What happened to the Camera Roll album on my iOS device?
When you turn on iCloud Photo Library, The Camera Roll album is replaced with an All Photos album. The All Photos album gives you the same compact scroll view, now with all your photos and videos organized by the date you add them.

You can't delete it from your purchased list, as that is permanently maintained by the iTunes store. You can, however, prevent it from appearing in your song list by going to Settings>iTunes & App Store and turning off Music under Show All.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Without a backup, you will not be able to recover deleted contacts. You need to set up a separate iCloud account for your daughter, so you can keep your mail, contacts, calendars etc separate.

Videos aren't in photo stream. However, if you backed up your phone while these photos and videos were in your camera roll, you could recover them by restoring to the entire backup.

Hi oliver, Welcome to Apple's Users Help Users Forums.
Unless you moved it into of the trash and emptied the trash, it's around somewhere. In the trash???
Did you take it out of the applications folder or off the dock?
If the dock, it is just an alias and Safari is still in the apps folder.
Do a search w spotlight or command -f and see if you can find it.
You can reinstall Safari from the install disc.
Safari is not included in "Install Bundled Software Only." That's the one that shows near the top of the page. :~(
Further down is "Optional Installs!" which will allow you to install Safari only. It's in applications.
An alternate is to download Pacifist and extract it w Pacifist from the install disc.

For some reason, the Camera & Scanner Wizard has started to detect the phone now. Maybe it will stop again in the future, but for now it's OK.
I do have iTunes installed, and the iPhone's still not appearing in Windows Explorer. I might reinstall if the problem recurs.
Yep, it's an official Apple cable, but it's a bit old. I got it with my iPod a few years back. Maybe i should start using that as the charger cable, and the new cable i got with my iPhone for syncing?

If you deleted them from both PhotoStream and the camera roll, and you don't otherwise have them backed up, they're gone.

All my documents were stored on my icloud drive in windows PC somehow the documents got deleted from my ios device. Kindly let know if there is a way to retrive my data

sure pretty simple. make a backup of your current settings

then restore device from old backup you need pics off of
then import pics to computer

you may need to save pics to camera roll first
then restore the new backup and sync pics back to phone via itunes

Hello,
When I delete photos from my Camera Roll on my iPohne 4 they are not deleted from the photo stream (icloud)....is there a reason for that?
Can I make it so photos i delete from my Camera Roll will also be deleted from photo stream or there is not such an option?
One more question, if I transfer photos from my PC to my iPhone and I save them in a new album on my iphone; can I save this album (or just the photos in it) to the photo stream (so I will have a back up and also that i will be able to see those photos on my ipad)?

To avoid any unwonted deletion before you have time to import your photos into iPhoto, you should set the automatic import in iPhoto preferences.

You can access your photos from photo stream on any of your devices.
If you delete photos from the camera roll they aren't deleted from photo stream, if that's what you are asking.

If they were on the iphone at last sync, then you may be able to restore from backup and get them back.
Otherwise, they are gone.

Calendar appointments got deleted from my Samsung Gallexy 3

After downloading and then trying to remove a calendar widget from from G3, all my calender appointments got deleted from my phone and google calendar online. Iyogi tech support was able to restore my appointments online from November back, but not Dec/January, and not on my phone Verizon tech helped restore my dec/jan appointments on my phone only. Ended up manually inputting my Dec/jan appointments to my online calendar; however, prior appointments still not syncing to my phone, only the newer ones. Verizon did a hard reset and still did not sync. They are sending me a new phone but not sure if it's a phone issue or google issue. Tried emailing google but who knows if they will respond. Anyone else have this problem and did you get it resolved?

My contacts all got deleted from my phone, and was replaced with names and numbers of people I've never met before.

My phone was working as normal, then all of a sudden when I checked my text messages all the names of my contacts got replaced by their actual phone numbers. When I checked my contacts, it looks like everyone got deleted from my phone, and was replaced with names and numbers of people I've never met before. Even when I check my icloud for a backup it has the same issue. I don't know how this is possible and not certain as to how to rectify and get my contacts back.

Are they not Backed Up your Computer ?
No Backup = No Data (photos in your case)
