Photos wont show in new email message

Im running the latest version of Lion and Apple mail, and i have an issue with attaching photos to a new email.
When i open Photo Browser and select a photo to add, it places it into the email body as an inline attacment.
I'd prefer that it would show the full photo rather than an inline attachement. Is there a way to change this?

To place your iPhoto library on an external drive quit iPhoto, drag the iPhoto library as a single entity form the pictures folder on your internal drive to your external drive and launch iPhoto with the option (alt) key depressed and use the select library option to point to the iPhoto library on your external drive

Can't delete an old email message on my iPhone, it also shows 2 new emails that aren't present

My iPhone shows 2 new email messages in my inbox but there are none. It also has an email from January of 2012 that I can't delete. I think it may be somehow related to sync'ing with my Exchange account but don't know how to resolve. Anyone else have these problems and discover how to resolve them?

Turn off the Caps lock. That is considered yelling on the Internet and is very rude, plus it is very difficult to read.
Who is your email provider? It sounds like you have an IMAP account and it is functioning just the way it is supposed to.

Photos icon showing 1 new photo but nothing there!

The new 'Photos' icon shows a new photo but nothing new is there. Is this just a glitch with the 2015 app or should the desktop icon be showing a '1' with the Photos icon?

I am having the same problem mentioned here. I see there is no response to your posting. Have you figured out what is going on yet?
I looked through all my account settings and my email rules. I found a rule that may have been the cause of some of the problem but not all of it. This morning "Mail" indicated it was downloading 17 messages from my POP account but only 4 were in my inbox. The missing 13 are gone for good (into the bit bucket I guess). I know that I am not getting mail from a specific correspondent whose email address is in my address book. I'm at a loss.

In my BB 8330, between battery indicator and new email message, there is an icon shows blue 4f.
It begins at blue 1f now it is 4f
I don't know what does it represent? I clean out all emails, messages, it is still there.

I assume this is Apple Mail. Try this:
Preferences > Accounts > your-first-account
Select Outgoing Mail Server of account/name you wish to use and check Use only this server
Repeat for other accounts.

Today I received the same message but have 4.6gb available from a total of 5.0gb. I also received the same message when i first set up my icloud account and icloud was virtually empty. Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

I just posted this fix to another thread and thought it might be useful to post to all of the threads I read trying to fix the problem. Here it is:
Having the same issue over here with Mavericks 10.9.1 on a new Macbook Pro/Retina. Just now found a workaround/fix/whatever:
- click on your group in the group pane of the address panel
- click anywhere in the name pane and select all (command + a)
- click the "To:" or "Cc:" or "Bcc:" tab right above the group pane at the top of the address panel window.
The names of all of the individuals in the group will appear as an expanded list in whatever field you clicked. It takes a second or two to happen.

I have a problem never had B 4. Have installed new Win7 OS many times and imported windows mail. Always when choosing windows mail in FF it worked. Now when doing I get windows mail program opening or if open coming to forefront or screen. Supposed to get a new email message with subject and URL inserted. Try this. Settings>Safari>Block Pop-Ups>Off.
I have an Exchange account that behaved similarly to what you are describing. I finally realized that I had to allow pop ups in order to access my mail on the server.

You must email the photos from within the photos app.
You can select up to 5 photos to email at a time. While you are in thumbnail view in the photos app - tap the arrow icon in the uper right corner. Then tap on up to 5 photos in order to select them. Tap the Share button in the upper left corner and then select - email

My signature is not appearing the new email message?

Can anyone tell me how I inset my signature automatically into the new email message? I have put in signatures to my preferences as told to, but they are not apprearing in my pop up signature in the new message.

If you're sure you have added the signature to the account in the Signatures tab of the Mail preferences window, quit and relaunch Mail.

Delete your account and start fresh. You should be able to see the downloads on a fresh install.

It sounds like you’re seeing a new email badge on the Mail app, but you aren’t seeing any new emails in the Inbox. Do you see the same issue when checking the inbox from webmail? The general troubleshooting suggestions in the article below will resolve most issues like the one you’ve described.
