Photoshop $9.99 special but it says trial?

OK so I just signed up for the $9.99 special and I go to open Photoshop and it says Trial or License ummm What License number? I am new to all of this so be gentle please thanks so much.

Opening software but its saying trial is over

I purchased photo shop elements 13 (the download version) but something happened after i did a full system update. now when i try opening the software it brings the creative cloud window up & says trial has ended enter licensing serial code so i've tryed entering it but it won't let me enter the full code!

I'm not sure what i do know is its stressing the life out of me! I purchased this years ago Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 this installed within 3 minutes so i can't understand whats going on with this software.

Both Photoshop and Lightroom exhibit the same error. Sometimes this happens 3 times in one day or perhaps every third day. When I open either package I get a message saying that I have 00 days left in the trial and to continue I need to purchase a licence or start a trail. If I click on purchase a Licence the once I log in with Adobe ID I can get started. I have contacted Adobe chat support 6 times. They suggest deleting an opm.db file and assure me that this will sort the problem and within 24 hours back to square one

Here it happens only with photoshop cc 2014. i just deleped opm.db i will check again tomorrow.

I paid subscription but app says trial also account says free

It still says I am a free member and photo shop says start trial.
Also in my email it says.

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

I paid subscription but app says trial expired

I had a trial version of PS and LR on my computer, that my roommate put on. It expired. I later decided that I wanted to buy them, and so I did. After purchasing on line, I downloaded the Creative Cloud fine. The apps, however, say that the trial version has expired and only give me the option to BUY. Well, I already bought it. And, I can't use it. This is a real inconvenience, and I can't find an answer in the community (read: community=cheap way to make customers search for their own solutions, wasting vast amounts of time, rather than provide proper customer support).

Installing CC on second computer Win but it say "Trial expired", it will have a serial to continue. Language Eng Int. Suggestions?

Tried to remove all Adobe installations restarted computer installing again but still same result.

This is my story...
Installed CC on my MacBook with no problem. Working fine.
Tried to do the same on my PC.
Got only Trial-versions, and they are now outdated.
Tried to uninstall everything with Adobe on PC and logging out on my Mac
Restart and new installation.
Still only Trial versons, outdated.
My guess is that there are som hidden file with the wrong info.

I was using a trial for ID, and I upgraded to creative cloud but it says,"trial expired."

I payed for it, and downloaded it in creative cloud as well.

You can also check the host files & find if Adobe has been blocked or not.
Windows: Start >>Run>>Drivers>>etc>>hosts(open with notepad)
Macintosh: Click on Go---Go to Folders---/etc---Hostsrunor host
If you find any Adobe entry please remove it & make the host file free of Adobe entry. Please try to launch then.

1. Close all the Adobe Applications. Log-out from creative.adobe.com and re-login.
2. Once you launch the software and when you get the error saying the the trial version has expired, you will have an option saying "License this software".
3. Select this option and enter your credentials and click next.

I had downloaded a free trial of Photoshop, it expired, which led me to buy Creative Cloud so I could use it. Now after purchasing it, it keeps saying "trial expired" and wants a serial number, but every other app works ok without having to load a serial number. Also, have been on hold with customer service for well over 2 hours. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling/downloading Photoshop multiple times (just like the chat help suggested) yet it still asks for serial number since trial has expired to open Photoshop. Help?

I finally managed to get Customer Support on a Chat line. There is no registation for CC products but you do have to activate your download/subscription using your Adobe ID and password. That removes the request for a registration/serial number.
I am now on line and happy. Sad it takes so much sweat and frustration to get these simple things done.

Is it giving you any option to sign in or license this software. If yes click on sign in/License this software to proceed further and activate it. If it is perpetual license activate by entering your serial key and signing in and if it is a subscription then just sign in with your Adobe it an dit will get activated.
