Fran3mk you have posted to the Download, Installing, Setting Up forum. Did you receive any errors during the install process?
If not then you may want to consider posting your inquiry to the Photoshop Elements forum at http://forums.adobe.com/community/photoshop_elements. -
it keeps saying running out of disk space need to delete some photos and videos but i already cleared out all my photos and videos and it keeps saying the same thing.
Connect the iPod to your computer. Click on the iPod under Devices and iTunes. How large is the "other" category as shown in the colored bargraph? If larger than about 3/4 GB, restore the iPod. That large of "other" indicates corrupted files.

Since upgrade to iOS 7 playing my music from iPad via Bose has been to say the 'least' hazy, not got same problem with phone, has anyone out there come across same problem
The sound on my iPad was pretty bad for Siri after upgrading to iOS 7. I ended up restoring to factory settings which did the trick, but is a big step, especially if you've lots of content on your iPad.
However it may be worth trying a basic Reset where data remains as is. To do that hold down both the Sleep & Home buttons together until the Apple logo is displayed on screen.

Cannot burn cd's from itunes - frustrated to say the least
I have created a playlist from cd's of my own and a few from itunes. I bring up the playlist and click on the burn cd circle and it asks to "insert a blank cd". After I do so and close the door it then says "checking media". After a minute or so it spits the cd out for a few seconds and the cd door closes again and then nothing. I tried to change the burn speed to 4 and it did nothing. I've tried to use different cd's. I've updated all drivers to no avail. It worked one time before after several attempts, but that's it. Does anyone know what the heck is going on?
Here's the cd diagnostic:

Unknown Radius client (frustrated!!to say the least)
I am having unknown radius user issues i have a nw65 sp2 server and
installed the nmas radius from BM3.8,i followed TID 10078616 (how to
install and configure radius on nmas) when i use NTRADping it times out
the errors on the radius screen are Access Request Dropped and Unknown
RADIUS client,
I know there are a number of threads on this and the only thing i haven't
done is patch my NMAS?didn't really see anything pertaining to this issue
on the download site and the TID that mentioned patching NMAS from an
earlier post had been removed from the knowledgebase.
here is the debug log with the errors....

ThanksJust thought i woukld give an update on this, it appeared that on my
NW6.0 server (which holds the Certificate of Authority) when i service
packed it awhile back it didn't install all the files and so my nici
version was 2.0.2, so i reran the support pack update and everything
appears to work in conjunction with Radius running on my 6.5 server.
Thanks for the suggestions though

I'm getting really annoyed that my iPod keeps crashing thanks to 6.0. When is this going to get fixed or how can I get the previous version back??
I had a iPod 4G and it suffered crashes after upgrading to iOS6, especially in the App Store and iTunes store. Safari often crashed as well, but it occurred same as before I upgraded.
My iPod barely had any apps on it, having only 3GB used of 6.5GB available space (I had 8GB version).
I got the new iPod Touch 5th generation a few days ago and it works perfectly. Never had a single crash running any app, game, or store.
This has led me to believe that iOS6 was primiarily for the new line of devices and not really optimized for the previous generation. Thus, I think that iOS6 may be the last highest supported OS for the iPod-4 and the iPhone-4 and 4S and future operating systems will not be compatible with the previous generation. -
Connectivity to my Windows XP box is finicky to say the least.
It took me a good half hour today, rebooting, restarting, etc-- multiple times, trying to start it in recovery mode (didn't work), and finally, exiting iTunes and starting it up again, it at that point connected. No other device I've ever had has been this flaky. No wonder I avoid using iTunes for anything like the plague. The diagnostic shown below was run both before and after it started working, the only difference was the last couple of lines where the failure didn't find a connected device-- and the one below it did. (serials blacked out for privacy). I love the iPod Touch, and plan eventually to get an iPad too, but boy do I hate using iTunes. I wish Steve had spent as much time using and perfecting iTunes on Windows as he did with everything else...

Once you've signed in the first time, don't sign out and you'll never be prompted again.

PSE 9 and 5 will not import - says the file already exists in the catalog !
I've already wasted 2 days looking for answers to this. When someone buys this program, at least half of the price is paying for the database in the Organizer - yet even John Ellis himself, who seems to know more than anyone about it, has gone to Lightroom. This is bad coding!!!
Upgraded from 5 to 9. If you read my previous posts, this took 2 days too, and phone help from a tech, because it would not install in my XP computer. It did upgrade the Organizer from 5, although many of the symbols are unusable and don't work to help me identify my tags. However, now I see that neither 5 nor 9 is able to look at a file and display thumbnails that are in it.
I move files around a lot for my business. Any half-way good database should be able to find the missing files, and also add any new images. Say I have 10 images in file A, then add 2 more to make 12. It can't see the added images! Says can't import, the file already exists in the catalog.
I tried: updating thumbnails, recover, repair, in both 5 and 9 - nothing works. to import the images that I can SEE in these folders! I read here that it will not import files if the same name is somewhere else. That alone is a problem. But I think it's more than that: even if the file used to be in another folder, folder B, it won't recognize that it's in folder A now!
Since PSE9 uses sql db, shouldn't that be better than 5 and be able to do simple tasks like this?
Any advice or similar experiences eagerly welcomed.Thank you for replying, dj paiqe.
Do you mean the first little section that says photos may not be displaying? Yes, those just reveal hidden photos and are very basic. I did them.
I guess we disagree about databases and what they are designed to do, or maybe I didn't explain this well.
I did not move the images outside of the catalog: I move them to various folders, all already imported WITHIN the catalog, as I send them to various editors. (these are all drawings, not photos, and I do this professionally, so it needs to work).
Folder A and Folder B and Folder C have already been imported into the catalog. So if I move 2 images from folder B into folder A, the Organizer is simply lost, says image already exists, and everything is totally screwed up, as the image is no longer in folder B, and it can't find it in folder A!!! The problem is, unless I memorize the image name, say Image 9, I can't tell it to reconnect, as there is no longer an image in front of me! So there are 2 images, without names, now nowhere to be found. Inefficient, to say the least.
I've never tried Lightroom or Filemaker, but I cannot believe that they would lose data like this. I think it's the Folder coding that's not working in PSE, and I wanted this to work so badly!!!!!
I am willing to do it the PSE way, since you now have captions, keywords, etc, and it is a very powerful database, when it works. I understand that one is supposed to move images within the Organizer, obviously. But now many images are disconnected. I could start all over importing, but is there any way to do that without losing tags and categories? -

Hi Edward,
Please try the workarounds for 12.1 Patch failure mentioned here:
http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/elements-12-1-update-erro r.html
If the problem still persists please share the following logs at [email protected]
C:\Users\ Run to get the Run dialog:
In the Run dialog type %temp%, it will take you to Temp folder where you will find PSEPatcher12dot1.log
Thanks,

Please help. I have no idea why this is happening and I'm kinda new to using iTunes. I'm trying to sync music from a playlist on my iTunes account onto my iPod Shuffle (older Shuffle). I use Windows XP on my laptop. When I try moving the songs to the iPod it says the iPod is synced to another library. I didn't know I had another library (but I guess it is possible because I used iTunes a few years ago too).
The only option I get is to delete the music already on the iPod and sync the iPod to "this" library. I really don't want to lose the music already on the iPod. PLEASE HELP. I'm tech challenged to say the least.See this post.
