Photoshop and Lightroom shown as 30 day trials after monthly Photography plan subscription.
Hello,
I just ordered a monthly Photography plan subscription however Photoshop and Lightroom both are listed as 30 day trials. I checked my account and in my account it says I only have a free membership from ACC and the monthly plan doesn't show up. I did receive emails from my purchase though, showing that I have payed for the plan (€10,88 a month) . What to do?
Etienner67579654 yes you are welcome to use the software in trial mode for up to 30 days. Please make sure to install Photoshop Lightroom via the Creative Cloud Desktop application as discussed in Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html. This will ensure that the copy of Photoshop Lightroom will accept your membership once it is available.
I am sorry for the delay but in order to make Creative Cloud available in many countries we work with a separate provider. This can result in a delay of the processing of orders.

I have a order number, do you want it ?Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

I have been subscribed to a Photoshop CC only package since 2013, and a friend of mine pointed out that i was paying too much, and i should at least have Lightroom included. So i checked it out, asked some questions at the (Probably a bot) chat service, before i knew it there it was, my option to upgrade to a package with photoshop and Lightroom (Bridge included)
it was time to update my existing bridge and photoshop. After doing this, all of a sudden my photoshop has changed into a 30 day trial! how do i fix this?FIXED! I have re entered the chat, with the hope of fixing it with someone there, and we fixed it!

I want to buy the offer for $9.99 / month (photoshop and lightroom 5), but I purchased lightroom 5 a few months ago (then I still bought it outright). If I cancel in a year this special offer will I also loose lightroom 5 then????
If you cancel the offer in a year, you lose PS CC and LR CC in a year. But if you own LR5, you will still have LR5.

Second installation of Photoshop and Lightroom on new iMac shown as 30 day trials
I have just installed Photoshop and Lightroom on a second Mac and these versions are shown as 30 day trials. According to the T's and C's, I can legally install both products on 2 separate machines. How can I convince CC that the installations on the new machine are not trial versions?

It seems that it may have been an activation error - I signed in to the CC and the problem semi-disappeared. Photoshop is now happy but Lightroom is still counting down in the trial period. When it expires I should be able to re-install it. -
Both Photoshop and Lightroom exhibit the same error. Sometimes this happens 3 times in one day or perhaps every third day. When I open either package I get a message saying that I have 00 days left in the trial and to continue I need to purchase a licence or start a trail. If I click on purchase a Licence the once I log in with Adobe ID I can get started. I have contacted Adobe chat support 6 times. They suggest deleting an opm.db file and assure me that this will sort the problem and within 24 hours back to square one
Here it happens only with photoshop cc 2014. i just deleped opm.db i will check again tomorrow.

I have creative cloud, I have photoshop and lightroom current versions installed - I was using the trial period. I paid for the 9.99 a month and now I'm trying to figure out how to update this.
You need to uninstall the trial applications and reinstall from the CC app.

About a week ago, I purchased a subscription to Adobe CC Photoshop and Lightroom. I can access Photoshop but this screen still comes up asking me for the license number or if I want to continue the trial. The same thing happens with Lightroom, only it makes me sign in and takes me to the tutorials. I cannot access the actual program. Help!!!

I just paid the $9,99 a month to have access to Photoshop and lightroom. I am having trouble installing the programs and when I installed on Photoshop it said "trial"- this isn't suppose to be a trial but a resource I pay for monthly for a year right?
What turns the trial into the live software is signing in. If you sign in with the Adobe ID that has the subscription, the trial becomes live. First check your account on Adobe.com to make sure that the subscription is live.
