Photoshop CS1 activation crack

Question

I have spoken with tech support numerous times regarding this problem, but have never received an actual response. .. The issue is with Photoshop CS1 not having the same ability as every other version of Photoshop to either backup the activation information, or provide the Adobe crack CD to bypass the activation.
I sometimes have to reinstall my entire OS multiple times per month and when doing so must reinstall Photoshop. At this time, the software requires activation. Since those who purchase Photoshop are automatically volunteered to the Adobe anti-piracy program, the user must call Adobe every single time that you want to use the product. This issue has cost me easily over a few thousand dollars in company time already and I am desperate for a solution.
As a reference, CS2 & CS3 have built-in functions to backup the registration information so that you can use the software without spending a day or two on the phone.
Earlier versions of Photoshop such as ver 5.5 do not require enrollment in the anti-piracy program, so Adobe can just send the crack CD that will work with the license number that is received when the product is purchased. The last company I worked with was using 5.5 and required Photoshop to be installed on a laptop without networking abilities and that is how I learned of the crack CD from Adobe.
If anyone can assist in how to either obtain the CS1 activation crack from Adobe, or how to backup the activation information, please provide any/all necessary information on how to do this.

And a forum host or Adobe is entitled to delete such a post or ban the poster.<br /><br />>by posting info that promotes the piracy of software.<br /><br />what? where? the only thing i see is backup software. are you implying it's a DMCA violation to back up your hard drive?<br /><br />again, it's not about piracy, its about a legitimate customer using the expensive software that he paid for on his own machine. we've had thousand post discussions here about just this sort of thing involving the engineers and designers from adobe. <br /><br />> It would be foolish to think that such info would ever appear on Adobe's web sites.  <br /><br />unless they have a legitimate way to bypass it. you don't know if you don't ask. <shrug> one legitimate way would be to obtain a multi seat corporate license (i think they start at 5 user seats), which i understand doesn't contain activation code. adobe has provided users with "crack" cds when activation didn't work (cs2, i believe, but it mighta been cs1, had quite a few activation related issues where people couldn't even install it once!) those users first reported the problems here and finally got their issue resolved and reported back here. <br /><br />who's to say adobe wouldn't make a special case exception for this user. my advice is to call adobe and ask.<br /><br />please feel free to search the archives on activation before you get all huffy about this discussion. :)
