We really appreciate, if anyone will give us some helpful advises. Many thanks !!

Hi,
FWIW, I've never run into problems with anything by Adobe but that aside to get Adobe off your system you'll probably need to run Adobe's cleanscript.  You may also have to use the Windows Installer Cleanup utility. See below article.
http://www.mydigitallife.info/uninstall-and-remove-adobe-cs3-cs4-and-cs5-with-adobe-cs5-cl eaner-tool/
Below are links to the tech pages that include instructions and links to the cleanscript. (They are probably both linked in the above article along with the Windows Installer cleanup utility.)

  • Photoshop CS5 Extended Trial Download

I want to download Photoshop CS5 Extended trial version, but when I click download the download manager only lets me choose from the 3 suites.  How can I download Photoshop CS5 Extended trial version without downloading the entire suite??????

    Hi,
Do you get the sign in window? Does it then give you a Save As directory choice? The related products section is for additional downloads, and you should be getting Ps 12.1.
Here's a trouble shooting doc that might have more info: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/898/cpsid_89867.html

  • Downloading Photoshop CS5 Extended trial not working

Hi, I wonder if someone has had the same problem...
I have Photoshop CS5 on my Mac but would like to trial PS Extended CS5 to try the 3D repousse out. I've tried twice to download the PS Extended download link but when I install it, it is just installing the standard PS CS5. I've tried uninstalling my own PS then downloading the Extended trial again but to no avail. Help!

@RickCanvas you can find a list of our current product versions at Adobe Support Policies: Supported Product Versions.
@DannyB2012 are you behind some type of a proxy server which might be interfering with the content you are able to view on the Internet?  Having problems locating the download button in multiple web browsers would seem to be something more global in nature.  Which operating system are you using?  Do you have any security software installed?  Are you utilizing the latest version of Java?

  • Downloaded Photoshop CS5 extended trial but can't install

Hi all, Im really new to mac, recently just bought my macpro and downloaded the PS CS5 extended trial but when I double click the DMG file, it prompt me with a warning saying that "the following disk image couldnt be open - not recognized".
Do you guys have any idea how to resolve this problem?

Yes now that I have cooled down, it probably wasn't a great idea to try and download a 3GB file here at work anyways. Our connection makes 56K look like the speed of light. One dropout during the transfer will break the file.
Question: If I installed the trial of Photoshop and Illustrator CS5, and then uninstalled it after the 30 days... I presume I can use the same trial install but this time with a serial number? We are upgrading from standard to premium, so either way I'd have to download the full versions of the other software, but maybe we can install at least Photo and Illy for now, or is that different than the entire CS Premium?

  • Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 Trial Wont Install on my Mac (OSX Lion)

    Information about the problem:
I am trying to install a trial version of Adobe Photoshop CS5.1.
I have fully downloaded the trail via the Adobe Download Assistant. The file i now have is 'Photoshop_12_1_LS1.dmg'.
I can open the .dmg and go through the basic steps ready to install. I press install and wait for it to do its thing.
The install then freezes at any given point at any %. Sometimes the % will stay at a certain point and the time will increase with no progress. At one point i left the machine for the '8 minutes' it required and the time had increased to 60 minutes +.
I have noticed a trend with each time i have tried it (31 Times).
The installer always seems to freeze at the section when it is installing: Adobe Recommended Fonts or Adobe Required Fonts or sometimes Adobe Bridge CS5.5 or Adobe Extension Manager CS5.5.
Once the install is stuck, it locks up the whole system and i have no choice but to hold down the power button as the machine is unresponsive. I have tried the installation multiple times and still no luck.
In order to try and solve the problem myself, i have removed all custom fonts from the font book and what remains is the default fonts on the system. I have even tried installing the trial without all the extra extentions supplied before installing the trial and still the same problem occurs.
I am in need of this trial and i would appreciate any help i can get.
    Thanks,
    John
    System Info:
    MacBook Pro 17inch
    4GB Memory
    2.8 GHz Processor
    Mac OS X 10.7.1

I have found a solution to this problem. Install the files in safe boot mode. Here is the how to guide:
    Part One:
With past attempts or even previous versions of Adobe CS can be still lying around on your mac, in order to remove the bits and bobs needed in order for a clean install you need to download the 'CS5 Cleaner Tool' by Adobe. This can remove all previous version of CS right back to CS3. This could be the problem effecting you download. This tool can be download from here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/829/cpsid_82947.html
YOU MUST USE THIS TOOL BEFORE MOVING ON TO PART TWO.
    Part Two:
To start up into Safe Mode (to Safe Boot), do this:
Be sure your Mac is shut down.
    Press the power button.
Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold the Shift key. The Shift key should be held as soon as possible after the startup tone, but not before the tone.
Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple icon and the progress indicator (looks like a spinning gear).
    (Source: Apple: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1455)
    Part Three:
Now that you have let your machine boot up in Safe Boot.
        1. Locate the .dmg installation file. This can take a while to load, but be patient.
        2. Click to open the .dmg.
        3. Carry on with the installation as you normally would.
        4. Sit back and enjoy until its 100%.
Once it has installed you can now restart your machine and boot up as normal. Log in and then it should be there in your applications to use.
I have spent nearly 2 days myself trying to figure this out, and finally i have found a solution. I hope this helps anyone who has come across this problem themselves.
    Good Luck,
    John

  • Photoshop CS5 becomes unresponsive when switching programs?

Photoshop CS5 becomes unresponsive if I switch to another program (ie acrobat, word, google chrome). The menu's still work, but pan, zoom, move, etc. have no effect on the image.  I have to save and restart to make the program work correctly and it will do it again as soon as I switch to another window.  I'm not sure what this issue would be called (maybe a redraw error), but does anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

Without system information nobody can advise specifically, but sounds like graphics issues. Update your graphics driver.

  • Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 Trial "Stopped working"

Hello all. I am new to adobe photoshop and was wondering if anyone could help me. I have finished downloading and installing Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 (the trial) and when I try to open a picture or do anything else I receive a pop up telling me Adobe Photoshop has stopped working. It them closes me out. I have tried several times and receive the same results. I noticed that a lot of people seem to have the same problem but I did not see a solution. I have contacted customer support and they told me to check the forums and that I would have to talk to a technical support team. I cannot find any answers nor the right customer support representative to help me.
If anyone has any idea how to fix this problem please let me know for my trial has already started and I do not wish to waste my trial days on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Deidra6655 for your first step to resolve your difficulties I would recommend downloading and running the Adobe Support Advisor.  It will review your installation log and attempt to locate the appropriate solution.

  • Photoshop CS5.1 Trial Version Crash When Opening File

I just downloaded it last night. I went to try it out this morning, but it crashes when I try to open a file. I then can not open the software back up until I enter task manager and end photoshop processes that run in the background. I am running on Windows Vista.

Yes, I recieve a crash dialog. Looks just like this. If I select "Check online for solution", the typical "checking online" that would occur (opening up a page in the browser) never happens. Instead, it just "closes the program", in which, the photoshop window is then closed. HOWEVER. If I try to restart the program, it will never restart. The window never opens, and task manager never shows an application occuring.Just like this. Curiously, I go under the PROCESSES tab, where I find either 2 or 3 photoshop processes running in the background. It is not until I end these processes that I can then restart & reopen photoshop.

  • Downloading Photoshop CS5 Extended Trial?

I want to downlaod a trial of Photoshop, and have been to the following link http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop&promoid=EBYEU.
However, there doesn't seem to be a link to download or a button. I have also tried to download the Download Assistant but can't find that page anywhere.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks.

  • Photoshop CS5.1 trial keeps crashing

I've been having banding problems with my latest landscape photographs in my old Elements 6.0, so I thought I would give full Photoshop a trial and see if that helps. Right now I am close to giving up. The software was downloaded and installed. It does start, but if I try and open any file (dng, psd and jpg) it reports a problem and crashes. I can view it in Bridge and it will open the raw file. If I try and open the file from there, PS crashes again. If I start task manager, it thinks the programme is still running, so I have to close it in there before trying again.
I understand I only get complimentary phone support, which isn't much use as I live in the UK. I can't find anything about this particular problem - frankly if it won't even open a 300Kb jpg file, then I'm not impressed and I may as well go back to my trusty old Elements

We seem to have found the problem by installing the latest driver for the graphics card

  • Is there anywhere I can still download the Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended trial?

I've searched everywhere, but I can't find it.

The trial of the software is always Extended for Photoshop , also the installer is same , the serial number is what makes the difference.
Go ahead and Install , at the time of installation you will get to know it is Extended.

  • Photoshop CS5 Extended Trial download link

For some strange reason I can't use the Adobe download page, I sign in etc but when I click on the download now button nothing happens.  Is someone able to give me the direct url for the trial download?  I've done a similar thing with Indesign and it worked fine.

Try disabling your popup blocker.  Adobe pops up a login dialog immediately after clicking the Download Now button.
