Photoshop CC license number?

Hi everybody,
I have purchased Photoshop CC yesterday. Now with every start of the programm I have to choose Testversion because I have no serial/license number.
The payment transaction in my account is listed as finished.
So what do I have to do?

You need not have a SN for CC, just need to login with the adobe id against which subscription was bought.

I have just purchased Photoshop Elements 13 on line and received an email with the serial number to activate my trial copy on a Mac.
When I enter the serial number to license my trial copy, I get an error message saying that " this is not a valid license number for Photoshop 13.
I have followed all instructions on Adobe's troubleshooting pages. Same result.
I have reinstalled the trail version. Same result.
I have contacted Adobe through chat and for the past three days I keep getting the message "chat not available".
I have called the Adobe sales department. They confirmed that the serial number I registered is the correct licence number but told me they cannot provide product support.
I have posted a message on this forum. No response.
Before I ask for a refund any futher thoughts on what I can do next?

Lightroom + mobile are OK but Photoshop CC is asking for a license number. I never received an mail with a number and in the Photoshop menu, my account email is indicated...
Any hints ?

I tried late last night the various options that were suggested.
I bought a a French version of the CC Photographer program. Lightroom's working fine.
I did reload the Ps file, once in English after setting the language to English (and I did install an English version... which was not working either), and again a French version, after reverting to the French language.
Re-entered my password, credit card number but was never prompted for my birthday date... (which is nice :-)).
I guess I have to contact Adobe through the chatbox.
If you have any other hint, I'll take it.

I'm connected with my AdobeID and used a redeem code to activate my CC application. Why is Photoshop asking me more?

Photoshop CS6 Repeated request for license number

How can I stop CS6 repeatedly requesting entry of the license number.
It is becoming a real pain!!

Here we are on January 6th and still no solution.
Having paid nearly £200 for the upgrade all I have received is a considerable amount of trouble. The problem has not only affected my upgrade to CS6 but it also seems to have stopped my RAW file processing in CS5 so that I am unable to undertake my normal working procedures.
Do ADOBE at head office know of these problems (I am aware that others have experienced similar difficulties.)?
I shall copy this reply to Adobe Systems in Ireland and UK as I feel that I have had a very raw deal in this matter. My computer systems are not unusual and are kept up to date. I have no problems with any other software and have only experienced these difficulties with Photoshop since the upgrade to CS6. Frankly it would seem that Adobe are now only interested in supporting those who are prepared to pay stupid monthly sums of cash!!!!
I have used, and still use:- Adobe Premier, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Soundbooth and Adobe Audition and have had no difficulties with any of this software. I was seriously considering the purchase of Adobe InDesign but it appears that you only wish to support Cloud Membership purchases now so I shall have to re-think that as well. I’m really fed up with Adobe at present. After 30 odd years it would seem you no longer require my patronage.
Having got that off my chest! I look forward to the session with Adobe to resolve these issues tomorrow at 12:00.

Photoshop CC is the equivalent of CS7... and it is available ONLY by paying for a monthly subscription... your CS6 serial number does not work for CC
