Photos on iphone 5c as well as my ipad?

I would like to have all my photos on my Iphone 5c and Ipad 2 to be synced the same.
Could someone help me with the process of how this is done.  Thank you!

The simple way is via an iCloud account http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4436.  Then use the same account on both, and turn on PhotoStream on both and the photos will be shared.

Sent photos from iPhone to email and messenger on iPad intercepted but now will not let me see them. Help?

If you sent the photos directly from the Photos app, it is quite possible that you selected Message rather than Mail when you emailed them to yourself. I assume that is how they ended up in the Messages app. I also assume that you no longer have the old phone or you could just email them to yourself again. Is that a correct assumption? If you cannot access the photos on the old phone any longer, and you can see them in the messages app randomly, try closing the Messages app completely and reset the device and then see if the photos reappear.
In order to close the Messages app, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to Messages and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Next, reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

  • HT3965 Why are my photos from iPhone NOT coming up on my iPad.  Same account for iCloud??

I can't sync photos from iPhone onto iPad. I have same iCloud acct for both

If you are talking about PhotoStream then it only transmits newly taken photos or just saved saved photos. Of course you have to turn PhotoStream On on each of your devices. See Settings > iCloud > Photos > Photostream.
If you just want to move selected photos between devices you can use an App like Photo Transfer:

  • Why are my photos on iPhone not showing up on the iPad?

photo stream is on both the iPad and iPhone but the pics on my iPhone are not showing up on the ipad

I'm not sure how true this is..... Then again I'm not sure I totally understand this whole cloud thing yet. But I have 742 photos on my photo stream on my iPhone and only 144 of them on my iPad. I turned off photo stream on the iPad and turned it back on and it loaded even less then the original 144 pics. I'm at a loss. They were all synced with my iPad until recently.  And if this statement is true about syncing only the new ones since turning on photo stream then my iPad photo stream would have loaded zero pics. What happened?

  • Why are my iPhone photo stream photos from iPhone 5s not appearing on my iPad Air?

Been on hols. Took pics on phone. No wifi for iPad so expected them to be in photo stream when I eventually got wifi connection but nothing is appearing. I'm sure this shouldn't happen. Any help appreciated.

    Hi hairyfairy,
    Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you're running into an issue where photos from your iPhone aren't appearing in My Photo Stream. Is your iPhone connected to Wi-Fi and is the Camera app closed? The article below provides a lot of information and troubleshooting suggestions for similar issues, including providing details about when photos are uploaded from an iOS device to My Photo Stream.
    iCloud: My Photo Stream FAQ
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4486
When do photos upload to My Photo Stream?
When you turn on My Photo Stream on your devices, all new photos you take or import to those devices will automatically push to your photo stream.
iOS devices: New photos that you take automatically upload to your photo stream when you leave the Camera app and connect to Wi-Fi. My Photo Stream doesn't push photos over cellular connections.
    I hope this helps.

  • Why can I not make any in app purchases?  The two games I have tried are game of war fire age and candy crush.  They both tell me that my device cannot connect to iTunes.  I've tried on my iPhone 5s as well as my iPad mini2.

I've tried restarting both devices, I've reinstalled the apps, I've reset both devices, I've logged out and back in, and I've tried on both wifi and cellular.  Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I have purchased other apps and music on iTunes since the problem started.

  • HT1146 I have iPad 2, 16, no GSM and iphone 3gs as well. On iPAd I can not see mail preview (using agent Mail), but I can see it on iphone. I use iCloud, but do not syncronize mail though it neither iPad, nor iphone. It looks some settings on iPad wrong.

Nothing mentioned in Email Quick Assist fits my case. I guess it must be automaticaly previed. Is that?

Thank you to everybody. Restarting is definitely solved the problem. Was it bug?

And Photostream would only have the latest 1000 pictures taken. You photos are in the hand of whomever stole your devices.

  • Icloud back-up is hiding my photos? Not in the stream. I remember seeing two kinds of photos on iPhone four- nearly identical

Help me someone, I am severely depressed. My son is five, his father is 61- disabled like me, chronic pain, difficulty focusing.
    1. When I bought my iPhone the $100.00 two year warranty never mentioned that my 8 gig phone only had five gigs for storage. The only thing I put on the cloud were the photos and the video and the contact book. Nothing else.... I bought an I-pad for me and an ipadmini for my little boy to learn with draw letters- improve his dexterity, why would I save free games that could be easily downloaded again From the App Store - worse came to worse. The photos were of me, singing- my son and his dad at his 60th birthday party. Singing- I can't smile without you.... Real tear jerkers I had even bought an external hard drive 500 gigs to back up photos and video. Then my boyfriend's g5 stopped booting. So we are at a loss for the the songs from the studio, the art photos I took over the last seven years plus my I phone photos. Last night I spoke to find my Apple iPhone 1-800-my apple and they said oh yeah your back up includes your two new iPads. What did I care about the new free games  when I on my phone I checked off I wanted only the contacts and the photos. So how on earth if 2 iPads are being backed up on only 5 gigs of cloud space plus my contacts and photos and video from my iPhone 4- again I ask how could it fit? It could not. It's a ploy to buy more space in the cloud.
    2. The G5 Mac my life partner has a 10.4.6.-I was told that the Mac store didn't have the program so I have to buy mountain lion to bring it up to speck. 100.00 to buy mountain Lion and install that ...., however the G5 won't boot up. So what's that a bad on off switch?
I would have created a new Apple I.d for my new I pads same visa different email account.... I feel ripped off and badly informed. My photos and video were sacred, my daughters sang for Mr and Mrs. Obama. There are photos of me that as a former model made me feel happy and alive.
Do I turn off the back up on every thing except the photo editing, the photos. Do I turn away? I can't let this go..... Someone anyone, I haven't had the happiest life at 30 I was diagnosed  with fibromyalgia, bi polar PTSD, add, the list goes on and on. I wanted an I phone so badly, I quit at and t because they wanted  80.00 just because I wanted a smart phone- that didn't include the data charges. I need mountain lion- if only I could get the computer to start again!!!, I'm in Baltimore, md tonight and I know the area well.i used find my I phone on my I-pad,  walked up to three teens and offered a cash reward. When I threatened them with the police they took off. Baltimore city is dangerous to accuse people, but the fact remains my photos are gone - at least my contacts are in my I-pad.
Is this stretch between 3 iPad/iPhone storage just a way to make u buy a state of the art Mac
Or pay big bucks for more icloud space, I don't mind buying apps but this is a lot more than that!!!!!
    Please someone help me!!!!!
    Sincerely,
    Lucia

  • Only some of my photo's are syncing from iPhoto to my iPad, iPhone and Apple TV.

Only some of my photo's are syncing from iPhoto to my iPad, iPhone and Apple TV.
It may be my own fault due to learning Aperture and playing around with the locations of the Master Files.
The thing I don't understand is that when in iPhoto all thumbnails of all photo's are able to be enlarged / edited etc. When a thumbnail is clicked on there is no gray triangle with an exclamation mark indicating that the link to the original photo can't be found. I would have thought this was ok for syncing to take place.
When trying to sync through iTunes to my iPad for example (after some photo's have been synced) a window comes up saying "Some of your photos, including the photo “_MG_3820.jpg”, were not copied to the iPad “Mark Harlen’s iPad” because they cannot be displayed on your iPad".
I thought this may be due to lack of memory space but my Apple TV (which has the same issue but not the same warning window) has over over 100 free GB's so that can't be it.
When I did a test and re imported one photo that wasn't being synced to my other devices, that photo consequently was then synced so maybe it has something to do with the path through iPhoto to the original files.
Is there any way I can re establish these links with out having to create an entire new iPhoto library from the originals (I have a lot of albums and have done a lot of editing etc and don't and want to have to do it all again).
I look forward to you help and advice
    Mark

Thanks for the advice but it didn't seem to work
I've decided to try ditching iPhoto and orgainising, syncing my photo's to all devices from Aperture
I have so far imported over 1200 photo's (relocating and renaming the master files as well) and find that when syncing through iTunes only 209 photo's are listed. The Projects/Albums are there but some indicate that there are 0 photo's in them when I know other wise (at least according to whats happing in Aperture)
I'm starting to suspect it may be a computer problem
    Any thoughts?
    Regards
    Mark
PS: Just after posting this I restarted my computer, went into iTunes and my Apple TV started to sync. It was now syncing 854 photo's not 209 as before.

  • How to transfer photos from iphone 4s to MacBook Pro

How to transfer photos from iPhone 4s to MacBook Pro? The sync is not working. The software is upto date on both the phone as well as on the laptop. The 4s uses ios6 and laptop is Snow Lion (latest version).
    Please advise.

Are you attempting to do this with iTunes? What you ask is a job for iPhoto. Did you try to import the photos to iPhoto?

  • IPhoto shows and imports triplicates (triple duplicates) of iPhone photos – On iPhone only single photos shown

I recently plugged in my iPhone, only to see that when the contents of the device were shown in iPhoto, there were triples, or "triplicates" of every photo (this put the total around 10,000 photos). Meanwhile, on my iPhone's Photos app, everything looks normal with only single photos being shown.
I toiled over how to remedy the problem, and found I had no other choice but to spend the MANY hours syncing thousand upon thousands of duplicate photos/videos to my iPhoto library. I then broke down and purchased Duplicate Annihilator to clean up my now ruined library. Because iPhoto made all those duplicates, the file size compounded into many gigabytes. Duplicate Annihiliator had to run for hours before finally cleaning things up. It did it's job well, however the root of the problem still remains.
At the conclusion of transferring my entire library of photos from iPhone to iPhoto, I had the photos removed from the iPhone so I could start with a clean slate. I took a few sample photos and plugged the iPhone back in to iPhoto. Yet again, the dreaded triple duplicates, or "triplicates" of each photo I took show in the device preview window (i.e. I took 5, non-HDR photos, and 15 are shown—each repeated three times). If I proceed to import the collection, it imports triple of everything into my library.
Essentially, my situation now is: I have to import multiple copies of everything (takes longer), then I have to run Duplicate Annihilator each time to keep my iPhoto library from being a mess. Just wastes tons of time. How can I keep iPhoto from showing and importing all these multiple copies every time? Again, on the iPhone end, everything looks normal—only a single copy of each photo.
    What I have tried:
    Closing/restarting iPhoto
Checking for iPhoto updates (there are none, I'm on the latest version—which, as of this writing, is 9.2.3 629.52)
    Deleting com.apple.iPhoto.plist from ~/library/Preferences/
Using Image Capture (triple duplicates still show in IC as well)
    Disabling Photo Stream
Removing all photos and albums from iPhone

I am seeing this problem still, even after trying the Photo stream toggle trick that was mentioned. I have one otehr observation to add.
If I "Command"+select the first of each photo in iPhoto and then import those (choosing to Delete after import), then the next refresh of iPhone pictures oniPhoto will show all the photos (including the duplicates) gone. So basically something like this.
    1) iPhoto - I see triplicates of pictures on my iPhone.
    2) Command+Select the first instance of each duplicated picture.
    3) Import the selected pictures. Choose to Delete the pictures after import.
    4) Go back to iPhone in iPhoto. No more duplicates of the pictures I imported.
So this doesn't fix the problem as all the unimported photos still show triplicates, but al least I don't have to run a de-duper on my laptop now to eliminate triplicates.
This eliminates some of the hassle, but it's still a hassle.
I hope someone figures this out completely because it's making me hate iPhoto just a little bit.
