Hello , I've accidentally deleted 2 Pictures which are really inportant for me . Is there any way i can get them back? I've tried searching in the Photos app from google , but nothing was in there. I can do everything and even pay if there is anything at all i can do to get them back , these 2 photos are worth 300 pounds ;/

Hey all,
I was just wondering if there is anyway of saving photos/pictures that you view in Safari to the iPhone so that you can use these as wallpaper? It seems silly to have to use a PC to download the picture and then synch to your iPhone when all the facilities are on the one device.

Syncing Wrong Photos/Pictures

I have an iPhone 3GS with FW 3.1.3 and Windows XP operating system and everytime I try and sync lately, I get the wrong photos/pictures that come up with podcasts and videos.
I have 2 videos on my iPhone and in iTunes it shows the correct picture under TV shows, I also have 30 podcasts from the same source and the photo shown under podcasts in iTunes is correct but when I sync, 20 of them have album art from somewhere else. I have tried numerous syncs, have tried to uninstall iTunes 9 and reinstall it but it never seems to work properly.
I also have a movie that the same problem occurs to when I sync.
Any suggestions, thank you very much.

I have had the same problem with my 3GS and Windows 7. The wrong cover art sync happens haphazardly and changes.

You iPhoto Library belongs in your Pictures folder.
Performance tip: Keep the Desktop clutter-free (empty, if possible)
Mac OS X's Desktop is the de facto location for downloaded files, and for many users, in-progress works that will either be organized later or deleted altogether. The desktop can also be gluttonous, however, becoming a catch-all for files that linger indefinitely.
Unfortunately - aside from the effect of disarray it creates - keeping dozens or hundreds of files on the Desktop can significantly degrade performance. Not necessarily because the system is sluggish with regard to rendering the icons on the desktop and storing them in memory persistently (which may be true in some cases), but more likely because keeping an excessive number of items on the Desktop can cause the windowserver process to generate reams of logfiles, which obviously draws resources away from other system tasks. Each of your icons on your desktop is stored as a window in the window server, not as an alias. The more you have stored, the more strain it puts on the window server. Check your desktop for unnecessary icons and clear them out.
Keeping as few items as possible on the Desktop can prove a surprisingly effective performance boon. Even creating a single folder on your Desktop and placing all current and future clutter inside, then logging out and back in can provide an immediately noticeable speed boost, particularly for the Finder.
And it is why Apple invented 'Stacks' for Leopard.

Desktop display of a succession of photos/pictures

When I set up my new iMac G5's display, I made it center a succession of photos that it shows randomly, changing every 5 seconds, per the available options. Recently, though, I had to (reluctantly) create additional accounts on the computer for my wife and kids. For some reason that I can't fathom, the desktop display feature doesn't allow me to center the desktop picures for those other accounts, as it does for mine, so they can't similarly center a succession of photos/pictures. (Because their preferred photos/pictures can't be centered, they fill the screen as super-sized, super-blurry pictures.) Any suggestions? Thanks.

Nevermind. I figured it out. Just had to click on any one of the photos and the center/tile/stretch option appeared.

Emailing photos/pictures query

Hi,
Is it possible to email more than one photo/picture at a time from my iphone 4? The only way I know how to email a photo is to click on the picture in my camera roll and then click email photo. Once it tkaes you to the email screen it doesn't give me the option to add more photos.
If I go to my email and compose a new message it doesn't allow me to attach any photo or any file. I can't see how to any way.

when you open up "photos"/ and you are at "camera roll"
press the little symbol with the arrow in the botton left cornerof your screen,
this will alow you to choose as many pics as you want to

If you have PSE 7 or newer, you'll probably want to use the Smart Brush. There is a good YouTube video on the subject here:

It if you have an older version of Elements, you can use a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer to do this task. Reduce Saturation to 0% in the Hue/Saturation dialog, then paint using black paint on the mask to bring back desired color area(s).

You can try two possible steps:-
1]Triple click the home button. You should get an accessibility menu.deselect the negative/black and white option.
2]Go to settings->General->accessibility->and deselect invert colours.
That should fix it

When printing photos, pictures are missing colors. ( example no blue sky, colors look washed out )

When we print Photos the colors are not clear and the blue is missing in the sky, Pictures look yellow , also sometimes lines appear in Photos. I already ran the cartridge cleaning .

Please read this post then provide some details. What printer model? What operating system? It appears you are low on cyan (and/or light cyan depending on your printer model and what cartridges are installed.)

How can I sort the order of images in photos / pictures?

I've tried renaming them and it makes no difference. What determines the order in which they are displayed???? I'm a pro photographer and this would be a great tool to show my work in casual situations - but I would love to have some control over what's presented, and how it's ordered.

Connect your phone and your computer using the USB cable.
On your phone, tap USB Drive. If prompted, tap OK. On your computer, your phone appears as a drive named Palm Pre.Note On a Windows computer, if the Found New Hardware wizard opens, click Cancel to close the wizard.
Open My Computer (Windows XP), Computer (Windows Vista), or the Finder (Mac), and double-click the Palm Pre drive.
To create an album, use your computer’s controls for creating a new folder. To ensure that the Photos application can find the album, create it at the root level of the Palm Pre drive, not as a subfolder of another folder.Note The Photos application displays an album you create only if the album contains at least one picture.
Assign pictures to albums using your computer’s controls to copy or move items. It is easiest to find the pictures you want by displaying them as thumbnails.
On a Windows computer, to end the connection safely, right-click the Palm Pre drive icon and click Eject. On a Mac computer, drag the Palm Pre drive icon to the Trash.
Disconnect the USB cable from the computer when it is safe to do so.

Old iPod photo pictures to iPhoto

I have an old iPod photo (grey wheel/colour screen) which allows me to connect my camera to an Apple adapter at the bottom of the iPod and import pictures off my camera card and onto the iPod.
However when I plug this old iPod into my new iMac with iPhoto 09, iPhoto does not recognise any of the pictures on the iPod or give me the option to import them.
I can view and browse the pictures on the iPod so they are there. But how do I import them??

You need to enable Hard Disk use on the iPod (you do this through iTunes) and then - if the full size photos are there - you'll be able to import them.

Photos, pictures not loading

Using Apple's photo app many pictures are not loading, also showing grey in preview. When closing by two finger movement they shortly show up and are visible after second opening. Movies however not. It appears especially with pictures taken by ipad, not those imported from digital camera.

After reading your post, it sounds like you are experiencing an error when viewing photos. You may want to consider restarting the device first, and then resetting if that does not work. This article provides detailed instructions for Restarting, and Reseting:
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
How to restart
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
How to reset
You should reset your device as a last resort and only if you can't restart it.
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Photo/Picture storage files

Does anyone know of a good Photo storage app for the Blackberry Playbook. I want somewhere to keep my pictures in seperate folders but can;t find anything. To be honest I wish I had bought a Android Tablet as I think their apps are much better than the Blackberry - they seem to be so restricted. Does anyone else feel the same?? Also I have been trying to get a small weather image on my homescreen as I did with my Android ophone, without success!! I thought we could install Android apps on Playbook - whatever happened to that?? Thanks to anyone that can help me.

You can create folders on your computer and copy them to the PlayBook to separate different photos. But be advised, backup your files to your computer including your photos, music and documents, otherwise you may accidentally deleted all your files. Once gone they are not recoverable. If you back them up, you will be able to restore them.
There is a Weather Icon on the PlayBook. You can setup any location in the world to see what the weather is.
Android Apps can be installed on the PlayBook. I do not have any on mine but many people do.

After doing a full profile sync in sharepoint 2013 , some of the users photo/picture disappeared

You have 20 separate forests you're synchronizing with?
You do need to run Update-SPProfilePhotostore. Consider it part of the synchronization process and schedule it appropriately via Task Scheduler.
