Photoshop CC beim Download Probleme

Hallo,
ich wollte vorhin PS CC herunterladen und leider war meine Leitung auf einmal Offline, nach 1 Minuten war ich wieder Online, aber der PS CC download lief nicht weiter, denn angeblich (so zeigt es mir jedenfalls Applikation Manager) sei die PS CC-Version vollständig heruntergeladen und es wird mir Aktuell angezeigt, aber im Programmordner ist PS CC nur mit 30 KB belegt.
Ich habe es schon versucht PS CC noch einmal herunterzuladen, aber es geht leider nicht, weiss jemand was ich da amchen kann?

Ich hatte heute morgen noch bevor ich die CC installiert habe ein BackUp gemacht, das hatte ich gerade zurückgesetzt und nun installiere ich die Programme neu und es läuft :-)

I have downloaded the trial for PE8 several times. The files appear to download, and when I unzip I am told that files are corrupted.
Has anyone else had this problem? Were you able to find a solutio?

Hi,
There are other users on the forum who have also faced issue with download but then this issue got resolved when they tried again after a day or two in which i support the web team fixed this issue. Please try again and see if it is working now.
Once the download is complete, there will be a .7z file and a .exe file, out of which you need to double click on the .exe file which will extract the complete installer files on desktop folder in a folder named "Adobe Photoshop Elements 8". Once that is done, you would need to initiate Setup.exe to start the installation process.

Help!!?? Photoshop elements 11 download problem

After waiting three hours for photoshop elements 11 to download, it got to 99 percent and then a message popped up saying it was unable to complete the download at this time please contact support. I tried ringing adobe but was put on hold for ages. please can someone help me.?

Unless you have an extremely slow dial up connection the download should not take that long. It would appear it got hung up on something and finally just timed out. I would try dowloading again. If it is really slow again stop it and try another browser.

Photoshop trial version download problem (after having purchased the CD)

Hi,
I have purchased Photoshop CS6 Extended CD (student & teacher edition) for mac, and was instructed to go to: Adobe Student and Teacher edition order fulfillment | EMEA, APAC to verify my student eligibility.
On Saturday I have submitted the form at Customer Support Portal and the instruction said to download the software in trial mode while awaiting a serial number from Adobe.
Unfortunately until now I still can't download the software, although there is no pop-up blocker and firewall is off. The process is always rather unusual with the missing words of the commands as seen below.
I really need to use the software as soon as possible as I have final assignments due the following week. Please advice me on the matter, thanks.

I have tried your suggestion but it didn't work out. In fact I've received my serial number but there's still no wording when I try to install my Photoshop again.

Photoshop Elements 11 download problem

I cannot reload Photoshop and Premier Elements 11 (after pc wipe clean) as it asks me to close dynamiclinkmanager.exe. I cannot find a file to close or delete only a folder with nothing to use. What do I do please?

Photoshop Elements v12 download problems

I have Windows 8 and downloaded the above full version bought from Amazon only to find that when I press the desktop ikon i get a window telling me that my trial version has expired and I cannot get into the software. what's wrong?

When you installed it did you enter the serial number (24 digits, starts with 1057)? Then you need to go into the Editor and use Help> Sign In to sign in with your Adobe ID (and leave it signed in). Both steps are required to fully activate the software.

Ich denke, du würfelst da was durcheinander. Aktivierungen und Lizenzen sind was verschiedenes. Mag schon sein, dass du zwei Single-App-Pläne hast, aber die Lizenz ist per Nutzer und wenn du dich mit der gleichen ID anmeldest, hat diese eben nur zwei Aktivierungen. Es gibt keien Möglichkeit, das zu umgehen und die Programem irgendwie kreativ zu verteilen. Da brauchst du schon eine zweite ID, um auf dem 3. Rechner irgendwas zum laufen zu kriegen...

"Eingabe der Seriennummer zusätzlich eine "alte Seriennummer"" hört sich nach einer Updateversion. Falls keine Vorversion vorhanden ist, ist diese leider "Wertlos". Also nochmal genau auf die Box oder den Bestellvorgang schauen.
"Es kommt die Meldung: "Beim Extrahieren einiger Dateien ist ein Problem aufgetreten". Passiert manchmal beim Auspacken der Installationsdateien. Einfach mal 7-zip installieren und das Installationsprogramm auspacken. Da drinn gibt es einen 32bit und 64bit Ordner mit den eigendlichen Setups. Das korrekte Setup starten.
Die aktuell LR Version kann hier Adobe - Lightroom : For Windows : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 heruntergeladen werden. Eine älteren LR5 Version muss vorher nicht installiert werden. Allerdings löst auch das nicht das Problem mit der "Update"-Lizenennummer.

Fehlender JavaScript-Code Photoshop CS5 beim automatisieren

Neu gekaufter und installierter MacPro, mit System 10.6.5, 1 TB Festplatte, 8 GB RAM. ( Leider nicht meiner :-( . )
CS5 installiert, MS Office 2008, Flip4Mac, Divx, Realplayer, VLC, iLife 11, iWork ...
Kurz gesagt nichts ungewöhnliches installiert. Bei System und CS5 alle Updates installiert.
Folgende Fehler:
Photoshop CS5: Beim Automatisieren "Photomerge" und "Zu HDR zusammenfügen" kommt folgende Fehlermeldung
"Fehlender JavaScript-Code"
Flash CS5 Proffessional: direkt zu Beginn: "Fehler beim Initialissieren der Java Runtime Environment. Eventuell müssen Sie Flsh neu installieren."
In beiden Fällen Programm neu installiert, Updates aufgespielt aber keine Besserung.

As with all unexplainable Photoshop-problems you might try trashing the prefs (after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved and making a note of the Preferences you’ve changed) by pressing command-alt-shift on starting the program or starting from a new user-account.
System Maintenance (repairing permissions, purging PRAM, running cron-scripts, cleaning caches, etc.) might also be beneficial, Onyx has been recommended for such tasks.

Installer failed to initialize: unable to install Photoshop CS6 from download

I'm unable to install photoshop CS6 from download. I've downloaded to required two files (Photoshop_13_LS16.7z and Photoship_13_LS16) and double clicked on the second file. This appeared to extract a number of files and folders to a newly created C:/users/lester/desktop/adobe CS6/Photoshop/ folder. I found a file called "Set-up.exe" inside the .../Adobe CS6/ folder and double clicked it. When I double click, a status bar says "initializing installer" for a few seconds, I get the following error message:

Adobe installer is already running. Please close other Adobe installers and select retry option to continue with this installation.

Nothing else is running in Windows. The adobe support advisor link is useless because the page says support advisor was discontinued. The "how to download" PDF on the download page was useless (for CD disk downloads only). Any ideas?

Thanks Jeff - I decided to do a complete reinstall of Windows because of this issue and others with unwanted popups I accidentally downloaded. Hopefully things will go smoother the third time around, just as they did a few days ago when I did install PS CS6 without any problems.

Can't install Photoshop Elements after downloading

I just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements and downloaded it to my new laptop (MacBook Air OS X, 10.7.2). It has apparently downloaded completely but when I click the Install button, I get the message "The following disk images couldn't be opened, invalid checksum". I went back to the software library and downloaded it again, as suggested, and it still didn't work. Please help!

No, I haven't had any problems with other disc images. I checked to see that Photoshop had downloaded completely and it had (.dmg). I don't have an inti-virus program to disable, I restarted the computer and clicked on the installation icon again, and each time that I did that, the same message appeared. I have not yet gotten as far the screen which asks for the registration #.

Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver

I rummaged around in here looking at opengl topics and others associated with the above error, but I'm not seeing what I'm encountering (or I am and I don't recognize it!).....
I bought CS4 a week or so ago, and installed it on a system running XP32 with service pack 3, 4GB of ram withe the /3GB switch set, nVidia 8600 GT card (which according to the list is supported), and multiple spindles for images, scratch, applications, and so on. I found other topics earlier so I downloaded the most recent drivers for my video card.
I'm not crashing and burning, but I'm getting some messages...
I opened an image, and while working on it I wanted to do a transform/warp. I got the message that Photoshop couldn't perform the operation because there wasn't enough memory. It didn't crash but I had to shut down CS4 and restart it to do the warp.
Most recently I opened a couple images for a panorama, and while doing the merge I got the message that "Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver and has temporarily disabled gpu enhancements." It tells me to check for the latest drivers - I've ALREADY got the lastest drivers. Again, no crash, just the warning. It completed the panorama.
There have been a couple other occurrences of messages of this type, so I'm curious if there's some set of preferences or system settting I need to adjust to optimize things? I've alrady adjusted the nVidia settings because I also run Lightroom and they're having problems too.
I've read the tech notes for the video and such and didn't find any set of optimizations there so is there a set of adjustments beyond the preferences that needs to be adjusted to improve memory and video performance? And if so, can someone point me to them.

As I understand it (suspect at best) XP32 can address 4 gig of memory. the /3gb switch lets the applications get at 3 gig of that. If my video card takes the first 256MB, and XP is guaranteed the other 750 of the 1st gig, and in the CS4 performance preferences I should be giving it from 1462 - 1895 MB (I've given it around 1890), that leaves me with another gig or so... Is that limited to applications or can XP use it? In any case, I'm not crashing, I just get the message every so often about being out of memory. I don't recall ever seeing this with CS3, but new version, new oddities...

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

Creative Cloud upgrade download problem

I have had several service Chats that allowed the service person to take contraol of my computer for up to 3 hours and none has been able to solve the download problem. I get messages that say updates available but attemps at download get Error Codes 205 and 81.
I am a subscriber of 2 months and have only the initial program downloads. No updates. Any help with this?
