Adobe Photoshop CS5 Subscription Failure

Hi there.
I'm trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS5 on my laptop and every time, after installing the product and entering the serial number, the process fails and tells me 'We are unable to start your subscription for Adobe Photoshop CS5 Subscription Edition.'
It then asks me to relaunch the product and do the installation process again. I have tried this numerous times and it keeps saying the same thing.
Please help!

Hi Andy,
Adobe creative cloud subscription is based on online activation process and there is no perpetual serial key for CC apps. If CC apps are asking for the serial key, please visit the link below for resolution.

Photoshop CS6 Subscription (non Extended) Edition not available?

Hello,
I have just purchased the Photoshop CS6 Subscription Edition (not the Ps CS6 Extended Version).
However, following the download link under My Orders, I am only offered to download + install the Ps CS6 Extended Version (see screenshot below)
For whatever reason, the Adobe Application Manager does not differ between the Ps CS6 Standard and Extended Versions.
When opening the installed Ps CS6, it comes up in Trial Mode, a Nag Screen asking for Licencing. When using my Adobe ID (used for the purchase), I am prompted with a Serial Number Request.
==> Please advice how I can obtain my purchased product.

Hi Rasmus,
indeed contacting support solved my issue - after 90 min of patience.
Basically (on Win7) the "fix" involved changing your local settings to english, reboot, uninstall all Adobe Photoshop Versions, reboot, Use Adobe Download Manager to download and install Photoshop "Standard" edition.
Then, launch it first time out of Adobe AppliManager.
The splash screen now shows Photoshop CS6 (no more Extended) and the registration is done automatically in the background.
I switched back my locale Win7 setting to non-english and things worked fine. I assume the locale setting change is not really necessary, but do uninstall all Photoshops before you try...

Problems downloading my Photoshop 6 subscription

I had photoshop cs6 extended trial and it expired so I bought a photoshop cs6 subscription but now, when I try to download it I always get the trial version for extended and it requires a serial number.
I tried uninstalling several times, it's always the same.

Probably the Adobe Application manager is not updated. Please use the below link to install the latest version of the Adobe Application Manager:

Once you install the above patch and launch the software, please select "License this software" and enter your Adobe ID and password. This should then resolve the issue.

Ah, forgot about those pesky US holidays. No worries.
Actually, although following various links from the Adobe web pages after signing in (which took me to creative.adobe.com/apps) all locked up, when I followed the "Download and install" link in my "Welcome to your [Subscription]" email it put a trackingid on the end of the URL and everything started working.
So short-term problem solved for me.

Photoshop CS6 subscription with previous iCloud test

I just purchased a photoshop cs6 subscription.
Where can I found the download? When I follow the link of the email, I always end up in the icloud. There, under App, only the extended version is available.
So I tried to install that one. But as is had tested the full icloud set before, I always get the message that my testing period will end in 1 day.
So, how to proceed?

How much does a PC operating system (i.e., Windows) cost? About what a month of Creative Cloud subscription costs, assuming you took advantage of the Windows 8 initial offer. If not, just a few months worth. How is the price of the OS a factor?
People who expect to get real work done use a Mac or PC. Probably just a Mac in the future.

You simply download AAM as instructed in the link. Once you sifgn in with AAM, everything will be handled from there.

Help activating a photoshop cs6 subscription

I started out with a Photoshop cs6 subscription edition almost a year ago and have been re-activating monthly. I just found out while connecting to re-activate for this month that Individual Creative Suite subscription edition products have become single-app memberships in Creative Cloud. I don't have a problem with that. But after reactivating, Photoshop comes up now as a trial version of Photoshop "extended", and is giving me 30 days to start paying for that version, and I don't have a need to do that. Question is, after 30 days is my original Photoshop cs6 going to stop working too, and what do I do to get it back?.....or will the trial version of "extended" just go away?

I have single app Photoshop CC subscription. I own inDesign 5.5. Want to take the 29.95 offer.

All I want to do is sign up for the 29.95 offer. No one ever came online to respond to my chat questions. It seems that every time I have to deal with an Adobe issue, it take several hours and I alwys have the feeling something is still not right. My question : how do i sign up for the 29.95 deal and not wind up in the online chat rep endless loop. A to Z steps please.

Of course, I had already tried that route, and wound up in an endless loop of no help at all. No response from chat; app just sat there. Same from laptop.
So the question remains : Can a live person, somewhere, simply tell me how to take advantage of the 29.95 offer. I currently have PS CC subscription, own a legal, boxed copy of inDesign 5.5, want to be able to convert my trial of ID CC to a full subscription ID CC. I'm also wondering why if Photoshop CC and LR are available for 9.95 monthly I have been charged twice as much.
