Photoshop and Creative Suite 6

I purchased these products and I registered them on the Adobe Website, when I tried to install Windows8 my computer crashed and I was not able to recovery these Adobe programs. Will you allow me an install for my recently purshased computer?

You can install and activate a software on two computers, not simultaneously. So you can install your products now on the other Windows8 computer. See the product license agreements page for more information.

Photoshop CS 6 and Creative Suite 5

I currnetly have Creative Suite CS5 on my laptop. I found out Camera Raw does not support my new camera. I have a copy of Photoshop CS6. Can I install CS6 and just update the Photoshop, or even make a stand alone version of Photoshop separate from Creative Suite?

yes, you can install ps cs6 along with your other cs5 programs (including ps cs5). they are all compatible.

Can I install Photoshop stand alone upgrade and Creative Suite on same machine?

I'd like to be able to install my Photoshop CS6 Upgrade on the same machine as I am running Creative Suite 5.5.
I'm using Windows 7 64bit.
I have one running on a laptop and one on my main machine.. is this possible without conflicts?

Photoshop error Creative Suite 5.5

I recently installed Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium (for windows.)
While running Photoshop, I will get the following error message:
The instruction at "0X6963932b" referenced memory at "0X000000a0" (or sometimes "0X00000980")
The memory could not be "read"
Click on OK to terminate the program.
Click on CANCEL to debug the program.
Then the program terminates. The only way I can start Photoshop again is to reboot the computer.
I've run diagnostics on the memory and everything checks out okay.
I also find that when I shut down my computer after Photoshop terminates I get an error telling me that CARDREADERLOOKUP.exe is still running and I have to terminate the program before the computer will shut down. I don't know if that's related to the problem or not.
When I look at the programs listed in Adobe Creative Suites (from the Start menu), Photoshop is not listed.
Any suggestions? Should I re-install?

Sounds like the issue. Check your device manager and disable this device. photoshop is probably using it because it is listed as a TWAIN or WIA device and the driver is flakey. Also try to suppress the auto-start of that reader tool. I'm reasonably sure it realyl isn't necessary and just a quick-access helper kind of thing...

Photoshop on creative suite 2 not working

I have creative suite 2 and everything is working fine except photoshop. When i click on photoshop icon, a questionmark appeared on the icon and would not open. Is there any plug in missing, can that be fixed? i still have the software do i have install the whole package (4 installer discs) or a particular one?

I think i found the problem. i went to every single folder on creative suite. each folder has own app file which meant that indesign folder has indesign.app while photoshop has indesign.app instead of photoshop cs2 app. i think those files are mixed up and can that be fixed? i add screen shot.

Uprgade Photoshop from Creative Suites 2 to CS%

Can I do this? I enter my Creative Suite 2 serial number and CS2 as the program and it doesn't work. There is no option for Creative Suite. Is it not possible to upgrade ONLY Photoshop? Thanks

I found out from Adobe support that you cannot upgrade from Suites to a Point product.

Mobile apps and Creative Suite subscription

If I am a Creative Suite subscriber do I have "free" access to the touch apps (Photoshop Touch, etc.)? I've been crusing around Adobe's site and can't seem to find a definitive answer (or find a way to download PS Touch without paying for it.

Does this mean that if I go to the Apple App store and purchase three Touch apps that Adobe will not charge me for the following month's Creative Suite's subscription cost? I don't see how that would work - is there some tie between the App Store purchase(s) and my Adobe ID?

Hello Chris, you can upgrade from suite-to-suite, but not from suite-to-component...
For more details see the "Upgrade eligibility, pricing, and purchasing options" section of Adobe's Creative Suite FAQ.
BTW, CS2 is the oldest version that would qualify for the discounted upgrade pricing to CS5.

Suites can only be upgraded to suites. There's no way to just upgrade a single program. It has been forever this way.
