Photos emailed to MM gallery bounce back

I'm running the latest Snow leopard with iPhoto '11, 9.1.1. I've published an album to my gallery, and selected the option to allow others to email to that gallery. Every time I try and email a photo there, it comes back as undeliverable; text from email follows ( I removed only my address and the gallery address):

Friends are reporting that some emails to me are bouncing back. It is multiple folks with different email systems. I do still receive most emails (I think!) and there does not seem to be anything unique about the ones bouncing back to distinguish them from the ones that come through. They are not large, they don't have big attachments. What could be wrong?

Are you running low on storage in your icloud account?
On an iOS device, go to Settings>General>Usage to see how much "Storage" you have available on the device. Farther down the list is the available storage on iCloud.
On a mac, System Preference>iCloud. Look at the bar graph to see how much space you have used.
Also, the bounced back emails should include some error statements as to what the problem is. Can your friends report that to you?

Randomly, my emails are not going through to people or are bouncing back. Also, every time I try to update thunderbird as per the suggestion that pops up it won't work. PLEASE HELP ME

Web Gallery photos bouncing back

When sending photos from the iPhone to a Web Gallery, the message bounces back with this error:
Relaying denied, try authenticating.
I was under the impression that in order for a Web Gallery to show up on the iPhone, I had to be logged in correctly to my .mac account to begin with.
It's also worth mentioning that the Web Galleries created within iPhoto do not appear on the iPhone (Web Gallery Albums view) and vice versa. However, they all appear on the web via Safari.
Any suggestions?

Deleting Duplicate bounced back emails

Hello,
I work at a company as our IT guy. I've recently been put to the task to clean up the bounced back email so we can figure out why they are being bounced back. We send out an email blast or "newsletter" every week and I've never been
told to check the marketing email to see if there were any bounce backs until we sent about 10 newsletters. Now what this has done has created about 5000 bounced back emails that I've sorted with a few rules I made but at least half of those if note
more are duplicates because outlook is trying to send the message again or because we've sent the same defective email multiple newsletter.
My question to you guys. Is there a way I can easily delete just the duplicate emails that I've received? Because the way im doing it now is by clicking on one of the bounce backs and seeing "[email protected]" and then I search
for "[email protected]" and see that there are 4 duplicates so I delete all the extras to leave me with one I can check and verify what is wrong with that address.

Weird Bounce-back of an email address that is not even in my contacts!

Hey folks,
Recently I have been getting a bounced back email from an address that is not even in my contacts (I use outlook). It's only when I send an email to a particular person. She gets the email, but I get this bounce back from a SIMILAR email. It is annoying, and confounding.
I have scanned my laptop regularly with updated McAfee and Spybot, and have found nothing. I am using Vista Home and it is all updated as well.

If the message is being received and you are only sending to a single address on the sending line, then I would say the error is likely on the receiver's end (maybe they have a forward setup to the bogus address?). If you could include the full headers (email addresses redacted) of the message which is bouncing back, maybe someone here can spot something and suggest something further.

Added photos in web gallery synced back to iPhoto?

when others add photos to my web galleries, i can't find where they are synced back to on my mac. For example, if I publish an event "Beach" and my friend adds a picture taken from her camera to the web gallery, it does not sync back to the original 'beach' event in my iphoto library....instead its saved to an unlisted '2008' - 'originals' folder in iPhoto. Is there a way so that if someone adds a photo to the web gallery it will sync back to the original event folder that the web gallery was published from?

I created a web gallery album through ME.com from my office computer. The album shows up in iPhoto under MOBILEME GALLERY on my Mac at home but it does not create an album or even in iphoto that corresponds to the web gallary album. The photos only exist in the web gallery they are not transferred to my iphoto library at all. Very annoying.
Anyone who has an issue with this should post it in the discussions and send feedback to apple. MOBILEME GALLERY sync should work in both directions.

Emails are not going out to everyone, only select people, everyone else gets blocked or bounce backs

I have a client who uses Business Catalyst and they're having a problem with emails only going out to certain people and not everyone they email. Outside going in, the problem is it either works 100% of the time, or not at all. If it doesn't work the outside people either get a bounced back failed delivery message, or nothing at all and the emails just disappear into cyberspace. And it's not regulated to just one company or one group of domains - it's pretty sparatic on who it's going to work for and who it doesn't work for.
I checked to see if their IP was blacklisted and the only thing I found was that it just wasn't whitelisted with list.dnswl.org. It wasn't blacklisted with them, it just wasn't listed. Outside of that I cannot figure out why their emails only work with certain people.
And the problem is across the board with all @grahamwebbacademy.edu email addresses, not just one person's address. Also one reason I'm posting here is that when they put in a support ticket they never get anything back, and my guess is it's because of this very issue, not that no one's responding to them. It's apparently been going on for a long while too.

Please update the NS records for the domain "grahamwebbacademy.edu". At the moment I see that it's pointing to our old expired records. This could be the cause of your mail troubles in this case.

Intermittent bounce backs and non receiving of emails

Lately I has discovered that some people in various parts of the world have been sending me emails and I never get the emails. So other friends have been get bounce back emails when they send to my .mac. I have been having so many problems with .mac mail and I can not take it anymore. I no so many with similar problems however it seems Apple will not address these issues. And yes my junk mail setting is off. Is gmail the only reliable email solution??

Can you not ask your ISP to whitelist those domains you sending to? Also just verify that your domain is not listed at all, you can do so on MXToolbox.com

Spoofer email Bounce backs create invalid account on server

Every now and then one of those bottom feeding spoofers starts spoofing our domain name with a random account name to send out scads of spam - and of course the inevitable slew of bounce backs from the unfortunate "spamees" then flood our server. Fortunately I do use the excellent Frontline spam defense which helps tremendously.
What I am finding really odd is that these spoofers sometimes use a username of the variety "<[email protected]>" and for whatever reason this actually creates(?!) an account name in our email directory on the server?! (Acl privileges are l,r,s (any))
I have analyzed the traffic and there is absolutely no outbound mail going from our server with this username from our server (i.e. our server has definitely not been cracked)- I further verify this by checking the IP address of initial sender from some of the bouncebacks which have ALL info of the email transaction and it is definitely the work of a spoofer.
The "account" is relatively easy to delete with Siradmin - create an acl for the administrator with all privileges and then delete the account. There is nothing in it.
However I am just wondering if A) This odd "feature" (read bug!) is something that is known, and B) How can I possibly stop this strange behavior from happening again.
Any help or advise would be most appreciated.
