Photography Website Location Issues

I made a photography website with Adobe Muse and I use showmeproofs.com as a photo proofing and ordering site host. It tells me to add it's extracted folder to my website location folder and I have no idea where that is. How do I locate or add this file folder to my website location folder?
Here is what the directions are on it's site:
Setup Instructions
First, download and unzip this file.
Unzip the file and upload the contents to your hosting server in the same directory as the home page of your web site. The contents of the files will be explained below.
Copy and paste this code into the page on your web site where you want your clients to login to see their photos:

Now, let me explain what everything is and how things work:
Contained in the Zip file
(If you are a Windows user an additional directory will appear in the unzipped contents named _OSX or something like that. You can delete this folder and all of the files in the sample event with the extension ".LCK". You don't need them and they are a result of the files being zipped on a Mac and unzipped on a PC)
The file crossdomain.xml is used to tell the flash portions of ShowMeProofs that it is OK to use images from your site.
The folder ShowMeProofs is where all of your event folders and setting files will be stored. Inside this folder you will have:
The file "smp.php" is the file that reads your ShowMeProofs folder and it's content and feeds the information and image names to the proofing system. Unless you know what you are doing, do not attempt to edit this file! (you could mess it up)
The file "pricing.txt" is where you set your prices and other settings. This will be the default settings file for all of your sales through the proofing system. To set different pricing for a specific folder of images, copy this file into the folder of images and modify the new pricing.txt file to fit your requirements. *You can name this file anything you want as long as it ends in '.txt' so that we can identify it.
The folder "sample" is a sample event that we have included to show you how to arrange your image files.
Settings (the pricing.txt file)
Change the email address to match the email address that you provided in the sign up form. (Not your PayPal Email, but the contact Email that you provided) If you ever forget your password and no longer have access to the email address you provided in the sign up form, all you have to do is update your email in this file and the next time one of your events is accessed you will recieve an email at the new email address with a link to update your password and contact information.
Change the background color and the text color values to match your current website.
Set the currency that you wish to use for your sales.
Set the language that you wish to use for the cart system. (English is the only language supported right now)
Edit the format lines to include the color formats that you want to sell. (Examples would be: Color, Black & White, Sepia, etc.)
Edit the items you wish to sell. The detail image link, descriptions and questions are optional, but you must include a title and price for each item. For example, a single item with no detail image or description would be listed as:

Uploading your events
To create an event, arrange the images in a single folder sized at a minimum size of 500px (largest dimention) and 72dpi. You can make your images larger (to allow for better zooming) but they may take longer to load depending on the file size. (Jpeg only please)
Name the folder something unique that will identify the event. The name of the folder will be your event name. (You can use any character except the '&' symbol or the '#' symbol in your folder names.)
Upload the folder to the ShowMeProofs folder on your web server.
You're done, that's all you have to do.
Accessing your events
Go to the web page that you created with the login form code. (Step #3 of the Setup Instructions)
Enter the name of the folder that you have just uploaded, and click the "Submit" button.

Does this only happen when you are at home? In other words, is the location correct when you connect with other wifi networks in the area?

Adobe Reader X save location issue

Hi All, i would like to seek expert helps on Adobe Reader save location issues. After we upgrade from Adobe Reader 9 to Adobe Reader X.
There are changes on how save location works in Adobe Reader X
If save PDF via Internet Explorer – the save location will according to last save location, HOWEVER
If save PDF via Adobe Reader X – the save location will set according to location the file is being open
Let me show you what i mean over the pictures
I open a reader_X_help.pdf using Adobe Reader X and then save the file using Ctrl+Shift+S at: C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\My last location save
refer my last save location.jpg
Now i want to save another new file back to C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\My last location save, I open the file Adobe file2.pdf located at desktop and when i do Ctrl+Shift+S, the location point to my desktop and not C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\My last location save
refer my last save location change to desktop.jpg
I have tested this features in Adobe Reader 9 and it's different whereby it's will point according to my last location save.
There is no issue with computer as i have 3 machine running different enviroment, Windows XP SP3, Windows 7 Enterprise, and all using same version of Adobe Reader X version 10.0.1.
So my questions & concern:
Is there any way to change the save location features same as Adobe Reader 9?
If YES, how to do it? By Computer Changes or Adobe Reader X packages modification using Adobe Customization tools?
If NO, Where can i find this source of documentation stated about this new changes so i can publish this information in HP website as new design changes to avoid complaint or negative feedback.
Looking forward for expert reply as soon.

Solved it!
1-go to "edit", select Preferences.
2-select from the left pane: Security (enhanced)
3-click on "add folder path" button just below the big white box
4-pick a folder of your choice and click "ok". (your selected folder path will appear in that white box above the "add folder path" button in step 3)
5-if you want to add additional folders, just repeat steps 3 & 4
6-once you are done, click "ok" on the preferences screen and click "ok" again to accept the changes.
Yes, it seems illogical, but it worked.
I tested by closing the Reader (X), then surfed the web and did what Neher5 was explaining he/she wanted to do just after opening a pdf from a website and lo-and-behold, it worked!. No more "save to temp folder" issues.

Would like to use iWeb for a photography website

Please bear with me on this. The question I am going to raise has been asked on the forum in bits and pieces but don’t think I was able to find a comprehensive solution to it.
I currently maintain a photography website which is hosted overat my-expressions.com. Link - http://staticmemory.my-expressions.com/
I love (for the most part) how I have got my site laid out here. The problem is that the host is no longer supporting the platform and hence it means no additional storage space to buy, etc. Basically the hosting platform is going to be abandon-ware in the next few months. Hence, I have decided to build something out on my own. Have purchased a domain and currently have got it to point to my existing photo site.
My Question – Now that you guys have the context, I would like to use iWeb to replicate something similar and host the new site on my own domain. Unfortunately, I know no code but if there is something reasonable, I am willing to spend time and figure things out. I can really see how iWeb can come in handy to create the pages, etc. It’s the adding the comments piece underneath each photo and the option to purchase prints is what I am having concerns about. If you take a look at my website, you will see how one can click on the Purchase Print link right below each photo and that will provide them with options on the print size and then taket hem over to paypal. Works great in the current environment.
Any pointers on replicating the Comments and Purchase Printfunctionality in iWeb will be greatly appreciated!

BNN, even though I understand what KT is saying, your thought resonates with mine. When it comes to building and maintaining my website, I see myself more as a photographer than as a web designer. Hence, even though Apple may not be actively developing (and we are guessing on this one, arent we) iWeb, the existing functionality should do plenty of good to me for next couple years at least.
That said, they released a point update a few days back and with the whole cloud thing building momentum and mobile me going for free, why would Apple want to pull the plug on such a fantastic product?

Callmanager Conferencing with remote locations Issue

I am new to using callmanager, and I need a little help.
I have created a meet me number on my callmanager. Once a session is begun, all local network users are able to join the conference call with no problems..
If a remote location hosts a meet me call, all my local network users are able to join THAT session with no problems as well.
But if I host a meet me session on MY local network, remote locations CANNOT reach my session. The line remains silent when they dial in.
I've been told to check the codecs which seem fine and we are checking for a firewall issue, but all normal calls local and remote work just fine. It's only the conference bridging that causes issues.

Thank you very much for replying.
The configurations, I've been told, are correct. G711 for intrasite and G729 for intersite. And region and device pools correct as well.
I presented the HW conf bridge solution to a coworker who said it makes sense, but at this time, I don't have access to a hardware conference bridge. Is this the only solution?

hi,
please check the following on the call manager,
- Check the region configuration on each device pool.
- Then check the region configuration between the two regions.
- One of the best practices followed by Cisco is, the intrasite region settings should be g711.
- And the region settings between inter site should be g729.
- G729 is not supported by software conference bridge, it is only supported by hardware conference bridge.
- So add the hardware conference bridge to the MRGL of the phone.
- And the hardware conference bridge has to be first in the list, that is before the software conference bridge.
please let me know if this helps or we can do further trouble shooting on this issue.

IE 11 Website Display Issues - Scripts/Images

I'm having website display issues with IE 11 on Windows 8.1 64-bit, ironically with Microsoft.com, Bing Search and TechNet forums amongst others. The IE 11 version is: 11.09600.16384.
Microsoft.com looks as follows:
If I reset IE settings then everything is OK until the next GPO sync on the client, at which point the sites are all broken again.
Using the IEZoneAnalyzer tool I have sync'd Group Policy, then reset (IE settings > Advanced > Reset) and compared the differences - GPO defined/pushed settings under 'GPO', defaults (following reset) under 'Reset':
I've tried changing the settings that are different to no avail... any ideas?

how to get the older location back.

i used iWeb to host my website [Site_2] so it has changed from http://<ip address>/~<user name>/ to http://<ip address>/~<user name>/Site_2/welcome.html

4.2.2 upgrade from 4.1 and images location issue

I've just upgraded from 4.1 to 4.2.2, and am having an issue with the referenced location of the images directory (/i/) resources. I am running apex listener on weblogic server, and have copied the new images into the i.war that I use. I have an unusual reverse proxy situation where my base URL includes a path, i.e., https://www.my.website.com/mysite/ is the URL that the proxy returns to the user, so my APEX addresses look like https://www.my.website.com/mysite/apex/f?101:1:::::, and my image directory references get put together like https://www.my.website.com/mysite/i/image.jpg.
However, with the upgrade, one of the things that popped up was all of the datepickers in my application were changed to classic datepickers, which worked and displayed fine. When I change them to the new datepicker, the small calendar image doesn't show next to the field (red x), and when I look at the properties of the image, it's URL is https://www.mywebsite.com/i/asfdcldr.gif (no "/mysite/" path offset). ALL of the other images directory references seem fine, but not this. Has 4.2.2 changed how it composed the #HOST# when it's generating these new controls (same result when I make a datepicker from scratch)? Why do all of my other images directory references work? The only other problem that I'm seeing is that my charts no longer work, either. I used to have to hardcode my URL into the XML of the charts for them to work, but I don't see the URL referenced in the code anymore. Not sure if that's related, but that has always been an issue with my reverse proxy situation (I don't control the proxy server).

With APEX 4.2, we've changed how charts are initialized to be JavaScript only, and as part of the changes, we no longer expose the region source for charts. See *4.8 Updated AnyChart Flash Charts* in the APEX 4.2 Release Notes, here: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E37097_01/doc/doc.42/e35121/toc.htm#CACEJBCD. So it's no longer feasible to hardcode a reference to your URL in the region source for a chart. If you have a reverse proxy, the CGI environment variables REQUEST_PROTOCOL, HTTP_HOST, SERVER_PORT, and SCRIPT_NAME, have to be correctly set to the public facing web server and not to the internal forwarding connection. If you execute the following query in SQL Workshop on your APEX instance, do you see the settings for the public facing web server?

I simulated the code given by you and all the storage locations are being populated in the backed.
You can check this by putting a breakpoint at the below code in RMCB0300 and checking the value of sl_lgort[]. You will receive the number of SLOC inputs provided.
AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT.
FLG_FOUND = FALSE.
PERFORM SPEZIAL_AT_SELECTION_SCREEN_O IN PROGRAM (LIS_PROGNAME)
                                        CHANGING FLG_FOUND
                                        IF FOUND.
This is a data issue and you may not have any records for the selected input.

Having window location issues when waking from sleep

Since upgrading to Mavericks, sometimes when my Mini wakes from sleep the application windows are located off screen. At first I would quit and reopen most of the applications affected (especially FileMaker), but I find I can bring the windows back within view by going to Displays in System Preferences, changing the rotation, then cancelling after the redraw. My monitor is a BenQ GW2450H, but it doesn't seem like this is a monitor issue (no problems in System 10.7).

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of steps 1 and 2.

Acrobat 7 open file locations issue

Using Adobe Acrobat 7. When trying to open the file from a drive the message, "There was an error opening this document. Path does not exist." appears. I can open it fine from the C:. None of the other drives show under File/Open. Using Windows 7 (I know this causes compatibility issues). Any idea why the locations won't show?

Are there any characters outside the normal English character set in any of the directory names on the drive (e.g. accented letters)?

Aperture 3 not in Media Browser - Non-Default Library Location Issue

Hi Everyone,
My Aperture Library cannot be viewed in the media browser. I created a new Aperture library in the default location which resolved the issue; however, I have my library on an external hard drive and it is too big to put on my internal HD.
Any suggestions on how to tell iLife & iWork to look in my external HD?

Hello Everybody,
Ok...I went to the Genius Bar, but to no avail. (by the way, my issue about not being able to open programs while holding alt was due to my not depressing the alt key for the required length of time. So, false alarm on that one. Oops!)
I just updated to 3.0.1. I continued to have the same issues with accessing my files through the media browser. I called tech support; and through their instructions, I was able to gain access to my library through the media browser. This seemed to be by accident, so I don't know if it was due to the update, a particular logarithm of library selection, or a combination of the two.
What I remember being the last actions were to create an alternate library, >file, >>switch to library, >>>other, select the new library, (possibly restarting Aperture), then switching back to my main library through the same selection as previous (i think...possibly by a different method).
Regardless, my library is now accessible in the media browser in iLife & iWork programs.

Storage location issue in case of BOM

I have a issue related to storage location determination. There are three materials X,Y and Z. Material X is main item and Y, Z are components of X. While creating sales order when we enter X it explodes BOM. Now in customizing for material X and Z storage location has been determined as SL1 but for material Y SL2 is determined. When we create delivery system automatically proposes storage location for all materials as-
Material X- SL1
Material Y- SL1
Material Z- SL1
For material X and Z it should be SL1 (which is coming right) but for Material Y it should be SL2 (but its coming as SL1 automatically)
I've checked every area right from the combination of plant, shipping point and storage condition (storage condition is different in case of Material Y). There are also no stock determination rules defined in item category and material master. SL req. and determine SL is marked for item category of each line item.

The system proceeds during BOM explosion to determine the issue storage locations follows:

If you set indicator 1 Only components, the system checks to see whether the issue storage location has been maintained in the material master record of the components and uses this storage location. This storage location is then used as the withdrawal storage location and is displayed in the component list of the planned order.
If you set indicator 2 Only assembly, the system checks to see whether the proposal withdrawal location has been maintained in the production version of the assembly or finished product. If this has been maintained, the system uses this withdrawal storage location for all components and displays it in the components list in the planned order. If no proposal withdrawal location has been maintained, the system uses the assemblys receiving storage location as the withdrawal storage location for the components.
If you set indicator 3, the system first proceeds as for indicator 1 described above. If it cannot find a storage location using indicator 1, it then proceeds as described above for indicator 2.
If you set indicator 4, the system first proceeds as for indicator 2 described above. If it cannot find a storage location using indicator 2, it then proceeds as described above for indicator 1.

OS4.0 Update Wi-Fi Location issue

After updating to OS4.0 on my iPod Touch, the location for the WiFi keeps showing that I'm 50 miles from my actual location, which has never been a problem. Is this a known issue?

That kind of issue wouldn't bother me ... because my Wi-Fi doesn't work at ALL ... but ONLY at home from my AirPort base station ... but my Wi-Fi works for my MacPro and iPad, so something is screwed up between iOS 4 and the AirPort base station.
I was ABLE to connect to Wi-Fi in other public places though ... so go figure!

Website URL issue

Hi,
I'm facing issue with the DNS of My website.
The DNS stay outside of BC then I check with Ovh, the DNS of the domain name point well at ns1 - ns2 worldsecuresystems.
And I would like to have my website url http://www.addictedme.com but not http://httpwwwaddictedmecom.businesscatalyst.com like currently.
My website works, but I want have well Url.
Please help me to sort it out. I don't know what can I do to change this.
