Photoshop CC to Photoshop CC + Lr...again

So on Monday the 25 I asked here for help to change my subscription to Photoshop CC + Lr. Then i phoned customer service for help but they were very busy so I would be phoned back. It is now the first of December and nothing happend. I cannot stop my old subscription or get te new one because everything must go through customer service. And it is impossible to reach them.
So again I'm hoping that someone will help.

1) Apps are not part of the backup, only data stored by 3rd party apps. But you can redownload the apps for free again if you use the same account you did when you bought them the first time. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519
2) See this article http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766 and find out what's in your backup.
3) Backup your itunes+ library (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1382 and http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1751), which will copy your Mobile Applications folder, and save your iphone backup folder as well
In other words, maintaining a backup of your computer is essential.
When you resync your apps from your computer to the phone, make sure your computer is authorized again. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1420

Help activating Photoshop CS Education AGAIN after using AVG Tuneup

Hi,
I have owned and used Photoshop CS Education (yes i know its old) since 2008 on 1 PC and it has worked fine. Last week i installed and ran AVG Internet Securtiy 2013 and their Tuneup Utillities.
I completed all the recommended "cleans" and thought all was fine until tried to use PS a few days later and when launching an error msg stating " your computer's configuration appears to have changed since the time this product was activated. To continue using this product, please click OK to activate it again for your new system configuration, or click cancel to exit"
When you click ok you transfer to the activation screen, trying to do it over the internet fails with a msg stating the activation system is not available at this time and with options about phone activation.
I have tried over the internet for a few days with no joy so i rang the number given and the operator tried to activate over the phone but stated that their servers were down and they knew there was an issue so i should just keep trying!!!!!! and the would escalate my case to a senior.
Now i presume that i have inadvertently deleted something from the registry or similar but can anyone offer me any advice on how i get this sorted?
i have tried undoing everything including a restore but to no avail, please help.

Apparently according to what i've heard, the activation servers for cs2 and older products have been permanently disabled.
Meaning you won't be able to activate versions older than cs3 anymore.
Hopefully i'm wrong about the above.
Don't know what to tell you other than hopefully an adobe employee will see your question and give you a solution.

I have had to re-install the system on my computer and now need to download Photoshop/lightroom etc again. Can I do that without having to pay another monthly subscription?

I have had a major problem with my computer and as a result have had to re-install the system.
So I now have to reload programmes.
I am a monthly subscriber to Photoshop & Lightroom but can't find a way to download them again without entering into a new subscription agreement.
Anyone got any ideas how I should go about it please?

Very Frustrating! Printing from Preview or Photoshop - not happening again!

It's Christmas time, and I'm printing my home made cards... so I've done all the artwork, printed a test from Photoshop, and that was fine... make some changes, and now it won't print! Exported it all as a PDF, try printing from Preview, and the same thing happens.
Same thing happened a couple of weeks ago, but I can't remember how I fixed it! The job comes up in the printer spool, and then vanishes. Looking at the printer history log, it thinks it's printed it, but nothing. I can do a test page from the printer dialog, I can print from the web, but not from Photoshop or Preview

First, do you have the original PSD to go back to (and if you don't, you now know to never kill off your source). Second, the JPG now has no fonts embedded, textures etc are irrelevant. So what is the resolution? Check out the rez of your printer and make sure the document's rez is no higher. Generally, anything more than 600dpi for home use is wasted, though some of the really high quality inkjets can go much higher. If your jpeg is very high rez (or if its dimensions are really big) resize it to be exactly the print size and try again.

I have bought adobe photoshop elements 11 in September 2013 and lost the downloaded version when i made
a new installation of windows 7.
Now, as i wanted to download this version again, i make the experience, that i can only download elements 12.
Is it really impossible to download the older version again ?

Enter your serial number to license the software.

Photoshop is run again by itself after quit.

After update to Yosemite the cunning issue popped up.
I can't quit Photoshop. I press quit (by menu or cmd+Q), Photoshop is shut down, but then is run again by itself.
The only way i found to quit is use Force quit menu.
I'm using the latest version of Photoshop CC 2014.2.1.

Turn off Monotype sky fonts, and check with Monotype for updates to fix the bug.

Why do I suddenly need to license my photoshop cs6 extended again?

It's weird. Summer is about to begin and I'm finally having a chance to have some fun with my tablet and photoshop...Except that it want's me to give the serial number again. I already did it in autumn but haven't had the chance to use it for the past two months due to my chaotic schedule. Does it really have something to do with it? I went to licensing.adobe.com and it said that "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site". As a student my funds barely got me this product and the mere thought of money getting wasted terrifies me. It would be wonderful if someone would like to help.

How do I download the whole Photoshop CC application again?

I have had some issues with my MacBook Pro and the whole Adobe Photoshop CC application has disappeared. Where can I go to re-download it?
The icon is missing from the toolbar, the application is missing from the applications folder. But the Adobe Updater says Photoshop CC
is up to date.

Hi. I have problems with installing Photoshop CS3 on my new mac. I wonder if it's because I didn't get the chance to uninstall from one of my last macs who "died" on me. Does that matter? Can I at all install it on my new mac or do I have to by a new one? Can anyone help me?

HT5797 Where might I get Java version 1.6.0_51 so PhotoShop will work again?

After updating to OX 10.8 AKA: Mountain Lion, PhotoShop will not open/work. It requires a new version of Java. Apples support article says Java version 1.6.0_51 should work. (If I understand correctly.) I don't see anything on Oracle's website except "bug" reports.

My cell phone cases all come up when I click on that file, but when I try to open one of the sizes, nothing happens.

You have not provided any system info or crash logs nor told us your version of PS, so nobody can know anything.
