If you get no response after starting 6 threads on an issue, it's worth looking at question you are asking over and over. Perhaps you need to re-think it. Perhaps you need to give more details - how you're emailing, with what apps, a fuller description of the issue and perhaps even a screenshot, anything that might help other people understand what you're asking.

Recently installed Mavericks. Now when I send an email with picture attachment it is received by my gmail account but not received by applel mail. What gives?

Photoshop cs6 is hanging when tyring to save. Seems to pause at 83% and then takes over a minute to save the file. Computer details below and the system info. Gone back to using cs5.5 for now, hoping someone has some idea where the issue might be.

Yes, I know this is more of a pain than doing it directly. It hampers the workflow. All I can say is this: Sometimes doing things the right way vs. the most convenient (but wrong) way is a little more difficult, but provides benefits. Consider that if you utterly screw up and save the screwup to your local copy, you can always easily retrieve the copy on the server again and start over.
Hey, if it was up to me I'd make Photoshop robust enough to save to a server all day, but it's not. Adobe says not to save to a server. There's a reason they say that.

Photoshop CS3 Hangs when opening files
PS hangs when opening, duplicating images. The longer it's on the longer the wait. I'm talkin' 15 - 20 seconds. Deleted the prefs multiple times.
Anybody else having this problem?Set your default printer to something local, that is actually hooked up.
When Photoshop creates the document, it asks for the default printer information - and your printer driver is taking a nap while trying to connect to the printer. -
Photoshop (CS3) Hangs When Started
I just purchased PS CS3 and after spending an entire evening and morning getting to the point where the software asked for my serial number, I still have not gotten anything other than a PS window and an hourglass cursor with the window indicating that Adobe Photoshop CS3 is not responding. I am running Windows XP with all the Windows updates installed. I get the same result with the version right off the DVD or after having dowloaded and installed all the updates to the various components. I did many installs finally using the CS3 cleanup script at level 3 and this allowed me to enter my SN.
If I look at the application event log in XP I can see the following:
Hanging application Photoshop.exe, version 10.0.1.0, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
I looked through the forum and did not see the exact problem in other posts. Is there a switch that can be used with Photoshop.exe to log the application startup?
Any help would be appreciated. I am starting to think I made a terrible mistake buying this software based on using an older version years ago.

JohnI am also trying to install CS3 on my computer and I have the same problem. I am using Windows Vista. After installing, the application hangs also just as described. I have contacted customer service who told me to uninstall and reinstall. I did and it continues to hang when opening. I contacted customer service and they told me to uninstall and reinstall. Did so and it hangs.
Several customer service of uninstall, download CS3 from website, and still hangs.
After several days I was referred to technical support, they had me uninstall and reinstall. The application still hangs with technical support on phone. After 2 hours on the phone, we were still creating new users, uninstalling and reinstalling, changing msconfig and still hanging.
Finally I was told by tech support to uninstall and reinstall again but you guessed it, it was close to closing for tech support and was told I would have to call back.
Waited until Saturday and you guessed it, tech support is only available Mon thru Friday. I have to work to pay for programs like this and can't take off during the week right now to spend all day with tech support.
I never saw and answer to the post as to what steps to take to correct it from hanging.

Help! Photoshop CS6 hangs when using brush, clone, healing brush tools etc on Mac
I am having a big problem when using the new CS6 on my Mac (os x 10.7.4). When switching to a new tool, like a brush, or clone stamp, or healing brush etc, Photoshop hangs for about 20 seconds before resuming. It's not 3rd party plug-ins, because I get the same behaviour when I run using the shift key and third party plug-ins are disabled. It doesn't happen every time, but it happens frequently. I've heard that others have had similar problems... are there any solutions - is it a known bug?

Photoshop cs3 hangs when using "File open"
I am running Photoshop CS3 extended on an HP desktop XP( fully updated) computer - 2 GB RAM -running fine util tonight when i tried to do a "file>open" the file menu idsappears in a split second and then it locks. It acts the same when i use the keyboard shortcut. But if i reopen it and try to open a file through Bridge-it works fine. it also allows me to open recent files.

Are you allowing enough time for PS to do its "thing?" By that, I mean that since CS, PS loads and looks ready. Count to 5, and all of a sudden, you will see the hourglass up for a moment. Count to 2, and the hourglass will flash on very briefly. Then, it's ready to go. I've only had one PS lockup from ver. 2.5, and it was because I was anxious to go, PS "looked" ready to go, and I hit File>Open too soon. Palettes go white, "Not Responding" shows in the program title bar, and boom - a lockup.
Speculation was afoot, back when Activation began, CS, that PS was "phoning home," to check with Adobe, to see if all was OK. This was never confirmed, and people without an Internet connection still had this little pause, though their program ran fine, without the Internet.
I quickly learned to be patient, until I see the two hourglass "blinks." This is on two very fast systems, though with CS2. My speculation is that the reason that PS will run fine when an image in Bridge, or Windows Explorer launches it, is that you (and I) are not hitting keys, while it does its little hourglass dance. Instead, we're waiting for our image to Open, and PS is smart enough to not fully load that, until it's good and ready.
I hope that this is what you encountered and nothing more sinister.

Thanks for your input. In this case, Photoshop CC did hang in a stalled state (Mac spinning beachball, Photoshop (Not Responding) and I had to force quit. That's how the report was generated. If you look at the top it says that it was a hung process. I suppose it generates the report because of the forced quit. Here's the top of the report:

Photoshop CS5 hangs when accessing File Info.. - Mac
This happened with both Leopard and Snow Leopard and CS2 works fine. I tried Adobe Support, searched forums, uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted Preferences, removed all third-party Plug-ins and program files are up-to-date. I'd like to upgrade to Mountain Lion but if I need File Info I use CS2 which will cease to work with Mountain Lion. Has anyone else definitively cured this anomoly if they had it?
That is normal that the Red X in the top left is not available (that only the Green + button is there). You need to close the File Info window using the OK or Cancel buttons in the lower right.
Are you able to type anything into any of the fields of File Info? What about in a new, blank file? -
Acrobat X hangs when trying to send email through Share panel
When I try to send a pdf as an email under Mac OS X 10.6.4 and Acrobat X v. 10.0.1 (using the Share Panel button), the panel appears, is blank and now the Acrobat X application hangs. Have checked and verified the Mail client, used Onyx to correct permissions, etc. but to no avail. I cannot email a pdf from Acrobat X Mac.
Anyone else experience this problem?

I quite understand the predicament. I have v.9.4.1 running on my Mac desktop (9.4.2 has a bug - really........) and the only reason I have 10.0.1 is for instructional purposes. It is getting harder to recommend upgrading with the increase in unpredictability of the application, despite being the de facto standard for electronic portable documents.
Adobe would be well informed to listen and work with its clients to resolve some of these issues. Many years ago, I did graduate work on human interface and icon recognition in operating systems. I can safely say that there are several substantial problems with this software's interface (icons with no possibility of adding labels for recognition - not tool tips but proper labelling). Tool Panel is a nice idea but poorly executed as you have to constantly open and close directories. And when in the Forms mode, you cannot expand the panel to properly see the field names in their entirety, etc, etc.
Until Adobe addresses these shortcomings. more clients will pass on upgrading this application.

Mail hangs when replying to certain email address
I have a friend that is running Snow Leopard. When she receives and email from me (and so far, only me) Mail hangs and she has to quit the program and restart. If she starts a new email with my email address it works fine.
Any ideas what could be causing this or how to fix it? Weirdness.Is her account IMAP or POP? Who is the provider of the domain where your address is supported?

I have been trying to email pictures from Iphoto, but it tells me that the email server doesn't recognize the username/password combination. How do I go about changing this?
no problem if you don't like Mail - I do and most iPhoto users do not relealise that with '11 this changed and is easly moved back
Oh, I like it - I just don't like it when the built-in iPhoto mailer does not work, for it should work. I like to use both - Mail and iPhoto. To have both, I have set iPhoto as mailer, and when I want to use Mail.app, I simply drag the photos from iPhoto to the Mail icon in the Dock. -

In iphoto I am trying to email a picture but it shows my old email address instead of my new one. I have not been able to find a way to change it, can someone help?

AP1131AG, WLC44002 and remote capture
