Photoshop CC Fails to Launch

Question

I have been using PS CC in small doses for about two weeks.  Today it crashed and I received a message stating that my primary disk, which is a SSDD, had insufficient space.  I cleaned it up, released plenty of space, but now the PS CC will not launch.  The blue opening logo screen appears, then the History window, and then it all disappears with no crash report.  I went into Creative Cloud, signed out, then resigned in.  I updated PS.  And the behavior is just the same.  I have work that needs to get done and no PS.  Very frustrating.
