Photoshop Abo abgelaufen, was tun?

Hallo,
mein Photoshop Monatsabo ist abgelaufen, da ich auf meine Prepaid Kreditkarte kein Geld draufgeladen hatte. Wie kann ich Photoshop wieder reaktivieren, inzwischen ist wieder Geld auf der Prepaid Kreditkarte drauf, nur ist "Photoshop" unter Konten "Grau" markiert!!

Nach einem Zurücksetzen meines Computer, war meine Testversion von Photoshop weg. Ich wollte sie erneut runterladen, jedoch bekomme ich immer eine Fehlermeldung. Jetzt läuft meine Testversion und ich kann sie nicht nutzen. Was kann ich machen?

Ich benutze Photoshop CC. Die Fehlermeldung lautet: Fehler bei der Installation (U44MIP7).
Ich habe heute tagsüber mit einem Adobe Mitarbeiter gechattet (leider saß ich nicht an meinem Computer, so dass ich die Schritte nicht gleich testen konnte.)
Er sagte mir, dass ich Photoshop deinstallieren soll, falls es noch auf dem Computer zu finden ist. Ist es nicht, daher konnte ich das nicht machen. Habe die Cloud deinstalliert und dann einen Neustart gemacht.
Dann sagte er mir, dass ich folgendem Pfad folgen soll:
C:\Benutzer\[Benutzername]\AppData\Local\Adobe\ und den Ordner „OOBE“ löschen soll. Der Pfad ist nur bis zum Benutzername aufzufinden. Alle weiteren Schritte gibt es nicht und auch keinen „OOBE“ Ordner.
Eine Neuinstallation hat nicht geklappt. Ich bekomme immer die Fehlermeldung.
Wie komme ich an meine Testversion????

Hallo Michael,
also prinzipiell hast du schon alles unternommen, was man in einem solchen Fall zum "Wiedererwecken" eines vermeintlich toten Gerätes noch tun kann. Eine Möglichkeit wäre nur noch, dass der Akku komplett leer ist und das Netzteil defekt. Dann dürfte aber die LED nicht leuchten und es auch nicht nach einiger Ladezeit warm werden.
Zu deinen Fragen:
1. Die Lenovo Garantiedatenbank weiß nicht, wann du das Gerät tatsächlich bei Amazon gekauft hast. Das kannst du aber durch Übermittlung einer Rechnungskopie korrigieren lassen:

2. Du darfst die Festplatte selbst ausbauen. Die Garantie bleibt bestehen. Vorasussetzung natürlich, du beschädigst nichts am Gerät, was die Techniker dann als unsachgemäße Benutzung deklarieren und die Garantie ablehnen.

Well, the quick summary that you are not going to like: This system is pretty short on RAM and processor power, your graphics driver is outdated and you are using two screens with different resolutions, which eats up all graphics acceleration plus your card has only 256 MB of VRAM in the first place, which doesn't meet the requirements. You will never be able to use 3D under those conditions.

Your video card is underpowered for the task.
Go to Photoshop > Preferences > Performance and click on the tick mark next to the box labeled "Use Graphics Processor":

Serial numnbers are platform specific so you will not be able to use it for the Mac if it was initially designated for a PC. YOu will need to perform a platform swap. See the following for information:

Save the attachment in a folder.
From the Organizer menu choose:
File >> Get Photos & Videos >> From Files & Folders
Navigate to your image and click Open.
If the photo is embedded, make a copy or screen grab and then whilst it’s still held in memory open the Elements Editor.
From the menu click:
File >> New >> Image from clipboard
Then use File >> Save As
Then choose jpeg.

Check the papers that came with your PC or the web site of the vendor. OEM versions are either on the recovery discs they provide or can be downloaded from their site.

Maryrhire910 I am sorry that you are facing difficulty downloading and installing Photoshop Elements 12. Are you downloading the installation files from Download Photoshop Elements products | 13, 12, 11, 10? If so what specific error are you receiving?
