I am using Photo Shop on a duel screen set up with a Thunderbolt Monitor as one screen and a Cintiq as the second screen. I'm using a Mac Book Pro to run the whole thing. Typically, I use theThunderbolt monitor to hold the pallets, and the main window is on the Cintiq. Lately, anytime I navigate away from a Photo Shop to a different window, when I return to Photo the pallets will have jumped to the far right side of the Cintiq, and they will be all on top of each other. I've tried setting up a different workspace, but it doesn't makes any difference. It's driving me crazy!
A couple of questions (and I am not a Mac user, so bear with me.
Are you effectively using three screens? I'm wondering if the MBP screen is also active.
What version of OSX are you using? Did you have this problem with a previous OSX version?
I don't suppose it makes any difference, but are you using Display port, and or HDMI connectors?

Depends on how you are launching Photoshop Express. If you are uploading right from your hard drive, then when you are done, it will save the file back to your hard drive; you could then open it an any other program to continue editing.

TS3989 photo stream download problem
My daughter is e-mailing me inviting me to join her photo stream, but her e-mail isn't coming to my phone (all my other e-mails are), it is just coming to my computer, then when I forward it to myself, it comes to my phone and try to join, it says this photo stream is no longer shared. What is wrong? My other daughter invited me to join hers, and it went smoothly.

When I click the Ps download, nothing happens.
Is this the trial version, or have you bought the software (for Ps CS6), or subscribed to Ps CC?
Exactly which URL are you attempting to download from?
Which browser are you using?
What are the security settings for that browser?
What are your OS security settings?
Do you have any anti-virus, anti-malware, or anti-anything software running, while trying to download?
Any error messages, or just zero activity?
How long did you wait for the download - the Ps installers are VERY BIG, and depending on one's Internet connection, can take a very long time?

Problem downloading Photoshop Elements with IE10 [was: photo shop elements]
I am trying to install Photo Shop Elements on my computer which has Windows 7 and IE9 and it keeps telling me I need IE4 or higher to install it and quits the installation. Can anyone help me with this?
It's a well known issue with the Adobe website and IE10.
The website script has a bug which seems to think IE10 is IE1 (which is hopelessly out of date). So the download quits. Has been repeatedly reported to Adobe but not fixed - or even acknowledged by Adobe - yet.
Workarounds:
Use Compatibility View in IE10 (change to IE9) to fool Adobe's website to think you're using IE9
Use a different browser. -
Photo Shop trial download, HELP!!!!
Hi, I am having problems downloading the photo shop CS6 trial, it says I need a serial number but yet I have never downloaded photoshop before, what can I do to continue downloading the photo shop trial?
Nothing. the licensing system is busted and once it is locked, thnere is no way to release it otehr than with a serial number.

HELP I just bought a new dell quad core 5i and HAVE DOWNLOADED THE TRIAL VERSION OF PHOTO SHOP - its Slow to open up a small file and equally as slow to print why?

I have recently updated the new apps via creative cloud now photoshop and bridge no longer work, they open then say they have encountered a problem and close, I also tried opening the old version of photo shop but getting the same result
What OS version? What's the exact error? Exactly when does the error occur? What previous versions? What is on the screen when the error displays? Does Photoshop get fully open?

Computer is balky random freezes across apps. Two hard drive cleans later (their scan reveals no hard drive problems) photo shop won't work at all, magic touch mouse inoperable and their diagnoses is corrupted data? Anybody heard of this?
Well, yes, data does get corrupted sometimes.
The trick is finding what data.
By 'cleaned' are you therefor meaning that the drive has been erased and the system re-installed?
Because that's the quickest way to deal with such a situation.
Back up the system first of course,
Add back 3rd party apps one at a time in case one of them is causing the problem. -
I run Tiger OSX on one MacBook and SnowLeopard on another. Photos were downloaded from Tiger to SnowLeopard, and now iPhoto won't open on the Tiger Mac. Will upgrading iPhoto fix this problem?
What matters is the version of iPhoto you have on the different machines. Can you tell us what they are, and what exact error message you get.

Is it possible to download a previous version of Photo shop (ie. cs4 or cs5)? I purchased Photo shop CC for my windows computer but when I attempted to download it to my mac I was told that my computer does not meet the system requirements.
I don't know your OS, but I'll assume Snow Leopard 10.6.8 In which case Photoshop CS6 would be the best especially if you have a cloud membership like the Photography Plan.

I just bought a photo shop cs6 on this internet about 15 minuts ago pressed the down butten and it just put me on your member page. I checked my credit account you got $96.00 I am checking out my computer and I have no down of a photo shop cs6. Whats up?
This is not a forum for resolving purchasing issues, which is what it sounds like you might have. If you have only been charged $96 then it sounds like you purchased a Creative Cloud subscription rather than Photoshop CS6. Photoshop CS6 costs quite a bit more than that, even as an upgrade.
You should try contacting Adobe Support to see if they can get more direct help for you.

Are you talking about photoshop elements 5.0 or the old photoshop 5.0 from around 1998 or photoshop 5.0 LE?
