Tengo el Photoshop CS3 (Version 10.0) instalado en un MAC (IOS 10.8.5), y al iniciar sesion se aparece el siguiente error (anexo pantalla y la totalidad de la descripcion), ¿Como lo puedo solucionar?

TThis is the first part of crash reportCS3 is a very old Adobe product and is not officially supported. Personally, i don't think CS3 will work on Yosemite and even if it does, by any chance, you will face many compatibility and functional issues like above.

Photoshop CS3 with Mac OS 10.6 ???
Am using Photoshop CS 3 on a iMac with OS 10.4.11. I would like to take the OS up to the current OS (10.6 I think). If I upgrade to a higher OS will my Photoshop still work on it? I do not run PS all that often anymore so I would not upgrade that. Thanks for your replys!!!
The current Mac OS is 10.8 (Mountain Lion).
Photoshop CS3 will definitely work on Mountain Lion. The only thing you'll have to do is to download the Java Runtime - which you will be prompted to when you try to open Photoshop CS3 for first time after upgrading to 10.8.

Cannot Drag 'n Drop in Photoshop CS3 on Mac
Very frustrating.
I cannot drag 'n drop any image file from Bridge CS3 or from Mac's Finder onto a Photoshop CS3 canvas. In older versions, I've been able to easily drag/drop images, but I am perplexed on how to solve this. I've read about having an "Adobe Unit Types" in a ScriptingAdditions folder of Library. I have a file there called, "Adobe Unit Types.osax", so not sure that is an answer.
Any advise is helpful.

thx. CraigI am not sure if this is a feature, since you say it worked on other versions. Has it ever worked with your current setup? If it has, I would suggest resetting your prefs.
If it hasn't, you might want to import using the Smart Object feature. Also, I believe that when I am in Bridge, I can right-click on an image and send it to PS. -
Workflow photoshop cs3 on mac with nikon d200/300 camera
I already asked this question at the mac forum in here ...it dealed with the problem that i have noisy pictures anyway after having changed to ps cs3 under mac.Istill make the pictures with my nikon d200/300 camera and i have not chosen any higher iso number. I usually take the pictures in raw format transform them into tiff format after having finished my work and sometimes i produce jpegs out of the tiff file later on.In fact ,all the pictures have this noise effects . Has this got something to do with the colour depht menue in camera or cs3 maybe?
Probably has to do with your default sharpening & noise reduction settings.
If you're comparing to in-camera JPEGs then the JPEGs usually look smoother initially because the higher ISO images will have a fair amount of noise reduction applied. -

Camera Raw Update for Photoshop CS3 on Mac 10.5.8
I've downloaded the camera raw plugin version 4.1 because I'd like to take advantage of the clarity slider, but when I try to open it, photoshop gives me a message that the file type isn't recognized. What am I doing wrong?

Photoshop CS3 and Mac 10.5.8 with new HP C1525nw printer
Any new Photoshop documents printed to the new printer comes out in characters instead of the image. We are using an Intel based Macbook runing 10.5.8 Leopard and have done all the updates to the computer as well as the firmware update to the printer. The printer shows that is a postscript printer. I am running out of ideas and anything to try would be greatly appreciated.
Very stressed over this.

Kansas Athletics ITPlease pardon me for asking a super-basic question, but did you install the driver software provided with the printer?
I looked up the printer specs, and they list Postscript level 3 emulation as one of 3 languages it can recognize. Could it be set to HP PCL 6 or 5c instead? That would probably be a setting on the printer itself.

Hit the same thing, I found a work around.
1. Disconnect your internet.
2. Start CS3
3. You'll get an error screen, click "never register."

Adobe don't recognize my S/N on "start-up
Also Photomerge don't launch but gives me an "error message" to long to enter here. I have to then do a "force Quit" of the application.

My Photoshop CS3 for Mac Osx won't start up
I've tried everything, reports and uninstall to reinstall with the CD and it still won't pass the start up point.
It goes to open after the start up period then freezes for 2 seconds then closes.
Then a box comes up saying that photoshop quit unexpectedly. Click Reopen to
try again which i do and i does it over and over again or report to apple which doesn't do
anything as apple cant help.
Can anyone give me guidance what to do would be much appreciated

EXIF plugin for Photoshop CS3 MAC version
Hello everyone,
Question: Does anyone know of an industry-standard, reliable EXIF plugin for Photoshop CS3 for MAC? I already have an EXIF tab in my File > File Info tab, but I specifically need a plugin that reads Shutter Actuations from an image. I need to know how many times a camera I just bought has been fired.
Rambling Backstory:
I just bought a used Canon 1d Mark II on eBay, and I think it may have been misrepresented in the auction. The seller claimed that the camera only had around 29,000 shutter actuations.
She based this number on a program called "Cancount." When I received the camera, I took a test shot, and attempted to download cancount. Unfortunately, I ended up on some German web site, which asked me for 13 euros to download it.
Instead, I downloaded the free, and much more detailed Simple EXIF reader for Mac. This program said the camera was closer to 160,000 shutter actuations.

All I want to know is which program is more reliable, Cancount or Simple EXIF reader. OR, does anyone know of an industry-standard EXIF reader that everyone agrees gives a reliable shutter actuation count? Thanks everyone.Maybe i am looking at something different here,but i usually check my frame count under photoshops file- info ,and once there i go to advanced,and under the fourth arrow called http-exif, i can see my frame count. it says aux-image number. not sure if that will help you.
