Photobucket upload error

Photobucket upload error
Having problems with Photobucket.
Uploading fails from my PC.
IE8 won't upload, but Firefox is doing it well.
Using single or Bulkoploader options results in:
Invalid Functionname: StartUpload.
The only way to upload images is by EMail.
It is definitely Flashplayer. I deinstalled en reinstalled Adobe Flashplayer.
Without Flashplayer it worked. Looks like this.
With Flasplayer version 10.0.45.2
installed it looks like this and won't work
Anyone having a clue?

Again thanks for your reply.
You raise a lot of questions.
But I’ll try to answer it accordingly.
First I don’t use any AOL utilities. No Email programs from AOL, apart from the online possibility.
Always using OE.
I do however have some AOL Email addresses.
I also have no other search bars in use only the standard IE.
On one Pc the Ask toolbar is installed but always put off.
I Don’t waste my screen with unnecessary bars.
For what I remember after running the uninstaller the files in the Windows 32 folder were gone.
So what you see in the previous posts is indeed after reinstalling Flash player.
With the Flash player the menu of Photo-bucket looks different, you get the Blue bar to Upload.
Now what I found out, at least on one PC, was that the Flash player plug-in was not installed in FF.
Just as you mentioned before, I ran the install on both IE and FF.
Indeed Flash-player was working after that in FF.
However FF is working with Flash Player on Photo-bucket including the famous Upload Blue bar.
You were right about the version 10.0.45.2 sorry about that Typo.
I have Super Add Blocker installed as a blessing to the overload off adds and annoying pop ups that divert my attention.
Super Add Blocker has a real time guard running yes.
In IE, I have the popup blocked and IE Pro is also fighting pop ups and adds.
I have switched them off occasionally just to see if they are the cause. But could not confirm them to be troublesome.
I even tried tot disable these programs in system start-up settings with no positive result on the problems.
Allowing Adobe, How could I do that with a load of different addresses?
Also I don’t want all adds that are forced by Flash Player.
Adobe downloadmanager has been removed.
I hav tried the help options of Photobucket with no result.
