Photoshop CC 2014.1 Photomerge does not do anything.
I am trying to use Photomerge to stitch some pano shots together but after clicking OK on the Photomerge window, the window closes and the system does nothing.
I have watched my cpu and memory performance meters expecting them to show some activity (as if PS CC is hanging) but there is absolutely no activity at all.
I have tried entering Photomerge from Lightroom and from within PS CC and the results are the same.
I have removed and re-installed PS CC but nothing changed.
I was able to use Bridge and it would open CS6 and properly merge the images and I was able to use CS6 directly to do the same.
I removed CS6, wondering if it was affecting PS CC but the results are the same.
Any ideas?

After upgrade to Photoshop CC 2014 Adobe Bride does not open anymore
(File - search in Adobe Bridge) but the Adobe Creative Cloud opens and wants to intall the prior Bridge version. Mini Bridge doesn't work either.

Photoshop CC 2014 for PC
Windows 8.1 Pro, R2 64 bit, AMD FX3 8350 with 16GB RAM. 75% of RAM free
Photoshop CC 2014 for PC will not copy or paste.
When I create a line of text and want to copy and paste the text in the same document, the copy and paste functions are not working. The commands on the Edit menu are grayed out. CTL+C and CTL+X and CTL+V do not work.
I have the correct layer selected.
There is nothing else selected, just the text.
Copy and paste fail on new documents, existing documents, documents with backgrounds, documents without backgrounds.
I deleted all my Photoshop settings in Roaming>Adobe>Photoshop CC 2014
I uninstalled Photoshop without saving preferences, removed all files and folders and then reinstalled.
Photoshop will still not copy and paste.I honestly don't know what may be wrong on your system to cause what you're seeing, but I can confirm that on my fully updated Windows 8.1 Pro x64 system equipped with ATI 7850 I can do cut/copy/pastes as you would like to do, so it's not a basic incompatibility.
Are you selecting the characters by dragging the mouse across them, then copying?
When pasting, have you set an insertion point first?

Hi, Yes you are correct in iPhoto Prefernces, Advanced tab editing I used to have iPhoto and "Use external editor.". It changed to iPhoto and iPhoto Library. I have einstaleed PSE 9 and downloaded the update. There is still no lkink to external editor in the drop down box. Have I done something wrong inadvertently or is there a clitch? can you reinstal iPhoto. I am new to Macs. Every thing came preinstalled. it is the top of the range system with 16 Gb of rRAM, 2 Tb hard drive to top graphics card etc. I used to be on Windows PC. Have more than 27,000 photos on the system. When attempting to use Lightroom external editor program to edit a photo in Photoshop Elements 10, the photo does not open / appear on photoshop elements screen. I don't have any problem with this when using Photoshop Elements 6 or Photoshop CS. I'm using a Mac with Mountain Lion OS. Any solutions?

Whenever I open the editor in Photoshop Elements 12 it does not work. When I try to click open in the application it does not do anything. None of the buttons work. When I open a photo using file at the top it opens but I cannot edit it or use any of the features on the left side.

Thanks i think I got it working of a fashion.
Except the replace colour, does not seem to end up with the colour I picked using the picker tool. Its as though it hads not replaced the colour but blended in the desired colour with the old incorrect colour!
Buy trial and error picking not the right colour but close - which when mixed with the existing colour is close.

The scenario is:- say a blonded mainly tanned model a high cut [at the hips] corsette style basque, with an ultra low bra line.
Our dear model, has just come back from St Barts with a fabulous Tan, and equally striking bold Tan lines!.
So we have great tanned legs, then the 'porcelain white band' where her swimsuit was.
Likewise we have a tanned face, and arms, shoulders etc and a great tan on the top of the cleavage, then it stops, white band to the top of the ultralow cut bra line of the basque.
She must have lived in like the most conservative bikini on the planet [50's style], for 2 weeks!
Had she had a normal skimpy bikini on, no problem!
If i don't solve it, she will get fired!

"Join Adobe Community" adobe sign in splash screen! with he little whell spinning around continuously!!!
I have Safari on this iPad. Guess that is all it runs.

In Photoshop CC 2014, why are strokes not perfect 1px strokes as they were in the previous PS version? They are thicker/blurry on some sides!

Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 for Mac does not show up in Applications. Tutorial for editing from iPhoto shows selecting the Adobe software in Applications. Am I missing a step in registering product?
I answered my own question: There's a difference between "download' and "install." Hunt for "install" (1.5 hrs in my case) and line up your passwords, Adobe ID, etc, then install. Took 15 min. The right choice shows up in Applications. Now it's on to figuring out why photo selected for edit in iPhoto does not show up on screen in Elements.

I bought Adobe Elements 12; I cannot use panorama photomerge, I have followed the directions to go to Full Edit mode in edit workspace> choose File> New> Photomerge. However the Photomerge does not work, it does not respond.
The only thing I can come up with is that I found a blog that said that in the Trial version Photomerge does not work, however I do Not have the Trial version, I did at one time but I purchase Adobe Elements. Thank you.The blog was incorrect. Photomerge should work in the trial, too.
When things get weird in PSE the first thing to do is to delete the prefs. Go to the editor preferences>general, click this button and restart the editor: -

Now my trial period of Photoshop finished, so the program does not open it ask me for a license number, and I have not received that number... so now I what happening is I am paying 10 dollar per month and my Photoshop does not work. AFX 2014.1.1 does not completly close
When I try to close AFX, it is still showing 2 instances of AFX and quicktime still open in Task Manager. I have to manualy close them to be able to reopen AFX. This sometimes happens with Premiere also. The programs will not reopen until I either do this or reboot.
This happens every time I use AFX and once in awhile with Premiere. Mike Daniels

You are doing 2 things wrong:
1. you are trying to run EXE file(installer) on MAC
2. You are trying to run a very old application on latest configuration which is not compatible and may not fulfill the appropriate requirement.

I got a free Ilife pack with my Mac. I was using 8 and when I installed 9, it told me I had to use the latest version. Any ideas? The Apple disk clearly says 9.0.
