Photoshop can't download
i just purchased lightroom photoshop with the offer of 9.99 monthly plan, and i downloaded lightroom and is up to date , but photoshop says its up to date but i dont have it on my comp and cant download it ?
Guess I am as confused as you. THis is what I get. You have downloaded and installed LR. You have not downloaded PS, but computer says it is up to date?
Did you download a CC trial? If so uninstall it and run Adobe CC Cleaner, then download.

I have Nikon D300, D700 and D800. Windows8, CS6, Camera Raw Plug-in V7.0.0.308. It was working after i installed CS6 on this system, then it stopped working.
Update your camera raw plugin to the latest version that CS6 supports.

You have two activations, but otherwise you can download and install unlimited until you are getting all old and wrinkly.If you burnt your activations because you didn't/ couldn't deactivate, contact support.

Can't Download Photos to Adobe Photoshop Elements after iPhone Upgrade
Howdy, I have been using Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 with my iPhone ever since I bought my iPhone 3G when they came out and have never had any trouble. Whenever I synced my phone and there were new photos on it, Photoshop Elements would start it's photo downloader program and let me download the pics from my phone and put them in the organizer. Then it would let me delete them.
But this weekend I took a bunch of photos and now Photoshop Elements startes up during the sync as usual, but before it lets me download any pictures I get a message from Photoshop Elements saying "Downloader needs to close" (or something like that) and I never get the chance to download the pictures. The only way I have to get the pictures off my phone right now is to mail them as attachments.
A few days ago I upgraded to the 2.2 iPhone software and I was wondering if this might be the source of the problem. Has anyone else heard of any problems like this?I'm having the same problem with Elements 6.0. The downloader starts up and I can see the first few pictures in the downloader before the error message comes up and the downloader must shut down. The only way to get pictures off the phone is through Win Explorer. But, when you try to remove the pics off the phone (i.e. move or delete) the phone reboots. The only way to remove the pics is one at a time on the phone itself.
It is extremely frustrating that Apple has created a decent way to sync music and video, but no iTunes way to handle pictures. Honestly I amazed that Apple has worked so hard to be the standard for music, etc. that they just leave it to the consumer to figure out the picture stuff. Come on Apple. -
I can't download Photoshop CC even though I deleted it. It still says Up To Date under Apps in CC.
When I tried to use Photoshop CC it said there were missing files and it needed to be reinstalled. It still says it's "UP to Date" when I sign into Ceative Cloud. When I deleted Photoshop CC it also deleted Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop Elements 11. When I try to download Photoshop CC to reisntall it, it just brings me to the Creative Cloud Apps page where it shows me that Photoshop CC, Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop Elements 11 are all "Up to Date". I can't find the downloads for Photoshop CS6 and Elements 11 and I can't download Photoshop CC because it believes it's still on my computer. How can I get back my software that I bought (Photoshop CS6 and Elements 11) and I've been paying for the Photography Pack in CC since October but I've always had this problem with using it so I just used CS6 instead. But now they're all gone and I have nothing to work with. Please Help, I'm desperate!!!
John D.Run the CC cleaner, then you should be able to reinstall CC. This might help with CS6, but it should be uninstalled first, so check you OS for removal of CS 6 and see if it's still listed as a program that can be removed. If not you might just want to select to remove CC with the CC cleaner. I don't know anything about Elements.

Basically the title explains my question. How many times can the photos hop code be used? Like can I download it on one computer then later download it on a different computer?
You're allowed two installations/registrations. Anything above that requires deregistration on one of those computers.
Take note that if this is Photoshop CC, it's as easy as signing out on a system; there aren't any serial numbers involved as it's all tied to your Adobe ID. -
I am trying to download photoshop presets from online but can't seem to figure out how to open them in photoshop. They download sucessfuly and then goes to my download folder on my computer, from there I double click on the file and photoshop opens and then nothing happens, any ideas? I am using a PC

Yes, you can download it to another machine if you need to and should never have to purchase the same version more than once. Your license allows you to have it installed and activated on two machines. If you get a new machine before the first one breaks you can deactivate it on the old one just to have the extra activation still available.

How can I get updates for Photoshop CS5 to download to my new Mac book pro where CS5 is already installed from my original disk? I have tried many times over 2 days. The Adobe auto updater is highly unreliable.
You need to look for and download the update yourself and then manually apply it as per the detailed instructions on the download page:

I am eager to try out the trial version of Photoshop Elements 7.0-however I can’t download it! I get to 99% downloaded and then get a fatal error telling me that there are integrity check problems.
