Because I need CS6 to work under OSX 10.6.8

The license allows YOU to install on a 2nd computer... it does not allow someone else to use your license

I do not know how it is done, but you MAY be able to buy her a regular subscription and pay with your credit card... just not the Education version that has strict requirements

Photography Creative Cloud License moving to new desktop machine

Good morning all. I have an Adobe Creative Cloud license for Photography. I have two licenses that are currently in use - one on my desktop and one on my MacBook Pro. I am building a new desktop machine this weekend and deactivating the old one. Will I be able to install the programs on my new machine without issue, or will I have to do something else to allow the license to move over to the new machine?

Recently when opening up Photoshop, my Adobe CS6 Master Collection pops up saying there's some kind of offer going on the Creative Cloud. For awhile I was just able to close out of it and go about my business on Photoshop, but now it's not allowing me to open Photoshop unless I sign up/pay. I'm quite confused? I really NEED to have access to Photoshop ASAP.

Installed Creative Cloud plan for Photoshop customers but Photoshop CC reverting to trial

I've recently joined the 'Creative Cloud Plan for Photoshop Customers' & installation was fine. Photoshop CC has updated to the latest version too. However, quite often, when opening Photoshop CC I get a box open up with 'Photoshop CC Trial' stating I have 00 days remaining. I click on 'licence this software', sign in with my details & all is OK until it happens again.
I found this help page: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/trial--1-launch.html but it doesn't seem relevant - there is an option to 'deactivate' under help with Photoshop CC.
Doesn't happen every time I open Photoshop CC but is rather frustrating. Any ideas?

I would suggest to update your Creative Cloud applicaiton manager and to delete the OPM.DB file outlined int his doc http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launching-cc.html and then log in to the Creative Cloud app manager.

Make sure that you are ruing the software as an administrator on your computer.

I recently upgraded to Lightroom 5 and then found out about the Creative Cloud offer for Photoshop &Lightroom for $9.99/month. Would I be eligible for a refund for my LR5 upgrade if I took up the 12 month subscription?

We cannot know. Even calling your post would be an exaggeration/ understatement, depending on how you want to see it. We need hard technical facts - operating system, computer specs, what is the exact error/ problem and so on.

No. Your Creative Cloud desktop applications (such as Adobe® Photoshop® and Illustrator®) are installed directly on your computer, so you won't need an ongoing Internet connection to use them on a daily basis.
An Internet connection is required the first time you install and license your desktop apps, but you can use the apps in offline mode with a valid software license. The desktop apps will attempt to validate your software licenses every 30 days.
For annual members, you can use the apps for up to 99 days in offline mode. Month-to-month members can use the software for up to 30 days in offline mode.

I have applied creative "Creative Cloud - Complete" for my co-works from my boss.
Their os are os x 10.6.8 and xp sp3.
The apps can't be installed by creative cloud.
I have to download and install one by one.
But they're still tryout.

You will not be able to install the Creative Cloud manager which is what you need to gain access to the CS6 versions offered thru the Cloud. You will need to purchase CS6 licenses for the older operating systems, or newer operating systems to use the CC program(s).
