Itunes stopped working error comes up as soon as it reads first track while importing CD and needs to close program (APPCRASH). I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes several times - also ran CD diagnostics in iTunes and looks OK. I'm on Vista Home Premium Edition. If it will help I saved the CD Diagnostics from ITunes and the Windows APPCRASH info. I've spend several hours trying to figure this out. Any ideas?

Problem solved! I had my pc plugged into a port replicator to use a bigger screen, etc. When I unplugged it and tried to import the CDs it worked fine. Not sure why I got the error but whenever I get unexpected errors in the future, I will take it off the replicator to eliminate that possibility. Thanks to all who reviewed.

Photoshop Elements 6 Freezing, I need help, please.

I got the program along with the Wacom Tablet I got, not too long back.
It worked for a while, but then started freezing at random moments.
But now, I can never open it without it freezing about 30 seconds after launch.
I checked the FAQ's and Trouble-Shooting section, but everything seems in order.
I just updated my Mac (10.5.6) and I have high enough Ram.
It's not the disk and I haven't messed with the folder it came in since I installed it.
(Didn't touch it then either)
Oh, and I have updated the program itself to the latest udate I can get.
The only thing I haven't tryed is Uninstall and reinstall it.
This program was really helpful when I could use it, and I would love to be able to use it again.

Why? Why not 10.5.8?
In any case, go to your username>library>preferences and delete:
com.adobe.Photoshop.Elements.plist
Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 paths
Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 settings
Opera preferences (if you have it)
Repair permissions and try again. If it still crashes to go Applications>Adobe Photoshop Elements 6>Plug-ins>import/export and delete the adobe TWAIN driver (note that if you have an epson scanner it may not work properly after doing this).

Installing photoshop elements 12 ...need help

I just bought photoshop and premiere elements 12 and I am unable to install it. This is the message I am getting. "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or if one is already installed create an association in the default program control panel."
What the heck does that mean?

Hi camera shot,
Boot to Safe Mode (start tapping F8 when you switch on) and choose Safe Mode with Command Prompt. At the prompt, type assoc .exe=exefile and press Enter. There will be no acknowledgement, just type exit and press Enter. Now press Ctrl+Alt+Del and restart the computer.
You may also have to restore the .exe association here Manage - Fix "File does not have a program associated" - Windows 7 Help Forums

I cant open my Photoshop anymore.. I need help

I cant open my Phtotshop CS5 anymore. Everytime i try to start it it says that it cant open it... any suggestions about it?

Photoshop will not open. Need help

I got a one year subscription to use photoshop. When the download is complete and I open the program, a screen shows up telling me that my trial version has expired. Was I supposed to get an email for a serial Number? Anyone know what’s going on? Please help.

Is Adobe Photoshop right for me? Need help please!

Model: Presario CQ57 Notebook PC
Process: AMD C-50 Processor
Installed: memory (RAM): 2.00 GB (1.60 GB usable)
System type: 64 bit operating system
It says 180 GB free on boot drive which I know is discouraged to be using the boot C drive but I don't understand why photoshop will not work if I have freakin 180 GB available but, then again I'm not a techie. I also have 1.60 GB on D drive but both are not enough as I can barely do a single function without a loading screen coming up for 5 minutes. If anyone could help me out that would be so great. If you even know about other programs that could do something like create a professional looking header to upload to a website that is also greatly appreciated. I seriously only got creative cloud for photoshop for creating website headers and it has turned out to be the biggest pain in my butt since becoming an internet entrepreneur.

The notebook seems to be underpowered for running Photoshop.
If it's simply web banners you want, try using Fireworks, a dedicated web graphics app (also part of the Cloud).

Photoshop CS5 Video issues. NEED Help ASAP

I created a video using Adobe Photoshop CS5. In Photoshop, the video is crisp and clear. After I export the video into an "MP4 H.26 Best quality 30 or 48 fps 1920x1080 HD" video, part of the video looks clear, but as soon as the movement occurs, the picture becomes pixilated. I've tried everything that I can think of. I have a still picture in the back ground. There is rain coming down from the top, an object moves across the bottom, and another object "floats" in the air (little up and down movement). Before the rain comes down, everything is clear. Even after the rain (I created) comes down, the movement across the bottom is clear (a video loop from videoblocks.com). But after the rain starts to come down, the still background image (I created) begins to look pixilated, and the "floating" object (Icreated) becomes blurry as well. At first I thought it had something to do with the way I had the rain come down...but in Photoshop, the playback is very clear. Does anybody have any idea how i can save this video without it looking this way? I need an answer ASAP, PLEASE.

I gave the settings I used in exporting the Adobe Photoshop CS5 video. I want to know how I should change my settings. I may be creating the video all wrong or using the wrong product. I had a photoshop file with layers. I wanted the rain to fall out of the sky, so i made a video with the raindropd falling at a tween of 20 and I had like 380 frames after that. I could figur out how to get another layer to move at a different pace, so I exported the video (many times until i could get it as clear as possible). Then i added the video back in, and added in another layer (the one that was floating in the sky). No matter which setting I used to export the video, it wasn't as crisp as I was looking for. I exported the video and iserted it back in for the movement across the bottom. That came out really clear (but it came from http://videoblocks.com). Do you or anyone else know which is the best settings for me to use in Photoshop CS5? Or is there another program i could use to makke clear videos?
I want the video to be as original as possible.

Photoshop ELements 11.. Need help

I have currently purchased and loaded Photoshop ELements 11 on my computer. I have uploaded pics from my camera but now it is telling me "searching for missing file" ?? I'm confused ... Any suggestions

While importing images from your camera, please ensure that you copy them somewhere on your system.
Use File >> Get Photos and Videos >> From Camera/Card reader option to do so.
Once the Adobe Photo Downloader dialog opens up, click 'Advanced' button to see all possible options regarding Copying files to system and then deleting them from card.
Missing files are the ones whose location cannot be ascertained by Organizer since the drive they are on (in your case the memory card), is not connected to the system.

I have 2 problems with Photoshop Elements 12 that I need help with

The problems:
1) When I bring photos into the editor to work on them and then save them they are not automatically appearing in Organizer
2) When I make changes in Organizer (eg adding or deleting photos) the changes do not appear in Adobe Revel. When I make changes within Adobe Revel they are appearing in my Organizer
I have all the latest versions of Elements 12 and Revel downloaded
Any suggestions?

Looks like you already have 12.1 version installed.
Have you tried restarting revel agent from Edit>Preferences>Adobe Revel?
Do you see an orange icon next to Mobile albums header in left panel?

Need help with the Vibrance adjustment in Photoshop CC 2014.
Anytime I select Vibrance to adjust the color of an image. The whole image turns Pink in the highlights when the slider is moved from "0" to - or + in value. Can the Vibrance tool be reset to prevent this from happening? When this happens I cn not make adjustments...just turns Pink.

Thank you for your reply.
Yes, that does reset to “0” and the Pink does disappear.
But as soon as I move the slider +1 or -1 or higher the image turns Pink in all of the highlights again, rather than adjusting the overall color.

Bridge is not working well, I need to reinstall Photoshop cc 2014 . Someone from Communities was suppose to help me.

I used the chat "Creative chat support" this afternoon at around 14:40
and the person, Karthik M , gave me a link to Technical Support. I
guess he could not help me, but he said he understood the issue.   With
the link "Help, Adobe Installation problems",   I will follow the
instructions to clean ps cc2014 with CCleaner and reinstall the app.
It looks quite complicated but I will give it a try and hopefully succeed.
You have to understand when reading my previous messages, the issue is
no longer "Retreiving Photoshop CC" but reinstalling Phoshop 2014 to try
to repair Bridge.
