Photoshop CC 2014 und Hanvon Tablet
Hallo. Habe die 2014er Version von PS installiert und leider festgestellt, das mein Hanvon Tablet nicht mehr unterstützt wird. System ist Win 8.1 und im alten CC war alles perfekt. Jetzt keine Druckintensität mehr und Stiftneigung wird auch nicht erkannt. Gibt es dafür eine Lösung? Sonst ist 2014 nicht nutzbar für mich :-(
Das hat mit PS relativ wenig zu tun. All diese Nachahmertablets verwenden nur die Wacom-API und das ist das einzige, was auch in PS implementiert ist. Natürlich wird die 2014 eine neuere Version von Wacom eingebaut haben und da muss eben der Hersteller des Tablets einen neuen Treiber liefern.

Nach dem Update auf CC 2014 steht in der Bridge unter "Werkzeuge" die Photoshop-Stapelverarbeitung für ausgewählte Thumbnails nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Fehler bei mir oder allgemein?

RT.Ergänzung: Es gibt auch noch den kostenlosen, aber besseren Bildprozessor Pro von Rüssel Brwon, den solltest Du Dir auf jeden Fall ansehen.

Photoshop wars. Neuinstallation von PS hat die Funktionen in Bridge wieder hergestellt. Danke vielmals.
Der Vorteil der Stapelverarbeitung aus Bridge ist für mich, dass ich nicht nur ganze Ordner, sondern am Leuchttisch individuell ausgewählte Dateien verarbeiten kann.

Photoshop 2014 und Hanvon Artmaster III
Hallo. Habe Vorgestern die 2014 Version von Photoshop geladen und musste leider feststellen, das mein Tablet nicht mehr unterstützt wird. Heißt, weder die Druckintensität noch die Stiftneigung. In der alten Photoshop CC geht alles korrekt. Gibt es dafür eine Lösung?
Hallo. Also bei mir läuft Windows 8.1 und das Tablet ist ein Hanvon Art Master III, Model: AM3L. Wie gesagt, mit dem alten Photoshop CC alles perfekt. In der neuen Version keine Unterstützung. Neue Treiber gibt es von Hanvon nicht. Funktioniert ja auch, nur nicht im neuen Photoshop

En Photoshop cc con windows 8.1 pro y tableta Wacom pro los márgenes de la pantalla no están ajustados el puntero se desplaza fuera de los márgenes y aparece en el lado opuesto. Pero que se ha solucionado en Photoshop cc 2014 pero que han surgido nuevas incompatibilidades con la tableta Wacom pro, en concreto: el botón derecho de la tableta funciona como si hiciésemos un click. Los atajos de teclado de shift para modo de pincel y control para selección de capa no funcionan si no se mueve el lápiz, mientras que en la tecla alt existe un conflicto entre el cuenta gotas y selección de muestra. Tras múltiples actualizaciones del programa en mi caso todavía no se ha solucionado y así no se puede trabajar adecuadamente. Estos problemas no existían en versiones anteriores.
¿ Saben cuando se solucionarán los problemas de incompatibilidad ?

Photoshop CC 2014/Intuos tablet causing PS to freeze, HELP!!
Hi folks,
I've recently run into a serious issue that has stopped my workflow in its tracks. It has to do with some bizarre incompatibility issues between Photoshop CC 2014, Wacom Intuos tablets and Windows 8.1. I do not exactly know which one of those is the culprit, so here are some details.
The issue occurs whenever I use any keyboard shortcut involving the control key (step backwards is the big one) and the brush tool at the same time. If I try to make a brush stroke before fully releasing the shortcut keys (especially longer brush strokes), Photoshop completely freezes. It stays frozen until I move the stylus far away enough from the tablet that it no longer detects hovering; after a moment, the program will begin to function normally again. This doesn't ALWAYS happen; it seems to be more common when working in a document with many layers. If I open a new blank document, I can't get the glitch to work at all, but if I create a stack of layers with a few brush marks in each, the glitch can be reproduced easily almost 100 percent of the time.
Some more details:
-It happens with all Intuos drivers currently available via Wacom, including the ones on the legacy drivers page.
-The glitch is ONLY present in Photoshop CC 2014, not in older versions. However, I do not wish to roll back because I am working on a Surface Pro 3 and want to be able to pan and zoom using touch, which was only introduced in this version.
-It happens on all computers running Window 8/8.1, as well as the Windows 10 Technical Preview (I work for a tech company and have access to all varieties of test machines). Curiously, it does not seem to occur in Windows 7. I am able to reproduce the glitch immediately on every non-Win7 machine I install PS CC 2014 on. However, I require Windows 8+ for its touch-friendly features on the Surface.
-The glitch happens with (seemingly) all Intuos tablets, not just my Intuos 3 tablet. I actually purchased a new Intuos 4 from Best Buy to see if that would resolve the issue, but it persisted exactly the same.
-It does NOT occur when drawing on the screen with the N-Trig pen that came with my SP3 -- it ONLY occurs when using a Wacom tablet.
And here's the big one:
-De-selecting "Use Windows Ink" under the "mapping" tab in my Intuos settings causes the issue to go away entirely, but also disables pressure sensitivity, so this is not a viable option.
My suspicion is that this is some weird incompatibility between Photoshop CC 2014 and the Windows Ink API (my understanding is that this version of Photoshop ditched the old Wintab API for Windows Ink). Hopefully it will be ironed out in a future PS CC update.
In the mean time, does anybody have any ideas? I'm also posting at some Photoshop forums, but I figured someone here might be able to help. This is driving me absolutely up the wall.You fail to mention which Wacom Intuos and which Wacom drivers have installed. I do not have your problems on my Windows 7 Workstation or my Surface Pro 3 Windows 8.1 with the Intuos Pro with Wacom version 6.3.11w3 device driver. I have no problem using Shortcuts like undo and redo or using my intuos gestures for them here is my PS system info for my surface Pro 3

Using Photoshop CC 2014 on a Windows Tablet without a keyboard and mouse
Using Photoshop CC 2014 on a Windows Tablet without a keyboard and mouse can be quite a challenge. Even if you use the experimental 2x UI. You can not use your fingers or to quickly change tools and change settings. You have no shortcut without popping up Windows touch keyboard or leave it up taking a great deal of screen space. If you're using the 2x UI Photoshop uses the screen at half resolution so it displays 1/4 the amount of pixels it could.
Fortunately I found a little touchkey utility on the web the lets you design your own touch keyboards. The can be transparent and you can even paint under them as long as you start the stroke outside the keyboard area. The keyboards can be toggles on and off so you can actually use Photoshop. The utility is small and requires not installation can be run form anywhere. I purchased a Surface Pro 3 a week ago. Its a full fledge PC. Through the home group I can access all machines in my house and using network shares I can access all files on my machines and the network drive on my router, I can print on my Epson 4800 printer. I can show slideshow on my HDTV via Bluetooth using a Microsoft wireless display adapter. I can plug in my Wacom Intuos Pro wireless receiver into the USB 3 port and use my Wacom tablet. Have a very touchy machine. Touch on the keyboard touch pad touch on the Display display and on the Wacom tablet. Could have touch on a mouse but I prefer the Microsoft comfort bluetooth mouse that has six buttons and a four way wheel.
As a tablet its under two pounds. Its quite impressive cost why mor the an iPad but worth the cost to me for with windows I can get at the file system. Photoshop CC 2014 incompatible with Wacom tablets?
Hey everyone, so I'm having a lot of issues with my Wacom tablets and PS CC 2014. So, I have two tablets hooked up to my computer (and before you ask, no, the issues don't stem from two tablets being connected to the computer. I already tested that.) A Cintiq 21UX and an Intuos 5. Both work very well and as you would expect in Photoshop CC, however in CC 2014 they have loads of problems. On the Cintiq, while I get great, fluid lines with the brush tool I can't change my eraser's size on the fly by rotating my pen like usual. It's very annoying and absolutely destroys workflow. Now, the eraser works, but the size can't be changed by flipping the pen from the brush tool like it normally would be able to. That's just the issue with the Cintiq though, on the Intuos 5 there's no pen pressure whatsoever! It just thinks the pen is a mouse, on both sides of it. I'm certain this isn't a driver issue, as the tablets have their drivers up-to-date and work perfectly with both Photoshop CC (standard) and Corel Painter X3.
Does anyone know how I could fix these issues?I'm on Windows 8.1 with an Intuos4 tablet. I updated to photoshop CC 2014 and after updating the tablet driver so I had the use Windows Ink checkbox I got the pressure sensitivity back but the lines are horrible and jagged so I'm trying to revert to the old implementation following your instructions and created the txt file named PSUserConfig.txt with the lines
# Use WinTab
UseSystemStylus 0
That worked to get pressure sensitivity to work whether or not the Windows ink box was checked but didn't fix the jagged lines.
I'm not sure I understand the second part of your instructions about turning off gestalt's functionality (Not even sure what that is) Is there supposed to be a PSUSerConfig.txt file because there wasn't one until I just saved the one I made. Is any of this even going to fix the jagged lines or is that a whole different issue?

Wacom Tablet slow on Photoshop CC 2014
Hi,
I have Photoshop CC 2014 and a Wacom Intuos Pro.
I have noticed that when I use the pen on say the crop tool or any other tool, nothing happens or it might happen.
If I try to press harder on the pen it still doesn't work.
I also use Photoshop CC 16bit version and it work fine.
I contacted Wacom and they said to update drivers and still no difference.
I contacted Adobe and they said to contact Wacom.
Does anyone know why this happens and how can I fix this.

Photoshop CC 2014 bug com messas graficas - YouTubeOk, I understand that it is necessary to use the Windows 8 Ink but then why is it works perfectly in Lightroom? It's pretty difficult drawing if I want to start a line with a slow motion and the circle comes up nearly always.
I believe that many Photoshop users use Wacom products. Why don't you talk each other guys (Adobe & Wacom) and try to find a solution even if Microsoft made your life a bit exotic? -
Photoshop CC 2014 64-bit crashes on Windows 8
I recently installed the trial version of the new Photoshop CC 2014, in addition to Audition. Audition works just fine, but when I tried to run Photoshop, it crashes immediately with the typical "Adobe Photoshop has stopped working" error. I've tried every solution I've found in the forums, including updating my graphics drivers, system drivers, Windows updates, renaming SLCache folders, and a few others. Absolutely nothing is working. Here is my system info and the error as recorded in Event Logs.

These identify your Intel display driver as the problem. Chances are their implementation of one or more OpenGL API calls has a bug.
Check Intel.com to see if Intel has released an updated display driver for your hardware and OS. It may well be that they've already released a driver that fixes the bugs.
Failing to get a resolution from that, you may be able to change the OpenGL drawing mode Photoshop uses. Go into your Photoshop Edit - Preferences - Performance panel, click the [Advanced Settings], and try lowering the Drawing Mode. You'll have to close and reopen Photoshop after any changes there before testing.

Photoshop CC 2014 acts slugish
ever since the new updates and me installing windows 8.1 64bit version OS photoshop CC 2014 has been slugish !
when using mouse to nav" through menus and loading blank page of size 300px x 300 px or size 4320 px x 6480 px.
rendering slow and 70% of the time when using wacom cintiq 13HD pen display drawing with brush some times lags and not show the lines I am drawing right off.
I do have some custom shapes installed a lot really.
and styles and some brushes and Gradients of many different colors and shades.
the brushes I don't normal keep installed unless working on the same subject type design I was working on the day before.
but mostly uninstall them when starting a new project.
I also noticed for some time now since the new releases of the new product of photoshop there is no more PSD preview when opening up files window to view your saved files.
and I for one want that back in the the program.
if I am correct I read most of the forums on here in the past and 100% of the users of photoshop wants that back.
cause using their other means to search for files and open them with is a issue and can't view them as good.
and the icons for them are too small.
I know as a photoshop user I can't see that well to see tiny icons like that in their bridge program.
and I had that on the largest settings to view.
at least the old PSD previewer method we could see it a lot better by our own windows size of a icons.
their bridge preview does not go that large and the widow there is not that great either for viewing !
New issue update:
just tried to convert 2 files on photoshop and it took a long time to do.
and then I couldn't convert to raster image at all.
there was no warning or error messages at all !!
Personal Note:
I think adobe is messing up badly and their not doing their job right for programming their messing up more and more every time they add something new to the photoshop program and its updates.
and when they take something away that was wanted and needed mostly that all users want to keep they ended up messing up the code of their software with loads more errors and issues.
and you can't tell me photoshop any version of their software is not a memory hog !
when it does stress alot memory on your video card and needs to use it all up, or it becomes slow and some times freezes.
you can have a 4gb video card to a 1T + video card and it will still do the same thing.
theres a alot of issue there with that.
and I seen and read about loads of users on this forums board and others complain about.
and even most of them sent in emails to their support to complain about it and they still do nothing to fix that issue.!
and if photoshop is not a memory hog on the video cards ? how come Gimp and Sketchbook pro and manga studio all work flawlessly and smooth as hell without using as much video card memory as photoshop does ?
and their designed to use less and still work smoothly.
and manga studio 5 they have stability program for your brushes to help out with more straight lines and curves and circles and stuff and photoshop does not ?
and that can be adjust in the brushes software to have full 100% to 0%...
and my pc I custom built my self has more power then most brand name desktop pcs on the market for a cheaper price too, cause in most cases with brand name pcs your paying more for the brand name then whats in the product !!!
so my pc has AMD CPU 8 cores 5.19ghz open all 8 cores.
32 GB ram and 2gb Radeon R9 XFX 270X video card for now.
maine hard drive 512Gb SSD samsung and 2nd SSD 128GB samsung 3rd Western digital 2TB HDD.
Main monitor is ACER 10 point touch screen.
Art: using wacom cintiq 13HD pen display.
all drivers for OS and photoshop and wacom devices up to date.
so any advice would be good please ?my cintiq 13HD is not companion Tablet pc.
my cintiq 13HD is just the pen display !
see the difference there tablet pc vs pen display.
all it is, is a 13" HD monitor display with wacoms tech, to draw on it.
its not a stand alone tablet pc / wacom pen device.
so the wacom cintiq 13HD pen display monitor will not slow down or effect the programs process speeds at all.
its the same as a regular HD lcd monitor just smaller.

they didn't have the first wacom cintiq 13HD companion tablet on the website anymore so this the only link I have for it.
but any way if I had the money to spend out on the wacom cintiq 13HD companion tablet pc I would gotten it.
and used it without attaching it to another pc.
but the reason I didnt get one right off, is cause it does not have the all the feature for a tablet I would like to have.
1. WiFi + 3G or 4G LTE.
2. need more USB ports at least 1 more.
3. large SSD drive
4. more physical ram then 4GB.
5. more processor power then dual core if its dual core. not sure what type they got.
but most tablets is dual core.
6. higher memory for video card processor.
specially for the money your paying for it..rofl
cause I know your paying out more bucks for the brand name then you are for the parts in stalled in it.
I custom built desktop pcs for a long while now since 1995. ect.
and puting a desktop pc together cost less then having to buy a brand name one with less physical ram and video card ram and less SSD and HDD drive space.
and you get more out of it and cheaper then from retail brand name pc.
you be able to get and put in more physical ram and install a large SSD drive or HDD drive for cheaper money and even a better video card with more vram and also faster cpu processor speed then brand would have, for even lesser money.
to be honest I use photoshop for my business I do t-shirt and mousepad designs ect... for as a hobby on cafepress.com and zazzle.com and spreadhsirt.com and designsbyhumans.com ect.
and I also do themed and art designs for WB,inc.
and lot of the effects I do for my business and for WB are from and on photoshop for brushes and lighting effects and stuff.
and with photoshop cc 2014 working so crappy lately like it has been it's starting to piss me off.
and I am about to file a complaint with the attorney generals office cause of it.
cause I am paying for the product I need for work and stuff and their not doing anything to fix it.!!!
I complain to them about in live chat and they did nothing !
so next step was here the forums board and if nothing here for answers other then the basics.,
then I file my complaint and take court action.!
and I will be post about getting other customers to follow and sign up to join the court case.

Why is Photoshop CC 2014 nearly crash with Wacom and fix itself when I move my regular mouse?
I have Photoshop CC 2014 (completely updated through Creative Cloud). I am currently using a Wacom Intuos 3 9"X12" with the Intuos drivers all updated. Everything is updated. I am working on Windows 8, on a computer with 8 GB's of RAM. I have never had this problem before using Photoshop until just recently. Before I updated Photoshop CC 2014, I was having trouble putting in text into my files. I would go to edit or add text, and it would say that the text function was unavailable. I was pretty ticked, since I'm in school full time for animation and NEED Photoshop to work as fast as possible and this was making things harder. So, I updated. The text thing got fixed, but for some reason, whenever I use my wacom tablet to draw, it will work for a little bit (like two minutes) before it pretty much freezes my computer. It gets laggy and doesn't show anything on screen. I have waited almost two minutes before. But, whenever I move my REGULAR mouse (trackpad or USB mouse) it catches up with what just happened (including going from layer to layer if I clicked on those to get things moving). It makes it REALLY hard to work with this, and it's increased my worktime by at LEAST 45%, since I have to constantly fix this with a move of my regular mouse. During that time, I cannot click on anything with my wacom pen or use the hotkeys on the keyboard (the default ones).
It, so far, doesn't seem that Photoshop CC has it, but I cannot update to that version. I always get to 75% or something REALLY fast, and then it says there was an error. I just don't know what's going ON with my programs. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall or something? My computer is set to optimize weekly, and I've done multiple scans to make sure I don't have a virus or something. Everything in clean, and I'm not overloaded on stuff, either. I usually only have two or three programs total open, Photoshop CC 2014 included. It ends up either being Photoshop and Firefox or Photoshop, Firefox, and iTunes to listen to music. I use a second monitor, as well, to make my flow go faster.

Photoshop CC 2014 Crashing Consistently
Hello, I am seeking help with my Photoshop CC 2014. I have completely run out of ideas on how to resolve the crashes what I have tried is the following:
-Completely replaced hardware from a custom built PC to a Macbook Pro.
-Replaced Drawing tablet with a brand new wacom intuos pro after trying a bamboo and intuos 5 tablet.
-Factory reset the pc erasing all files on the computer and than reinstalling photoshop.
-I have even tried resubscribing to photoshop with a different account.
I can no longer think of any possible solution, no matter what I do photoshop crashes after I begin drawing. In about 3 minutes on the pc and 30 minutes on the mac.
Please somebody help me I am losing money not having a functioning program.Then at least post the stack from the crashing thread.
(don't know why some people can post crash logs and some can't - possibly different browsers?) -
Photoshop CC 2014 - Liquify lags/stutters with pen
Since installing Photoshop CC Version 2014 yesterday the liquify tool is behaving strangely for me. Moving the Brush Cursor seems laggy/stuttering (hard to describe).. it works 'ok' with a mouse but once i started using the pen it's really laggy.
If you smudge in one direction the smudge appears with a short delay, after that - if you still pressing the pen down - it works fluently. But if i remove the pen and press it again on my tablet surce it lags again at first... So it's very hard to use it properly.
I Tried the 'old' photoshop CC and CS6 (both downloaded from Creative Cloud and still installed) and both still work fine and fluid.
I'm using Windows 8.1. 64-bit on a Core i7-3770k, 16GB Ram, Gainward Phantom GTX770 graphics card.
Is Anyone else having this problem? or does anyone knows what's causing this?
(if it's a graphic driver problem, why is it still working on photoshop cc, it seems the code for liquify has changed for version 2014).I do not have Windows 8 but have seen the following about Windows 8 and Photoshop CC 2014 pen support in an other tread;
Photoshop CC 2014 changes stylus use to use Microsoft system API's, with these API's you need to have Windows Ink enabled. These API's give better stroke results and improve the out of the box experience for users using Windows tablet/convertible devices. If you want to go back to the old WinTab implementation of previous versions do the following:
Create a file that contains instructions to revert to the WinTab functionality.
Create a text file in a text editor such as Notepad.
Type in the following lines:
# Use WinTab
UseSystemStylus 0
Save the file as a plain text file named PSUserConfig.txt, and save the file into the Photoshop settings folder: C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 Settings\.
To turn off the gestalt's functionality, delete the PSUSerConfig.txt file. Or, move it to a different folder if it doesn't contain any other commands, or change the lines so they read:

Photoshop CC 2014.1 keeps reopening after closing
I have Photoshop CC 2014.1 running on Mac OS X 10.8.5. I use a Wacom Intuit tablet without a mouse. Whenever I close photoshop within a few seconds it reopens. This continues until shut the mac down. I read that removing it from the Dock solve the issue but it didn't fix the is
Anyone else have this issue or a resolution for this bugWould suggest you to try the same after disconnecting Wacom and using a mouse instead. Check if it works then. If it does, then it has to be your Wacom drivers. Update it and then check.

Try resetting the PS CC preferences and check if it's an issue with corrupt preferences : http://forums.adobe.com/thread/375776
Try to open PS CC in Plugin Disabled mode and check the same. For that Press Shift+PS CC icon and hit Yes.
