Ich habe photoshop cs4 unter Windows 7 und parallels auf meinem neuen Mac installiert. Die Schriftgröße der Menuefelder ist viel zu klein. Die Symbole ebenfalls. Wie kann ich das Programm ordentlich anpassen ?

Zunächst sorry für die späte Antwort. Ich habe einfach nicht bemerkt, dass ich mich innerhalb des Forums nochmal einloggen muss und die Antwort-Funktion nicht gefunden...
Jedenfalls habe ich das Problem gefunden! Es liegt nicht an Adobe und auch nur indirekt an Windows8. Der eigentliche Verursacher ist das Maus-Sharing-Tool Synergy, welches noch nicht mit der 64bit-Version des neuen Betriebssystems zurechtkommt die Serverseite generell Probleme macht. Sobald ich den Dienst beende, funktioniert die Maus wieder einwandfrei.

Läuft Photoshop CS5 Extended unter Windows 8?

Hallo...nach langer Sucherei bin ich jetzt hier gelandet. Ich hoffe doch, hier kann mir jemand helfen. Nach Jahren steht mal wieder der Neukauf eines Rechners an. Meine Frage ist: Kann ich Photoshop CS5 Extended unter Windows 8 installieren? Ich habe das ganze Netz durchsucht und nichts gefunden, was mich zufrieden stellt. Der eine sagt ja, der andere sagt nein. Ich denke, unter Windows 7 läuft PS CS5. Würde mich freuen, wenn ich eine positive Antwort bekäme.

Ich habe eine Online-Version von Photoshop Elements 13 unter Win 7 32 Bit installiert und bekomme regelmäßig die Fehlermeldung, dass der Applications Manager nicht installiert oder beschädigt ist. Ein nachträglicher Installationsversuch bricht regelmäßig ab. Auch eine Deinstallation und Neuinstallation von Photoshop Element 13 brachte kein positives Ergebnis.
Was kann ich noch versuchen?

Bei mir in der Firma ging's bis jetzt problemlos, CS5 Projekte mit CS6 zu bearbeiten.
Zum Windows7 Kompatibilitätsproblem kann ich Dir leider nicht helfen.
Wie es sich mit 3rd Party Plugins verhält, hab ich noch nicht getestet.
Aber die Installation von CS6 lohnt sich in jedem Fall.
Zur Sicherheit kannst Du ja erstmal die 5er zusätzlich installiert lassen.

Installation CS6 unter parallels auf einem Imac

Ich versuche CS 6 unter Parallels auf einem Imac zu installieren. Das setup Programm bricht aber ohne Fehlermeldung ab. Was kann ich tun?

You at the very least have compromised file permissions at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Color\Profiles\Recommended. I would recommend reviewing your installation log in it's entirety. Photoshop CS5 on iMac-Parallels-Windows 7 is behaving strangely

Help! I have loaded my existing Creative Suite 5 from my old Windows XP PC onto my new iMac running Parallels and Windows 7. Photoshop from CS5 opens alright, but each window I open shows up blank - either black or white screen depending on whether I have clicked in it. If I try to move the window on the screen by clicking in the top bar of the window and dragging, the window content will reveal itself so long as I am holding down the click button. The moment I release the click-drag, the window goes blank again. WTF?!

I'm not that familar with Parallels, but if in photoshop cs5 you go to Edit>Preferences>Performance and uncheck
Enable OpenGL Drawing and restart photoshop cs5, does that make a difference?
I would think Bootcamp would be better, since parallels is a virtual machine like vmware, but the best
solution if you really want adobe applications on your mac would either be to upgrade to cs6 or go with the creative cloud
so the applications like photoshop run natively on your mac.
You'd have to check with adobe to see what the procedure is for a upgrade/crossgrade to the mac version if you go with cs6.

Mehrere Bilddateien gleichzeitig öffnen geht in Photoshop CS6 (32bit unter WIN 8 pro) nicht

Bis Photoshop CS4 (unter WIN XP, SP3) war ich es gewohnt, ein leeres Photoshop-Fenster zu öffnen und dann gleich einen ganzen Schwung von Bilddateien direkt aus dem Windows-Explorer in das Photoshop-Fenster zu ziehen (neben dem Mauszeiger erschien ein Plus-Zeichen, sobald er sich über dem leeren Fenster befand), wo sie dann als separate Fenster geöffnet wurden.
Jetzt bei Photoshop CS6 (32 bit) unter WIN 8 pro (64 bit), wird mir diese Möglichkeit nicht mehr geboten. Neben dem Mauszeiger erscheint statt eines Plus- ein Verboten-Zeichen und ein "Fallenlassen" der Dateien ins Photoshop-Fenster ist nicht mehr möglich.
Die Photoshop CS 6 64bit-Variante hat dieses Problem dagegen NICHT, sie reagiert so, wie oben das alte PS CS4.
Hinweis:
Wegen des "Kodak-Airbrush-Filters" musste ich die 32bit-Variante von Photoshop CS 6 wählen und diese auch noch im Kompatibilitätsmodus von WIN XP (SP3) starten lassen.
Kann das der Grund dafür sein?

Ah - dann geht wenigstens das "Mehrfachmarkieren" und Öffnen via Kontextmenü. Aber "Drag 'n Drop" geht hier auch nicht.

Mausprobleme bei Photoshop, Illustrator etc. unter Windows 8 x64

ich bein eben auf ein Problem gestoßen, welches ich einfach nicht lösen kann. Vornweg: unter Windows8 x86 gibt es diese bei mir nicht!
Wenn ich z.B. in Photoshop (CS5.5 MC) eine Drag&Drop-Bewegung in Kombinationmit einem Tastendruck (z.B. Leertaste+linke Maustaste zum Schieben) ausführen will, passiert nichts. Danach ist auch ein Drag&Drop selbst ohne Tastenkombi nicht mehr möglich. Ich kann nicht einmal mehr die Ebenen in meiner Bibliothek verschieben.
Was ist da los? Kann jemand diesen Fehler reproduzieren?
Das verwendete System ist die Consumer Preview von Windows 8.
Ich habe das Ganze auch mit anderen Grafikprogrammen wie Paint.Net probiert, bei denen diese Probleme nicht auftauchen. Es ist also sehr wahrscheinlich, dass die Adobe Collection ein Problem mit Win8 x64 hat...

Photoshop Elements 7 unter Windows 7 nicht lauffähig?

Nach einem Wechsel von Windows XP zu Windows 7 habe ich Photoshop Elements 7erneut installiert. Das Programm lädt Bilddateien von SD Karten korrekt in das gewählte Verzeichnis, die Miniaturen erscheinen auf dem Bildschirm, aber das Programm kann die Bilder nicht laden (trotz vergeblicher Suche!)
I changed from a Windows XP system to Windows 7 and installed my Photoshop Elements 7. The Program loads picture-files from SD-Memory Card correctly into the choosen Folder - the miniature appears on the screen - but the program can not load the picture.

I just accomplished this without any real problems and am now running with my same license on the newly rebuilt PC. Here is what I did ...
Originally my PSE7 configuration was set up last year on new Intel I7-based PC running Vista 64 bit version with a retail copy of the PSE7 software, i.e. not the upgrade version. Once that was setup I imported my catalog from the older Adobe Photoshop Album on my previous system. That put me at the place you are now, i.e. PSE7 on Windows Vista.
For this upgrade I puchased the upgrade version of Windows 7 and an additional second disk drive. I installed Windows 7 onto the clean drive, giving me a dual-boot system for either OS. While booted on the Vista drive, I used the easy-transfer method to write a backup of my Vista files to an external disk drive. I then rebooted into the Windows 7 drive and used the Easy-transfer tool to reload the files from the external drive. (note; this easy-transfer included >200GB of music/video/image files so it ran for several hours for each phase of the transfer)
Once I verified the directory structure on the new Windows 7 setup, only then did I do the installation of PSE7. That wnet flawlessly and relicensed without any problems. Next I was able to open up my catalog in organizer and all of the images were intact. Since then I have had no issues with the configuration.
So bottom line is you should be fine doing the upgrade regardless of whether you do the upgrade like I did to a new drive or an in-place upgrade overlaying your vista environment. For the in-place upgrade I would strongly recommend you still do a backup of all of your images and their associated catalog(s) to an external drive. Win7 is a vast improvement over Vista so I'm sure you won't regret the upgrade but I don't trust any vendor's software upgrade procedure, especially Microsoft so please do the backup first.

Photoshop Elements 5 funktioniert soweit recht gut außer das die Funktion "für Web-speichern" nicht funktioniert. Gibt es dafür eine Erklärung oder einen Patch?

in 90 % aller Fälle liegt es daran, dass versucht wird ein 16bit-Bild so zu speichern. Einfach in 8bit umwandeln und es klappt. Oder ?
Den Vista-Patch (das Update auf Version 5.0.2) schon installiert ?

Photoshop Elements 11 auf IMac 27 mit Fusion Drive stürzt ab

Seit ich meinen neuen IMac mit FusionDrive habe läuft mein Photoshop Elements 11 nicht mehr. Das Programm stürzt bereits beim Start ab. Es lies sich noch registrieren, aber seitdem habe ich keine Möglichkeit mehr, damit zu arbeiten. Zu allem Überfluss kann ich es auch nicht unter Parallels mit Windows 8 nutzen, weil dies offentsichtlich als zweite unzulässige Registrierung gesehen wird, obwohl es auf dem selben Rechner läuft.

Uh oh. That always, always creates problems with PSE. The problem is that PSE isn't a nice tidy package in accordance with the apple developer guidelines--the PSE installer strews things all over your hard drive in places the migration assistant isn't programmed to look. You will need to download and run this:

and then you can manually remove the bits that copied over. Look especially in hard drive>library>application support>adobe. Once you get the mess cleaned up you should be able to reinstall.

Photoshop CS2 und Vista

Arbeiten mit Photoshop CS2 unter Windows Vista.

bei mir funktionierte Photoshop CS2 einwandfrei unter Vista, bis heute. Vista installierte einige Sicherheitsupdates und danach wollte ich Photoshop starten. Auf einmal sagt mir das Programm, dass es eine Aktivierung benötigen würde und dass eine Aktivierung über das Netz ausgeschlossen sei.
Ich musste also telefonisch aktivieren. Nachdem die Nummer weder einen Anruf von One, A1 noch Bob akzeptierte, musste ich vom festnetz anrufen. Glücklicherweise fand ich noch einen Haushalt, in dem es Festnetz gibt.
Nachdem der Computer meine Eingabe des Keys nicht packte wurde ich zu einem Mitarbeiter weiterverbunden, bei dem ich erstmal meinen Unmut verkündete. Dieser schien jedoch eigentlich nur überrascht, dass Photoshop CS2 unter Vista überhaupt funktioniert. Nach der Eingabe des erhaltenen Aktivierungsschlüssel funktioniert mein Photoshop jedenfalls wieder, vielleicht aber nur, bis zum nächsten Vista-Update.
Die Empfehlung von Adobe dazu: Ich solle doch einfach mein Produkt mindestens auf CS3 updaten, damit es keine Probleme mit Vista gäbe...

CameraRaw is not updated in Photoshop CC and Photoshop CC 2014. Active version is still 8.3, although 8.5 is available. AAM and CC App say everything up-to.date.

On my Windows 7 (x64) PC I have Photoshop CC and since this morning Photoshop CC 2014. If I open a RAW or DNG file in either of them, CameraRaw version 8.3 opens. When I search for updates via Help -> Updates, no updates are found. Creative Cloud App shows no updates as well (everything up-to-date).
For Photoshop CS6 (installed in parallel, local license, no cloud version) I got an update to CameraRaw 8.5 today. And it works in this old version.
Tried already to download manual update from Keeping Photoshop Up-To-Date. However, Installer fails with "Update failed.Updates couldn't be installed".
How can I make CameraRaw 8.5 available for CC / CC 2014 as well ?

Solved ! Found another post in this forum that gave me some useful hints. You have to download Camera Raw 8.5 manually.

The Installer didn't work, so I only unzipped the file. You can find the Camera Raw plugins in the sub-directories:

extract file "1003" and rename it to "Camera Raw.8bi"
copy it to c:/Program Files (x86)/Common/Adobe/Plug-ins/CC/File Formats/CameraRaw.8bi (previous CameraRaw is overwritten, you should copy old version to a save place first)
64-bit version:
- > payloads/AdobeCameraRaw8.0All-x64-050614143245/Assets1_1.zip
extract file "1002" and rename it to "Camera Raw.8bi"

Wie kann ich in Photoshop Elements 12 meine Diashow auf CD/DVD in guter Qualität brennen?

ich habe extra einen Upgrade von Photoshop Elements 8 auf 12 gekauft, um endlich meine Diashows auf CD/DVD brennen zu können.
Das funktioniert auch - aber die Qualität ist grauenhaft.
Ist es denn garnicht möglich, die diashow in der gleich guten Qualität/Auflösung zu brennen wie die Fotos selber sind?

Also, ich fange noch einmal von vorne an:
Zuerst habe meine Fotos in PSE 8 bearbeitet. Da ich meine Nikon erst seit dem Sommer habe, musste ich mir vieles zum Fotografierne neu beibringen. Habe früher analog mit Spiegelreflex-Cameras gearbeitet.
So jetzt weiter. ...Da wir in USA Urlaub gemacht haben, habe ich alle Bilder als JPEG normal, Größe L 4288x2848 in der Camera abgespeichert.
Nach teilweiser Bearbeitung der Fotos habe ich in Photoshop Element Organizer unter "Erstellen-Diashow" ausgewählte Bilder geladen, z.T. nochmals bearbeitet (mit Titel, Kommentare etc.) und dann abschließend unter "Diashow ausgeben" als Filmdatei wmv abgespeichert. Das dauerte z. T. Stunden!!
Anschließend habe den gleichen Vorgang mit "Diashow ausgeben- auf Datenträger brennen" gemacht. Dann wird nach der "Foliengröße"gefragt. Hier habe ich dann VCD-PAL 353 x280 und VCD-PAL 720x 576 ausprobiert. Wie gesagt, Die DVD wurde auch bespielt bzw. gebrannt. Wenn ich die DVD in das CD-Laufwerk vom Computer lege, spielt er auch die abgespeicherte Diashow (als WMV-Datei) unter Window Media Player ab.
Um auf Deine Frage zurück zukommen:
Ich benutzte kein spezielles Brennprogramm, sondern nuzte PSE.
2. Brennen auf CD-ROM habe ich auch probiert- Geht aber gleicher Fehler.
Ist vielleicht das Format falsch? Oder muss ich die Bilder alle vorher als kleineres Format abspeichern.
