recently deleted trail photoshop from my laptop since it says it cant download purchased version with a previous one. now its not downloading the purchased one. i keep clicking download from my products page but nothing...please help

Deleting is a bad option, you should have uninstalled. Best bet now is to run the Adobe Cloud Script Cleaner, then try downloading. http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

What exactly are you double-clicking?
Once software is installed on your computer, you can usually launch by clicking the icon on your computer's desktop. Or by looking inside Start > Programs (Win) or Applications Folder (Mac).

You should be able to log out of an account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and you can then log in with your new account.
Any content that you downloaded with your old account will remain tied to that old account, so only that account can potentially redownload them and/or download updates to its apps. You should be able to reset the password on an iTunes account via http://iforgot.apple.com e.g. by answering the account's security questions.

Try turning WiFi off on the iPad, then reset it again, turn WiFi on again and join your network again if necessary. Or go to Settings>WiFi>Your network name>Forget this network. Reset your iPad and then join your network again. Or - settings>General>Reset>Reset network settings. Reset the iPad, then try to join your network again.

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

When I log off, there is always an update waiting to be installed but the wheel just keeps spinning and nothing happens .

For the past two weeks, whenever I've logged off there has always been one update waiting to be installed. I found this curious, so last night I waited to see what would happen. The wheel just kept spinning and spinning--and pretty obviously the update was not installed. And now the update is still waiting to be installed. (Only in the last instance, when I was checking to see what happened, did I power off the computer. In all the previous instances, I found the computer OFF when I checked the following morning. Youtube content is highly compressed. The network test on the device is not going to account for issues. If modem/router is at a great distance from ATV then that is going to leave room for issues like interference. Other devices working doesn't rule out a network issue
You can see the status of your network by getting a report at istumbler, netstumbler or similar. It will show signal strength, noise, nearby networks

Try restarting your router, your modem, and your Mac. Then, try again.
If that fails, can you find another network to download it on?

My macbook pro just frooze while on-line. I got the rainbow wheel spinnin and it wouldn't stop I tried to do a force quit and I was unable to do that. So I held down the power button. The following support article is somewhat outdated. Where it refers to booting from an installation disc, you should boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at the chime. If your startup volume is encrypted with FileVault, you’ll have to unlock it in Disk Utility before you can do anything with it.

I find the Air easier to work with if I need a keyboard if, for no other reason, that's more compact to carry around than the iPad and a keyboard, even one that is part of an iPad case. I also often have to access data from one application when using another, and iOS is not at its best when having to do rapid application switching (Command-Tab switching is a lot faster than the double press home, scroll the icons at the bottom and swap).
As well, for editing I find the lack of sandboxing on OSX allows for efficiency enhancing utilities across applications, something you don't get in iOS. I understand the reason for that, but while more secure it also creates issues of its own in terms of usability in a number of situations.
I prefer the iPad for totally single application focused situations where little or no input is required. I use my iPad to hold copies of manuals when I'm doing a full day continuing education presentation for CPAs. A MacBook Aire can't really fill in very easily for that usage.
I see them each as tools appropriate for different jobs.

I've uninstalled and installed creative cloud desktop 4 times now. Each time the same thing keeps happening. When I try to download an app it just keeps loading and loading and loading. Please help.
