Photoshop CC no longer working!

CC Photoshop when trying to access tells me that no longer works. What can I do?
I use Photoshop CC 2014.1 trial period.
The problem occurs when I open the program, and the message appears to me is this:
Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 not working.
A problem caused the program to stop working corect.Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution available.
Language that is writing the message in the picture is in Romanian.

What does the detailed crash report say? Check the Windows System Event Viewer for the details.

Is anyone else having this problem? I click on the icon for photoshop and the program opens, then a message pops up saying "Adobe Photoshop is no longer working. Windows does not have a solution yet. Please close the window." What do I do with this? Do I need to try and re-install adobe photoshop? This will be the second time there was a problem with it and I had to re[install it. Was Photoshop working before this? Was there an incident that happened post which Photoshop failed to open?

Photoshop CS4 no longer working

Adobe Photoshop CR4 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is avaible. I have been getting this for over a month now & my class starts back up in 2 weeks, which I need this software. Someone please help?? All my other Adobe software works fine. I have Vista Ultimate, laptop, Vistablet pen pad (updated driver already) student edition web premium cs4. I read somewhere to update & rollback NIVIDIA Geforce 8400m GS driver which I did, checked for virus.. I'm not very technical with computers so please let me know if you need more info? Is this a problem with photoshop or windows? I also read something about disable GU??? (something) but I have no idea what or where that is. Help please?? Thanks!

It's tough to diagnose what's going wrong, but you can find a little more out about that by going into the Windows Application or System Event Log and looking for Error entries:
1. Click the Start button.
2. Right-click on Computer and choose Manage.
3. Expand Event Viewer by clicking the little > next to it.
4. Expand Windows Logs.
5. Click on Application.
6. Look in the list for Error entries corresponding to your Photoshop crash.
7. Click on the most recent Error entry.
8. Look in the pane below the General tab and note what the Faulting module is.
9. You may just want to copy the entire contents of that pane and post it here.
A last-ditch-effort option might be to reinstall Photoshop, but let's try to figure out just what's failing first.

Are your images RGB/8?
Is "Preview" checkmarked in the HSB dialog?
If so, then hold down the Alt key and when the Cancel button changes to Reset, click on it to clear it and set it to defaults.

Photoshop hotkeys no longer work with 10.4.4

I have been getting a problem with my g5 when running Photoshop CS the quick zoom keys will not work (ie optapplespace). After they stop working I have tried re installing Photoshop CS and nothing works still. I have tried completely taking all references from library etc off the machine secure deleting and then re installing and it still happens. Its weird cause its only the zoom keys that are affected. To get it working again I have to do an archive and install and everything is back to normal. Is this ir has anyone had any issues with this ?

After that you can also try a PRAM reset.
Resetting NVRAM / PRAM
Shut down your Mac.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.

"Edit in Adobe Photoshop CS6" no longer works in Lightroom 5.3

I have LR5.3 and PS CS6. Since I've updated camera Raw (8.3 it think), my files won't open when I want to edit them in Photoshop from the “Edit in…” feature of Lightroom. I don't see the window saying "Open in PS with Lightroom edits" that would give me options whether I want to edit a copy or edit copy with changes etc...
I have searched extensively and have not found a resolution. There is one thread that suggested something to do with addon for Photoshop and I checked all that stuff and there are no addons. I recently moved to all Mac platform so this is pretty much a clean build.
It did work prior to updating Photoshop CS6 with the "check for updates" feature. Once I did that it broke...

Haucke, the behaviour is this:
if you want to edit a raw file in PS and the ACR version in PS is the same as the version in Lr that you are sending from the raw will be opened directly in PS with no prompts with Lightroom settings applied. It will be saved from PS as a TIFF or PSD as your preferences are made.
A non raw file will have the prompt for a new file with edits or the original.
So from what I understand you say you are seeing, Lightroom and PS are working as designed.
You can see from my screen shot here how this DNG is rendered from Lr into PS as a DNG.....

Photoshop CC no longer working properly after 3 days.

I downloaded Photoshop CC through my Creative Cloud subscription on the 17th and it worked fine the first couple of days, but today it does not.
When I launch Photoshop CC, the program opens, then a white message box opens as if it is going to give me some sort of warning, but it remains blank and the spinning wheel just spins endlessly... and nothing can be done in the program; can't even "Quit" the program.
My only option is to "option-command-esc" on my Macbook Pro and choose "Force Quit" for the Nonresponding Photoshop CC. Nothing has changed since I initially installed CC, this error just occured today and it now occurs 100% of the time. Pretty serious bug for something I am paying for...
Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

Photoshop CC no longer works for me

I am kind of at my wits end here.
I use a macbook pro/10.8.4/photoshop CC/8 gb ram
Photoshop worked great for me for a month. After the trial, I started my subscription on 8/29. Worked fine the next day. Then on 8/31, it starts crashing on startup.
It crashes right as/right after a dialog box pops up asking me if I want to participate in giving Adobe feedback. Sometimes the dialog box does not fill in all the way and stays blank, sometimes it shows up completely. At this point the beachball comes up and I have to force quit because it spins indefinitely.
I haven't changed a single thing on my computer in between the time it was working and not working. I have no idea why this would happen.
I trashed prefs, no help. I re-installed photoshop, still happening.
Anyone else?

Fixed it by accident myself. Hope it does not happen again. Now it's working again and I'm getting "scratch disks are full" error. Ridiculous! This is a brand new install on a 3 week old hard drive that's nearly empty, 8 gigs of ram, no settings have been created in photoshop because this is the first time I'm using it since installing again today, no modifications, no other programs open on my computer, ONE photo open in photoshop, and I can't even re-size a photo because the "scratch disks are full"? Please..

I tried to activate the Help Screen on the Photoshop CS2 (Running on Windows 7) and was unable to use it. It was operating before but now I get this. I press Yes to get it to work, now it doesn't
What happened, and how do I correct it?

"Edit in" Photoshop CS4 no longer working. Lightroom to Photoshop

I just replaced my home desktop Win8 computer. I reinstalled all my software and for a brief period Lightroom (v. 5.7 with Camera Raw 8.7) was working with Photoshop CS4. Now, I use "Edit in" Photoshop and the Photoshop program will open, but it will not open my Lightroom selected photo.
Yes, I have looked through the forums and tried reinstalling both programs. It still doesn't work.
I am VERY frustrated with Adobe. Adobe doesn't seem to be providing an update that works, nor is it easy to contact the company for help. Someone please...? Ron [email protected]

How to get rid of Application Manager? Don't need to buy the Cloud. Photoshop is no longer working.

I am an existing LR4 and CS6 customer and downloaded the "Application Manager" a while ago which asked me to do a trial of the cloud. I actually never got around to using anything cloud related except Photoshop (which I already own) and the trial ended a few minutes ago. Now I can't seem to get into Photoshop anymore and am in the middle of doing wedding shots due in a couple of days. My only choices were to buy the cloud or exit. How do I get rid of this annoying Application Manager? I tried the applications/utilitiesd/adobe installers folder, but the only choice was to unintall Photoshop only. This is so unprofressional of Adobe I can't believe it. Help.

OK ..fixed the problem (after spending an hour with tech support with no luck, I posted a note on Juliiane Kost's Facebook page and got a response from Adobe which works great). Anyway, go to this blog post from Adobe's Jeffrey Tranberry .. http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2013/01/photoshop-13-0-413-1-2-updates-now-available.htm l . Essentially when you get asked to purchase after the trial ends, click the license button and enter your original serial number from your purchased version of Photoshop. Then you will once again be in Photoshop, run the update and you are good to go.

Eileen - I also had issues with Photoshop and Dreamweaver after I installed Yosemite. I went to the link below and download a the new Java. It solved the problem for me. BUT, I have CS5........so I don't if it'll work for you.

Photoshop CS no longer working

My photoshop CS education version has been working great. Now, today it comes up partially but won't fully function. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it twice to no avail. Any help?

Has anything changed on the computer (new software, fonts, hardware), between when PS CS last worked and now, when it does not?
Have you trashed the Preferences (note: uninstall/reinstall does not affect the Preferences file), by hitting Shift+Ctrl+Alt IMMEDIATELY after launching PS, and holding those down, until prompted to Reset Preferences to Default?

Problems with mac photoshop elements no longer working

I believe this problem started with or shortly after installing snow leopard. But I couldn't access my photoshop elements 6 anymore on my mac. I removed PE 6 (dragged to trash), and tried to reinstall it and now have the following error:

So I've tried to remove as files associated with PE 6 nothing has helped. I do have the original disk with the serial number etc. I even downloaded the trial of PE 8 for mac, but received the same error. I've been trying to find the answer to this problem, but nothing has helped. Even called Adobe, but they sent me to the wrong area. Sigh.
Any ideas would be welcome. I'm about to give up on photoshop and go with Aperature, but I'd rather not.

You can't install PSE 6 or 8 by trashing them. You must use the uninstaller (for PSE 6, that means putting the install disc in and choosing Remove Components rather than Install Components). However, it's too late for that now. See this for how to clean up the mess:

The frustrating part is that one little button/function is so very important in my Encore workflow.
Essential. I'm not on/in the cloud, so can't experiment. I have been curious whether installation of PS CC breaks this (or not), and in your case whether the recent update could have interferred.
You seem to have had CS6 Encore going to CS6 PS even with CC installed.
Independent of those issues, the question is how do you get Encore CS6 to go to EITHER PS CS6 or CC if it is going to neither.
