Photo El 11 is a foreign language. Change to English?

My Trial Photo El 11 downloaded with a foreign language even though I selected REnglish in the process. I need to know how I can change to English??

It is using the language setting for your operating system. Which operating system do you have installed?

When I go to websites, the text is in either a foreign language or wingdings. I never know when this will happen. Web sites that have never done this before are now doing it. I have to close Firefox and use Internet Explorer which I don't like. I have gone to options and made English (US) my preference, restarted the computer, but no change. This happens on websites I use often. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Thank you.

This issue can be caused by an old bitmap version of the Helvetica or Geneva font or (bitmap) fonts that Firefox can't display in that size. 
Firefox can't display some old bitmap fonts in a larger size and displays gibberish instead. 
You can test that by zooming out (View > Zoom > Zoom Out, Ctrl -) to make the text smaller. 
 
Uninstall (remove) all variants of that not working font to make Firefox use another font or see if you can find a True type version that doesn't show the problem. 
There have also been fonts with a Chinese name reported that identify themselves as Helvetica, so check that as well.

Language is the last drop down control
English (UK) & English (US) are 8th and 9th on the list

Foreign languages changing to ???

Exchange 2013. User does not want to change his regional settings to another languague, but just wants to sometimes type Japanese in the message body. Receiving end displays the Japanese as ????. I could only find one reference to this, which
was to change the ContentType to MimeHtmlText, but that's already set. Ideas? He was able to do this until we migrated him from 2007 to 2013. ContentType is also MimeHtmlText in 2007.

Based on the description, the user created a new message using Japanese language and sent it successfully. However, the content was "????" when a recipient received and opened this email.
From "He was able to do this until we migrated him from 2007 to 2013. ", did you mean in Exchange 2013 everything worked well, however in Exchange 2007 the issue mentioned above occurred?
Were all recipients affected or just the one recipient?
What's the Outlook version?

just open "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6\Locales\"
U will find a folder there with a correct language (i dont know how looks the polish language folder)
but you just need to rename the folder to "en_US"
will looks like this --> C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6\Locales\en_US

To change your language you login in application manager and you can change your language there.

German language changed into english after upgrade but wont re-change

the option in settings is still on german but the whole iTunes is english after i upgraded to the 7.4.3.1 version.

I need to be sure I haveunderstood correctly.
You know that if you go to Edit>>Preferences>General you can set your language, then you have to restart iTunes for the change to take effect.
So you have set you language to Genrman and it stays in English?
Something that has worked for someone esle is to do a repair install of iTunes.
Go to Control Panel>>Add remove programs.
Select iTunes and press Change. Then Choose repair.

Is there an option or plugin that allows firefox to translate foreign websites/languages to english live? one specific example is the site: tuduo.com (link below). I know chrome has this option but prefer FF if I had a choice. Running FF 4.6beta, Windows7

Reading a text file with foreign language characters

I'm trying to convert foreign language characters to English looking characters. I have code that works, but only if I hard code the string with foreign language characters and pass it to the function. I cannot figure out how to get my program to read
in the foreign characters from my file, they come in as garbage.
Since the function works when I pass a hard coded string to it, I'm pretty sure the problem is the way I have the Streamreader set up, it's just not reading the characters correctly...

I know that removing the accent changes the meaning of the word, but this is what the user wants so it's what I need to do.

Finally got it to work. I had to remove the first 5 characters from the replacement string (ŠŽšžŸ), couldn't find encoding that would handle these, and to be honest, I didn't really need them. The important ones are still there, was probably
just overkill on my part.
UTF7 worked for the rest...

There is no PDF available. I sent a link to a page full of links and info not much different from the help files.
There are many Free books in the iBooks store which will take you through the basics of iBA.
I like "Create your first Interactive book using iBooks Author"   its created by iBook-Widgets.com - who also supply widgets at a price.. but the book is very free and very good.. search the iBooks store for their title.
You cannot use iBA on an iPad, however, I also use the iPad app -- "Book Creater"   ( redjumper.net ) its very low priced around $3 or so. The people who create it are helpful and friendly. You can distribut your books to friends and family using Dropbox or other cloud storage. If you want to creaet an ePub file and then upload to the iBooks store, its not difficult. You create the book on your iPad. It is no where near as good as iBA for functionality.. but it spossible to make really good eBooks.
I think Applecare shoud come into effect with the language problems if it can be found to be a glitch on the computer. Applecare is product based and does not apply to software.
Take it stage by stage,   visit your Apple store and   ask if they can solve the help files in langauges first, then react to the answer, it could be they can solve the issue which leave you a clear path with iBA.
Also you can gather more indormation about how to use it with the help files.
Try the info I have included and   see how it develpops... any problems get back here and we can look for alternatives.

By mistake I have lost My "Firefox" that was in the English language & instead I have one in a foreign language. How do I change it back yo English?

I have an apple computer.A week or so ago a window appeared that ask if I wanted an upgrade on Mozilla Firefox & if so click on "Install" which I did. Somehow by mistake this changed my Firefox program from the English language to a foreign language.( I think it might be "Turkish" but not sure.) How do I change it back to English?
