Photos off phone

how do i get photos off my phone

What photos?
Pics taken with iphone?  They shold be imported to your computer regularly as you would with any digital camera.
iOS: Importing personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
Pics synced to iphone?  They are synced one way - computer to iphone.  As they came from your computer, they should still be there.

  • Getting photos off phone

Once I get this darn VCast off the phone..how can I get my photos off my phone without e-mailing them to myself?
I used to be able to do it by plugging it in.  Now I don't seem to be able to do it.  I have over 100 photos on phone..not on SD card.  Can't seem to get them off phone onto laptop any more.  Used to be able to transfer them using the cable.

i downloaded the manual to my pc and my phone. i also ordered the free copy of it. when you got your device there should have been a card in the box with info. there was an 800 number to call to order a manual (it's free and a third party ships them to you free as well) and there was a link to download it from. all of that being said....it's really not that useful. 200+ pages of some very basic stuff. it doesn't go into much detail on specific tips and tricks to use.

  • How do i get photos off phone??

I got a new macbook pro. old laptop stolen...
i need to get all my photos off my iphone 3gs to laptop??
it keeps saying that im going to lose all my photos on my phone???
    I dont want that..
Can someone please tell me how to transfer all my pictures off my iphone onto my laptop please???

Conceptually, the PhotoToMac app is close to what I want... but honestly, this is something that Apple should include on the iPhone and iPhoto. Granted there might be more iPhone users than iMac users, but there are tons of people like me, with an iPhone, iTouch, iMac, and MacBookPro in the house. Taking pictures with an iPhone is simple enough so why is it so complicated and difficult to transfer them and not one at a time, but grabbing a few dozen or more? Emailing each and every picture to yourself is a throwback to the '90's people!
And the free app shrinks the pictures degrading the quality and making them unfit to print... so what good is that? Perhaps the app should allow full resolution pics to be transferred one by one, and a pay app would allow unlimited numbers to be transferred all at once.

If that phone has been synced in iTunes, you can restore from the backup after having restored the phone.
There is also a little mac app that can read the iPhone backups that are in iTunes, called ibackupviewer.
Then when there is no backup of the iPhone: read the following aricle:

  • I got my phone wet how do i get my photos off icloud,

I dont know how to get my photos off photo share my phone was droped in the water and will not work.

Here's my standard blurb about a water incident:
"Whenever a liquid spill occurs the first thing that has to happen is the laptop should be shut down immediately. All power must be removed as soon as possible.
It is especially important that the battery be disconnected and removed.
No attempt should be made to start/restart the computer since this could potentially damage the logic board beyond all repair.
All affected parts must be removed from the laptop and carefully and closely inspected. Any involved area should be marked for special treatment.
Then all affected parts would be washed in deionized water and blown dry with compressed air. (In a water spill the deionized water is probably not as critical. Depends on the mineral content of the water.).
This is especially true of the large chips on the logic board. Liquid can wick under them and cause havoc for weeks if not months and years after the incident, depends on the liquid..
The logic board should be placed in a drying/dehumidifing oven for at least two days. Longer depending on the spill. The keyboard is a separate matter.
It will make it easier to help you w/ your problem to know the exact model, size, year built, RAM installed and OS you're running.
Also go to iFixIt and disconnect the battery.
Find your model and follow the guide:https://www.ifixit.com/Device/Mac_Laptop
While your in there take out the hard drive and place it in an external case or use a dongle to retrieve your data.

  • I need to get photos off a water damaged iPhone 3GS. Can I take out the component that has the photos (is this the main board?) and put it into another of the same phone to retrieve the photos? Please help

I need to get photos off a water damaged iPhone 3GS. It spent time underwater, saltwater. I let it dry for a week, turned it on, the apple symbol came on, then it died. I need to retrieve my photos off it. Can I take out the component that has the photos (is this the main board?) and put it into another of the same phone to retrieve the photos? Please help

You're talking about the logic board. The two most likely things to get toasted, with water damage, are the battery(it shorts out), & the logic board. The worst water damage would be salt water. I'm afraid your logic board is toast.

  • I have photos on my iphone 4 that i'm trying to transfer to iphoto.  The problem is when I plug the phone in, it only wants to transfer the new photos, not all.  How can I take all the photos off my phone and put them into iphoto?

I have photos on my iphone 4 that i'm trying to transfer to iphoto.  The problem is when I plug the phone in, it only wants to transfer the new photos, not all.  How can I take all the photos off my phone and put them into iphoto? Even if there are duplicates, I'd like to make sure I get all the photos from my phone into iphoto.  Thanks

To see all the photos on the phone, including photos that have already been imported into iPhoto, deselect the "Hide Photos Already Imported" checkbox. If the camera contains photos that have already been imported into iPhoto, those photos are hidden by default.

  • My iPhone 4s won't load photos into the iPhoto libary so I can't take any photos off of my phone. How can i get it to work?

I really need to get the photos off my phone but it wont load onto iphoto. its using up the space in my phone and i want to keep the photos, how can i load them to my computer?? please help

Hi, I just had the same problem with mine.  It would only turn on when plugged into wall charger but would not stay on for long when plugged in.  It also said I needed to restore and I had no wifi or cell service. I took to Verizon and they said I needed to restore but i would loose all saved data.  I did not want to loose all pics and contacts so I took to a place that repairs Iphones in my city. They took one look and said had a bad charging port.  They said they could replace it so that I could then back up all data on my computer before I had to restore.  Suprisingly to them, once they replaced the port and put a new battery in, it all worked fine again; even wifi and cell service.  The fix cost about $60.00 and I did not loose any data! I have ever posted to any online forums before but had to on this because I want people to know that they don't always have to loose all data!!!

  • HT1212 my i phone screen is black  i cannot access anything. i am trying to get my photos off of it and when i connect to i tunes it says my phone has a passcode which i cannot enter because my phone is black

It's too late. If you had been syncing your phone with that computer prior to the screen failing, it wouldn't be asking you for a passcode...

My phone was stolen.  How can I get my photos off the iCloud with Snow Leopard.

    Welcome to the Apple Community
You can't, if the photos are in photostream you need a compatible device, if they are in a backup, you can only use the backup to restore to a new device.

  • Kid deleted photos off photo stream on phone, can I recover them?

My kid accidentally deleted photos off my photo stream on phone, thus all my devices, can they be recovered?

They should still be in the camera roll of the originating device.  Have you looked there?  Also, photos should always be synced to a computer for archiving (either by wired connection or photo stream) and then moved from the photo stream album and into a permanent album.  If you've done that, then check that computer.

  • How do I delete all the photos off my phone

how do I delete all the photos off my phone ?

    Hi tehdeh,
    Welcome to the Support Communities!
There are a couple of ways to do this.  As a precaution, I like to import my pictures to my computer first ... which gives me a backup of the photos, AND gives me the option to delete them after import.  This article explains how:
iOS: Importing personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083
If you have synced photos or albums from iTunes to your iPhone, you can remove them that way as well:
