Photos saved to wallpaper are enlarged and don't fit the screen since the new update to iOS 7

Since the new update, when I try to save a new picture to my wallpaper and background, the photo is enlarged and does not fit the screen anymore. Please fix!!!!

I prevent the zooming by editing and cropping the photo to exactly the size I want in the Photos.app. In "Edit" mode I view it in Fulls creen, take a screenshot, and then set the screenshot as wallpaper.

A bit of advice for you as a new user. Please refrain from making assumptions and using hyperbole. Both get in the way of providing useful support. Not "everyone" has tried the basics, let alone know what they are. That's why they're here. These first steps in troubleshooting often fix the issue being asked. Is Zoom turned on?
if so, press command + option + 8.
If that does not help, try resetting PRAM.

Safari can't open a specific web page when parental controls are enabled and don't give access to modify the dock.

iMac running mountain lion with all updates applied.
I (my kids) are trying to use www.coolmath-games.com and when I have parental controls enabled and I do not give the ability to modify the dock the page comes up blank.
It doesn't matter how I have the web controls set (I said allow all just to be sure).
If I toggle on "allow user to modify the dock" the above page works. If I toggle it off, then the page doesn't work.
I *think* this page worked in Lion, but I don't know for sure. The kids just started complaining about it after I updated to mountain lion.
Any suggestions?

This morning the Iphone prompted me to update software. After that it said my phone was in recovery mode and I had the restore my phone. Now most of the apps are muted and don't respond, help!

First, in iTunes, launch Preferences and go to the Devices tab. Check the date and time of the last backup. If it is recent you can restore it. However, if you mean you have the photos back in your Camera Roll then the backup was already restored. To get your music and apps back it should just be necessary to click "Sync".

When opening my home page or safari icons, they open but they are shaded and don't work, it's like they are frozen. I can tap on google and the keyboard come up but it won't search. Any ideas how to fix this?

I am a new Ipad2 user and have a problem that I'm not sure what to do. When I try to open my homepage I created or the Safari icon, it opens fine, but they don't work. The page is shaded, does not scroll and is locked up. I can tap google and a keyboard come up and I can search but the results are shaded and are frozen(does not scroll). Does anybody know whats going on? I appreciate your help.

Try clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History)
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I fixed the problem somewhat myself by removing the miniSD and manually inserting it. It did not populate automatically. I had to open iPhoto and then it populated only the most recent photos I had taken which fortunately were the only ones I need. No error messages this seems to be a new occurrence.
Is there a way to just turn iPhoto off and download my photos to the folder of my own choosing?

I am using a Nvidia 4200M adapter in my Laptop, Driver 266.96, Direct X 11
In my desktop I am using an ATI XFX 6950, latest revision drivers (I am not at home right now so I cant get that info).
The issue I did describe above, but it was a long explanation.
In some flash games the game files load initially and get as far as the "click to start" button. Then the flash area usually goes either all white or all black (usually depending on the falsh game default background color) and then it stays that color. Cant see anything after hitting start (usually most games have an intro video or animation before the game starts, but I cant see any of it.
For the very few games that do start, the flash game or application does not seem to work correctly in that when the rare game starts, it wont save any game files or save files to the pc and so if I exit the game (navigate away to another page or close browser) and then later come back, even though I click the option to save games (and ensure that the flash application slider shows it can save files and lots of space) it does not save and I have to start from the beginning all the time.

What upgrade did you apply? As a test launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and test to see if the same problem persists. Does it?

The screen is frozen there and I can't get out. I can go no further forward nor can I be back. It's just stuck. This has rendered my mini iPad useless. What can I do?

That's exactly what Time Machine does for you. It backs up every hour, so you don't have to. While it is backing up, you keep on working. Time Macvhine came with your Mac and you chose not to use it.
The 10.7.4 update did not cause your hard disk to fail. Hard disk fail due to mechanical causes. They are extremely reliable, but that doesn't mean every hard disk will last a long time. Your mileage WILL vary!
If you are dependent on your computer and the data stored on it, then you should make sure you have AT LEAST two copies of all data and probably three or four. You should use at least two means of backing up in case the backup software has a problem. And you should consider having a backup computer if you live in an area where replacement takes too long (whatever too long is for your business).
Apple hardware and software is very, very good. You have documented your experience of this. But NO hardware or software is perfect. You also have experience of this.
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that your system is set up to protect your data and availability of computing resources.
