to download it from third party site. But to install the file you first have to hack your phone otherwise you will get certificate error.

have you checked that the video and photo editor isn't in the Gallery application? if it isn't , you can try re-installing your current firmware thru Nokia Suite.
as for other photo editors/video editors, whatever is available in the Nokia Store is your best bet.

Please suggest me a very good video editor and a photo editor (although inbuilt photo editing is there but still if there is any better) for my nokia 808 pureview white and from where i can download these and install in my mobile.

your best bet apart from Google would be searching under photo or video or editor in Nokia Store on your device. As Symbian is now in maintenance mode, developer support and application support appears to be winding down, so what is found or not found, is unfortunately as good as you're going to get mate.

I have PSE 12 but only Video editor shows up, I need the photo editor

Thanks for answering! The disc is titled " adobe photoshop elements 12" (windows). In smaller print off to the right side I see it says "Adobe Premier Elements 12 Trial Included". Did I just install it improperly? If so, can I delete PSE from my computer & re-load it? Thanks!

Why do saved photos from the editor disappear?

This doesn't happen every time, but often enough to be annoying. After I edit a photo in Elements 8 Editor and save it, the photo disappears when I'm taken back to the Organizer. I have found some of these photos in my Microsoft Photo Library and can bring them into the Organizer using "Get Photos and Videos by file name" in the Organizer's File menu. But I can't figure out why they don't show up in the Organizer in the first place! Any ideas?

Nice try, but not quite everything I need. This problem and another I wrote about earlier seem to be connected. When I followed your instructions the edited photo didn't get lost, but the whole Version Set lost the Exif date of the original and both photos were dated today (and filed in the front of the Organizer). When I tried "Save As" without creating a Version Set, I still lost the edited photo and had to retrieve it for Photoshop's Organizer from my Windows file. I don't think I should have to choose between losing "ghost" photos or losing my Exif information. In the Organizer's Properties, I made sure that the line about making a new date was not checked. I looked in the Editor's Properties and found a line that says "Ignore Camera Exif information." That is not checked. Should it be? Both of these problems began when I switched from Elements 6 in a Windows XP environment to Elements 8 in a Windows 7 environment. Anybody else have a problem like this?

Photo Organizer and Editor

I'm looking to go away from some of the free editors and organizers, but finding the solution that is best for me is challenging. For a basic photo / video editor and organization what product would statisfy my needs? I have probably a few thousand photos but also need a way to categorize and organzie them. Any suggestions and direction would be appreciated.

Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor is now available on Mac App Store to download. It is Editor only and does not have Organizer similar to PSE 10 Editor on Mac App Store.

Welcome to the forum!
If you want to get the image editor and the option to set for wallpaper, you can re-install the software using the Nokia Suite. Before updating, you need to back up your data to avoid deletion.

Follow the steps below to back up your files:
Connect the phone you want to back up to your computer with a USB cable. On your phone, select Nokia Suite (or PC Suite) and then select OK.
In Nokia Suite, click Tools then Backup. Nokia Suite shows you a list of the content types that you can back up and prepares a list of information that can be backed up.
Select the information that you want to back up. If you want to change where the backup file is saved, click Browse and choose another location. If you have a lot of music, photos or videos on your phone, including them in the backup will cause the backup process to be slower.
Click Start to begin backing up. Do not disconnect or switch off your phone during the backup. If you need to stop the backup, click Stop. Nokia Suite will reach a safe stop point and will then stop the backup.
Click Finish to close the window after the backup is complete.
To re-install your phone software, select Tools then Software updates and select the word Re-install. If an update is available for your phone, you can see it here along with any other updates that are available.
If the above steps didn't work, can you tell us if you updated the software? There are some cases that, once you've updated the software, other features will be deleted on the next update but it'll be added a new feature and/or functionality.

Make it a real video editor lire Imovie or ditch it

I am sorry but this is an ugly and invasive application. Please make it become a real video editor or throw it away. I am quite sure that Sony corporation is more than able to write a video editing app.
It is sad, but Apple rules...

iMovie is very easy to use an perfect as you can simply drag in photos or images and video clips and assemble them very quickly. If the text is short blocks then iMovie can again be used by inserting titles. These can be over the top of existing pictures or video images.
You can record audio from a microphone direct in iMovie. This is what I would suggest. Also the iMovie tutorial here helped me use it very quickly and painlessly.

Setting up Elements 11 and Elements Premiere (video editor)

I have purchased both Elements 11 and Elements Premiere (Video Editor) When I am very happy with elements 11 but when I installed elements premiere (vedo editor) the install process said it would uninstall elements 11 and now I have no photo editor when I try installing Elements 11 at the end of the install it say shared technology error and rollsback the install. I went to the troubleshooting guide but I have no idea where the Adobe Suport Advisor (ASA) or the main install log. please help me I really need the photoeditor in elements 11.
