Photoshop cc 2014, updated but don't seem to see the new features
I just updated my photoshop and lightroom cc to 2014 last night and when I wen ahead and try to check out the features this morning, I could not find any of them and looked at tutorial s and videos....
Are you running the new Photoshop CC 2014 and not the old Photoshop CC? It's a different executable, not an update.

I have a new iPod Touch and am trying to download photos for the first time. Both iPhoto & Image Capture recognize the device but don't seem to recognize the photos, or at least I can't import them. Nothing happens when I click on anything in either.
If you manually open iPhoto do you not see the photos?

Yu are trying to impoort photos taken by or saved to the iPod, right? If the photos were synced to the iPod then iPhot does not work. -
My Snow Leopard 10.6.3 has Safari 4.0.4 but this cannot be used for the new features of iTunes. I tried upgrading to Safari 5.1.7 but it needs Snow Leopard 10.6.8. Where can I get a version of Safari 5.1 that is compatible with Snow Leopard 10.6.3?

Not possible. You need to update to v10.6.8
Click your Apple menu > Software Update
Or update using the this download > Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo
Then restart your Mac. -

I use Blackboard, which is a platform for online teaching. I make updates/changes to the site, but I am unable to see the changes. This only happens with Firefox. How do I enable updates?
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.
*Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
*Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
*Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies" -
I don't see the new features of CC within the Camera RAW dialog
Using Adobe Creative Cloud, I Updated Bridge Cc and Photoshop CC. Now when I access Camera Raw, Camera appears as 8.0 without the new features in the Cc version.
Updating Bridge and Photoshop isn't also updating ACR. You should be seeing the ACR 8.4 update in your CC app. If not, you can download the actual installer for Photoshop CC (not CS6 mind you):

Update 10.2.1 is NOT worth the new features!
Upgraded to 10.2.1 yesterday and it's definitely NOT worth the new features for me. The phone runs MUCH slower and drains the battery MUCH faster. You'll need to turn off BlackBerry Link (in the settings menu) when not in use to keep from recharging your device every 5-6 hours. STAY AWAY!
Well,i read a few threads about people complaining and stuff.BUT I upgraded and restored data through PC.and in other threads Sanders said it might take a while for BlackBerry Link to finish syncing OTA.

I open FF ver.10. My Home page is Google Search. I use a Bookmark and open, say, Hulu.com. I select a link by right-clicking and choose "Open in New Tab" The little tab in the tab bar opens but I am still viewing the Hulu.com main page and cannot view the new tab.
This happens even if I use middle-click to open a new tab. It happens with all links on any website I visit.Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Installed new update but don't have any new features
Besides having to install/restore on another computer before I could actually do anything... I've now FINALLY got my iPhone 3G working again BUT I don't have any of the new features that come with the iOS4 update except for the folders feature. How do I fix this?
I'm really looking forward to the homescreen background wallpaper feature...A lot of the updates (wallpaper, multitasking) sadly weren't released for the 3G due to Apple not being satisfied with the performance on the 3G's slower hardware.

After installing Firefox 5, replacing my previous version (4.5), I could see the new features. However, having closed and reopened Firefox, it seems as though it has reverted to the previous version, even though 'Help - About' says I'm running on version 5.0.
I had to download 5.0 from the Mozilla website, as I tried to update via the update tool in 4.5, but it claimed I was fully up to date, even though I have 5.0 on another machine (which works perfectly).Can you please describe the "new features" that you saw first time you opened Firefox 5?

Tried several links no solution. How can I get the Creative Cloud Market Library?

Thanks for the suggestion but I have attempted this many times to no avail. As I said in my original post, "I have researched this problem on this forum and the Adobe site and believe that I have tried everything over the past week."
It is very late here (I am in Greece). I will have a further attempt in the morning. The windows machine is hut down. Thanks for your help.

I am trying to download photoshop presets from online but can't seem to figure out how to open them in photoshop. They download sucessfuly and then goes to my download folder on my computer, from there I double click on the file and photoshop opens and then nothing happens, any ideas? I am using a PC

Try this:
1. Open "Finder", then navigate to "Movies" on the left side. Click on "iMovie Projects"
2. Move desired movies and clips to trash, or your flash drive.
*PS* Its dangerous to have a full hard drive, I would recommend either trashing, or transferring files to another computer. Trash applications you no longer use as well.
