Fehlermeldung bei Anwendung der Filtergalerie: Der Vorgang konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden.
Hab schon Grundeinstellungen zurückgesetzt.
Modus RGB, 8-Bit ist klar.
Tritt bei unseren beiden iMac´s 2,9 ghz i5, 16 gb ram auf. Betriebssystem mac os x 10.9.5
Hat bis vor kurzem noch funktioniert.
Hat jemand eine Idee?

hallo nanaky, nach support von adobe bin ich in die filtergalerie mal reingekommen, die hat vorher gar nicht funktioniert.
sobald ich einen filter darin anklicke bekomme ich wieder diese schöne meldung - der vorgang konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden und die filtergalerie wird beendet.
hab inzwischen schon photoshop deinstalliert und installiere gerade neu - zähe angelegenheit.
bin gespannt ob das hilft.

Hallo! Die Frage steht eigentlich schon in der Überschrift: Ich habe von cobra-shop eine der letzten Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard CS6 Pakete erworben. Daraufhin bekam ich einen Download-Link + Seriennummer mitgeteilt. Ich habe den Download Manager runtergeladen, das Paket runtergeladen und installiert. Die Programme Photoshop, Indesign und Illustrator laufen, der Acrobat Professional leider nicht. Hier die zugehörige Fehlermeldung: DW050. Eine erste Auskunft der cobra-Mitarbeiter lautet, dass wenn die anderen drei Programme laufen, der Download als solcher wahrscheinlich geklappt hat und die Probleme eher beim Installieren aufgetreten sind. Dennoch: Der Download-Link läuft bald ab und vorher möchte ich sicher gehen, dass es nicht doch am Download liegen kann. Deshalb freue ich mich über baldige Rückmeldung. Viele Grüße!

Ja wie gesagt es hat davor auch ohne Probleme Funktioniert nur war ich gezwungen das System neu zu Installieren und ab dann konnte ich die da oben genannten Updates nicht mehr Installieren. Ein Mac ist zwar eine schöne Sache kommt aber für mich nie in Frage da ich mein PC als Arbeitsrechner und Gamer Rechner nutze und das meiste läuft halt nicht auf einen Mac und man müsste manche Programme neu Kaufen, das sehe ich überhaupt nicht ein, und meine Anwendungen werden aus Prinzipien nicht für Apple Produkte entwickelt da verdient man kaum etwas... aber das muss jeder für sich entscheiden. An eine neue Version habe ich eventuell nächstes Jahr gedacht aber auch nur die CS6 ob man das brauch ist die Frage da CS 5 genau macht was es soll. Das Modell mit der Adobe Cloud hat zwar denn Vorteil das die Programme Aktuell sind aber man muss Monatlich dafür Zahlen und CS5/CS6 oder älter brauch man nur einmal Kaufen. Darüber hinaus finde ich eh das Adobe so eine richtige S*** ist wenn es um Support ältere Programme geht so zeigt Adobe meiner Meinung nach das Ihre Produkte nichts wert sind zumindest macht es den Anschein. Aber wie gesagt, bin ich hier um Hilfe zu bekommen um das Problem zu lösen ohne ein neue Version zu kaufen, das ist ja bekanntlich die einfachste Lösung, aber wenn Informatiker auch so denken würden dann würde es sehr schlecht aussehen... und als Anmerkung am Rande, es wäre ja nett wenn man mir denn Link dieser Updates zukommen lassen könnte um die Updates Manuell zu Installieren.

Dies kann man in voraus natürlich nicht aber in nachhinein geht das und Software Entwickler denn etwas an Ihre Produkte liegt, machen das nachhinein auch und passen gegebenenfalls Ihr Produkt an.
PS: CS 2 läuft ebenfalls auf einem Windows 8.1 rechner ;-)

Photoshop Elements 6 Testversion Problem

Gestern habe ich mit die Testversion von Photoshop Elements 6.0 von der Adobe Homepage heruntergeladen.
Möchte ich das Programm nun öffnen, erscheint folgende Meldung: "Problem mit Testversion. Beim Laden des Testzeitraums für Adobe Photoshop Elements ist ein Fehler aufgetreten."
Die Installation erfolgte unter einem neu aufgespielten Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit.
Das Adobe Produkt wurde vorher noch nie von mir benutzt.
Weitere installierte Adobe Produkte sind der Flash Player, der Adobe Reader 8.1.1 und Lightrom 1.2 als registrierte Vollversion.
Während der Installation liefen keine weiteren Programme im Hintergrund. Auch das Installieren auf anderen Partitionen brachte keinen Erfolg.
Sobald ich Elements deinstalliere, wird auch der Flash Player mitdeinstalliert.
Ich habe versucht Adobe telefonisch zu kontaktieren, jedoch nach fast 45 Minuten Musik vom Band war ich bedient

Hab seit kurzem Windows Vista Home Basic (32-bit) und möchte Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 installieren. Die Installationsdatei von Photoshop startet nicht automatisch, nachdem ich die CD ins Laufwerk geschoben habe. Wenn ich die exe-Datei von Adobe so anklicke, dann beginnt zwar die Installation, aber am Ende kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:
An error occured during the installation of assembly component, dann folgt ein langer Zahlen-/Buchstaben-Code.
Habe in diversen Foren gehört, dass man evtl. vorhandene Antiviren-Software vorher beenden muß, um die Installation von Photoshop durchführen zu können. Nur leider kann ich über die Diensteverwaltung AntiVir PE Classic nicht einfach so beenden/starten wie andere Programme. Muß ich AntiVir vorher komplett deinstallieren, dann Photoshop installieren und dann schließlich wieder AntiVir aufspielen?
Das gleiche Problem hatte ich bei einer anderen Software, die ich unter Vista installieren musste. Habe mich auch vorher als Admin angemeldet. Auch die UAC habe ich vorher ausgeschaltet. Gott sei dank gab es dort eine vernünftige Hotline. Man sagte mir:
Probieren Sie eine Neu-Installation durch Start der SETUP.EXE aus dem
Verzeichnis TOOLS\OLDSETUP oder Steuerprogramm\TOOLS\OLDSETUP von
der Programm-CD.
Eine vergleichbare Datei konnte ich bei Photoshop nicht finden. Wer kann mir helfen?

In case that the receiver of my email above doesnt speak German I try to translate my email above. Since a short time I have Windows Vista Home basic 32-bit-Version. I try to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 6, but at the end of installation I receive the following error: An error occured during the installation of assembly component.
In addition to Vista I have AntiVir PE Classic (anti-spy-software ). I was told to shut down this software before installing Photoshop. Is that correct? Afterwards I should have to install AntiVir PE Classic again and Photoshop should work properly, hopefully. I also have shut down the UAC at Vista.
Do you have an idea how to solve my problem? In the past I had a similar problem with an other software in connection with Windows Vista. The hotline told me to start SETUP.EXE from a path called TOOLS\OLDSETUP or Steuerprogramm\TOOLS\OLDSETUP on the installation-disc, but I could not found a similar path at the Adobe-installation-disc.

Photoshop CS5 und Indesign CS3 frieren seit Mac OS Lion nach Inaktivität ein

Seit Update auf Mac OS Lion (ca. Sept. 2011) frieren vor allem Photoshop CS5 und Indesign CS3 nach einer Weile der Inaktivität regelmäßig ein.
Dazu ist es nicht nötig, dass der Mac (MacPro) in Ruhezustand geht, es reicht schon, dass man z.B. eine Weile in Indesign arbeitet und das nebenei offene Photoshop
ist plötzlich tot und lässt sich nur noch durch Alt-Apfel-Escape beenden.
Bislang habe ich auf dieses Problem nirgends eine Antwort gefunden, vielleicht weiß hier jemand im Forum Rat?
Ansonsten habe ich an den Programmen nichts geändert seit dem Update (sind auch stets auf neuestem Stand).
Bei 10.6 hatte ich das Problem nie.
Durch Schriften ausschalten (der übliche Verdächte) konnte ich auch nichts beheben.
Dennoch könnte, so mein Verdachte, es in diese Richtung gehen, denn:
alle CS-Programme (aller Versionen, ich benutze Kundenbedint CS 3 bis 5) mit Schriften sind betroffen, aber z.B. Bridge nicht.

Vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort. Ich denke auch, dass es sich um ein Problem mit OS X handelt. Aber da es nur PSD-Dateien getroffen hat und keine PNG-Daten (die ich ebenfalls bearbeitet hatte), liegt es womöglich am Zusammenspiel von Adobe und OS X.
Ich dachte, womöglich taucht das Problem bei jemand Anderem auch auf.
Festplatten scheinen OK zu sein, Rechte auch – habe das aber nur mit dem Festplattendienstprogramm überprüft – von Onyx wird ja generell abgeraten. TechTool muss ich mir erst ansehen.
Habe auch mal den Parameter RAM gelöscht (NVRAM), auch wenn es daran eignentlich nicht liegen kann.
Da die Dateien nur noch 50-60kb haben, ist da wohl auch mit Wiederherstellung nicht viel zu machen, oder?
Allerdings ist ging nur die Arbeit von einem Vormittag verloren, da ich täglich Backups mache!
Womöglich muss ich den Rechner komplett neu aufsetzen... seufz
Sonst kann ich einfach nicht sorgenfrei arbeiten.

Photoshop has encountered a problem and needs to close

I have had the cs4 software about three weeks, Everything has been running perfectly un til this morning. I was attempting to past an image to a vanishing point and got the hourglass/ spinning circle that is was working, then an error message about memory and photoshop needs to close. I closed all other programs and rebooted to attempt to correct whatever issue it had. Now whenever i try to use the program it lags badly with the simplest of tools(quick select) and then i get the photoshop has encountered a problem and needs to close. I am running windows 7, 3GB ram 2.75 usable, anthalon amd 2 dual core m300 2ghz 64 bit,
AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200
Can someone please help me figure out how to fix this.

Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver

I rummaged around in here looking at opengl topics and others associated with the above error, but I'm not seeing what I'm encountering (or I am and I don't recognize it!).....
I bought CS4 a week or so ago, and installed it on a system running XP32 with service pack 3, 4GB of ram withe the /3GB switch set, nVidia 8600 GT card (which according to the list is supported), and multiple spindles for images, scratch, applications, and so on. I found other topics earlier so I downloaded the most recent drivers for my video card.
I'm not crashing and burning, but I'm getting some messages...
I opened an image, and while working on it I wanted to do a transform/warp. I got the message that Photoshop couldn't perform the operation because there wasn't enough memory. It didn't crash but I had to shut down CS4 and restart it to do the warp.
Most recently I opened a couple images for a panorama, and while doing the merge I got the message that "Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver and has temporarily disabled gpu enhancements." It tells me to check for the latest drivers - I've ALREADY got the lastest drivers. Again, no crash, just the warning. It completed the panorama.
There have been a couple other occurrences of messages of this type, so I'm curious if there's some set of preferences or system settting I need to adjust to optimize things? I've alrady adjusted the nVidia settings because I also run Lightroom and they're having problems too.
I've read the tech notes for the video and such and didn't find any set of optimizations there so is there a set of adjustments beyond the preferences that needs to be adjusted to improve memory and video performance? And if so, can someone point me to them.

As I understand it (suspect at best) XP32 can address 4 gig of memory. the /3gb switch lets the applications get at 3 gig of that. If my video card takes the first 256MB, and XP is guaranteed the other 750 of the 1st gig, and in the CS4 performance preferences I should be giving it from 1462 - 1895 MB (I've given it around 1890), that leaves me with another gig or so... Is that limited to applications or can XP use it? In any case, I'm not crashing, I just get the message every so often about being out of memory. I don't recall ever seeing this with CS3, but new version, new oddities...

Photoshop CS5.1 Crashes Upon Opening: "Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver-"

Every time I try to open photoshop I get a window that pops up and says:
"Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver, and has temporarily disabled GPU enhancements. Check the video card manufacturer's website for the latest software.
GPU enhancements can be enable in the Performance panel of Preferences."
Then windows shuts the program down. The details of the problem are:

The error happens so quickly that I don't have time to do anything. Please help. >.< I've been on hold for *checks phone* 2 hours exactly. Wow. It is a legit copy and was working last month with no trouble. I've updated the drivers and tried a few solutions that have worked for other people that I found on Google (such as disabling CUDA and setting my "power management mode" to "prefer maximum performance" on my video card) but so far nothing has worked.

It has stopped crashing because somehow it turned off "Enable GL Drawing" on its own because I could never even get a menu open. Not sure how it did that but I am grateful. I still get the error when I open Photoshop up but at least it hasn't crashed yet. At the time when it was crashing I never would have been able to get you the system info due to the speed that it was crashing upon just opening the program. In case you still need it:

Photoshop CS4 file saving problem...

Photoshop CS4 file saving problem: When no file name is specified, Photoshop saves file to the root directory of the drive instead of the current folder. It auto names the image with the name of the folder that was active. Can this be fixed?
BTW: I was using "save for web"--not sure if it that matters.

Bug reports should go in the main forum.
And yes, SFW has it's own file code so that is a very important detail.

Could not initialize photoshop because of a problem using the adobe color engine (Win 7)

Was running the lastest version of Photoshop CS5 and added a second quad graphics card and 4 more monitors. Now PS will not start and I get the error message "could not initialize photoshop because of a problem using the adobe color engine."
Computer has 2 NIVDIA Quadro4 NVS420 graphics boards with 8 Samsung SyncMaster 1920x1080 monitors. If I disable 4 of the monitors CS5 starts normally. I do not have to remove the added graphics card. When I extend the desktop again to all 8 monitors I get the error above.
How do I trouble-shoot the problem? Is it Photoshop, NIVDIA or Windows 7?

Well, not exactly a full solution yet (at least for my setup), but I am certain now that this issue is (mostly) caused by nVidia's drivers. You may be able to fix your setup by simply installing the latest drivers for your NVS420 cards (266.45 for Win 7/64 rel. 01/12/2011).
Since you are using two identical cards, this could do the trick.
Caveats - Make sure you:
1. Select Custom Install, the Express Install will most likely not work properly.
2. Unselect the Audio Driver (if available), the nVidia HD(MI) Audio driver could
screw up your speech recognition (if you use it) or other audio software - it did for me.
3. Select Clean Install. If you don't, files like C:\Windows\System32\drivers\nvlddmkm.sys
and several other driver related files will not be overwritten, causing all sorts of neat effects.
4. After the Install is complete, reboot your system whether the Installer prompts you or not.
After testing various configurations, disabling two - six of my eight monitors I am at this point:
I am now using nVidia's lastest and greatest piece of crap (read driver), version 266.58, released just two days ago. After an initial snag with maximized windows extending to the bottom of the main monitor (underneath the taskbar), a re-install & reboot solved that issue.
All three driver versions tested (260.89, 260.99, 266.58) now allow me to start PhotoShop without any problems; providing I first disable the two monitors fed by my onboard graphics (nVidia 780a based), leaving me with six monitors connected to three GTS-450 cards. I can even re-enable the two other monitors once the program is open, and it continues to work fine. However, I must disconnect them again for the next start of PhotoShop.
On an interesting side note:
After disabling six monitors (leaving only two on a GTS-450), I was also able to open and run SoundBooth CS5, which previously would not open, citing the audio driver as the problem. After sucessfully starting SoundBooth I could re-enable all six other monitors (incl. onboards),
and that program now opens and works fine with all 8 monitors connected. [ODD !!!]
Other than Adobe Software, I've had only one other issue with my setup:
When playing online poker at PokerStars, occasionally and quite randomly one of multiple tables would freeze up. I'll try disabling the two onboard monitors for that program as well to see whether the random freezes stop.
Overall, while I think that Adobe produces fine software and nVidia has been in need of an overhaul for quite some time now, I also think that Adobe and nVidia software engineers need to work more closely together to ensure that problems like this don't arise in the first place after a product has been released to the public. IMHO, this is avoidable!

Sorry, ist ja klar dass es ohne Infos nicht geht. Betr.-System: Mac OSX 10.9.3 neuste Version von Maverick.
Hätte ich vorher gewusst wie problematisch dieses Maverick ist, ich hätte es nicht geladen.
Habe CC die einfache Version für Sfr. 14.- abonniert u. den CC-Installer geladen.
Dann versucht Photoshop CC , Lightroom CC u. die Bridge CC zu installieren.
PS CC ist die früher geladene Testversion.
Wie du auf dem Bild siehst, sollte alles Aktuell sein, ist es aber nicht.
Bei Lightroom wird noch die alte Version LR5 angezeigt.
Die Bridge ist korrekt installiert, PS u. LR nicht.
Schon mal herzlichen Dank für die Hilfe.

ich habe Camera Raw 8.7.1 installiert, kann es aber nirgends finden. Sollte sich das Programm nicht in Photoshop einbinden, um Raw Bilder von z.B. Olympus Cameras zu importieren?
Ich finde es nicht unter PlugIns. Die Installation wurde als ausgeführt bestätigt.

Oooch, das ging ganz gut.
Ich habe den Ordner jedenfalls wieder entfernt und … es funktioniert bestens.
Hmmm. Ich hatte die Datei auch nochmals runtergeladen und neu installiert. Vielleicht hat bei der ersten Installation etwas nicht geklappt.
Ich werde es wohl nie erfahren. Jetzt ist jedenfalls alles ok und auch wieder Ordnung in den Photoshop- Ordnern.

Photoshop CS4 has a problem loading

I don't know what happened, but today when I launched Photoshop it had a problem loading on the splashscreen when it said "Building TWAIN Menu Items". I don't know what happened, it worked perfectly fine yesterday, but today it just kept getting stuck, I'm running on Vista 64-Bit Home Premium if that matters. There was an automatic Windows update last night, so I though it was that, but when I did System Restore and when I tried un-installing the updates it still didn't work. Any help would be appreciated!

Twain is not supported in 64 bit. Maybe there is a 32 bit driver in the wrong 64 bit folder?

Es sind zwei unterschiedliche Versionen.
Photoshop CC = Version 14
Photoshop CC = Version 15
Auf der Produktseite wird immer die aktuelle Version beworben, aber CC stellt bereits drei Versionen zur Verfügung: 13 (CS6), 14 und 15.
Mit CC 2014 wurde mit Ausnahme von Bridge alles um eine Versionsnummer gehoben und eine neue Version eingeführt. Die neue Version kann ja auch parallel zur Vorversion gestartet werden, was mit DOT-Versionen nicht möglich ist.
Und in der CC.app sind alle drei Versionen auch als unterschiedliche Programme zu sehen.

Photoshop 2014 und Hanvon Artmaster III

Hallo. Habe Vorgestern die 2014 Version von Photoshop geladen und musste leider feststellen, das mein Tablet nicht mehr unterstützt wird. Heißt, weder die Druckintensität noch die Stiftneigung. In der alten Photoshop CC geht alles korrekt. Gibt es dafür eine Lösung?

Hallo. Also bei mir läuft Windows 8.1 und das Tablet ist ein Hanvon Art Master III, Model: AM3L. Wie gesagt, mit dem alten Photoshop CC alles perfekt. In der neuen Version keine Unterstützung. Neue Treiber gibt es von Hanvon nicht. Funktioniert ja auch, nur nicht im neuen Photoshop

Y50-70 Probleme Programme zu starten und andere Probleme

Hallo,ich habe nun etwa acht Wochen einen neuen Y50-70 (Model 20378, 59427073, Fact. PRC4). 1TBSSHD, 8GB, GTX860.Leider bekomme ich das Windows nicht richtig zum laufen. Probleme:1. Scaling -> verändert man die Einstellungen so, dass es immer scharf ist, läuft die GTX860 nicht mehr mit. Lasse ich die vorinstallierten Einstellungen sind z.B: Firefox, Explorer , Programme, die offen sind, unscharf. 2. viele Programme lassen sich garnicht erst installieren. Remoteprozeduraufruf fehlgeschlagen-> diverse Anleitungen im Inet haben nicht geholfen, Wiederherstellung durchgeführt - ohne Erfolg, Kombatibler Modi,Dienst ist gestartet. 3. Programme lassen sich installieren aber starten dann nicht. Lädt kurz aber öffnen nicht.z.B. Windvd10, Outlook, diverse Dienstprogramme für Arbeit 4. Festplatte extrem langsam , Tests zeigen maximal 38mb/sec, beim Ausschalten bleibt die Tastatur so 2-3Minuten beleuchtet bis er dann mal ausschaltet. (WD Black, 1TBSSHD).-> ggf tausche ich die noch gegen eine SSD. Aber eigentlich haben diese Festplatten deutlich mehr Benchmark Ergebnisse. Ich habe mir daher eine Recovery DVD bestellt und damit Wiederherstellung gemacht, leider sind die Probleme noch da. Treiber vom Hardware Hersteller oder eben direkt Lenovo getestet. Leider finden auch divese Tools kein Problem, daher versuche ich es mal hier übers Forum. Spiele laufen ohne Probeme, Filme, Inet alles kein Problem. Ich würde evtl. gerne eine normale Win8.1 installieren, zum test. Aber dazu bin ich noch nicht gekommen.Oder halt paar Tage auf Win10 warten und hoffen, dass dann alles gut wird?

Bei mir macht es Sinn, da ich den Akku so gut wie nie benötige. (Falls jetzt wieder jemand fragen möchte, warum kaufst du dir einen Laptop...Ich nehme ihn ständig mit zur Uni etc., aber wo gibt es heutzutage keine Steckdose?) Wenn ich Lenovo Settings installieren möchte bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung: "Programm muss unter Lenovo Thinkpad ausgeführt werden"
Habe jetzt den Energy Manager drauf, denke er ist trotzdem durch die Installation von Lenovo Setting rauf gekommen, nur beim Dependency Package gabs Probleme. Dies könnte auch der Grund dafür sein, dass sich der Erhaltungsmodus nicht aktivieren lässt!? Ich kann ihn einschalten, es bewirkt allerdings nichts und sobald ich den Reiter im Menü wechsele und wieder zurück schaue ist der Erhaltungsmodus auch wieder deaktiviert.
Wie kann ich das Dependency Package installieren?
Oder hatte ich den Energy Manager auch schon vorher und das Problem liegt woanders?
